Nurse Andi slips away with Cardo as the others hold Catindig back and keep him from proceeding any further. Having been mistaken for an actual nurse, George is made to take the vital signs of some patients in one of the hallways. The comical ways he goes about it exposes him as a fake. George then runs off.
Catindig notifies his men about the presence of our favorite hero in the hospital and deploys them to go in search. A moment later, Cardo and Andi run into George, and the trio strive to evade the goons who are blocking the main exit. Andi then leads them to another exit out of the hospital.
Hipolito scolds Catindig over the phone on account of his failure to capture our favorite hero. Catindig assures him that they would be fully prepared for his return and the Vulture charges him to keep an eye on Delfin since he suspects that he’s involved.
Andi ushers Cardo and George out the back entrance and our favorite hero thanks her and apologizes for the trouble. Nevertheless, Andi admonishes him and makes it clear that she wants no part in their problems.
While Catindig assures Hipolito that Cardo wouldn’t get out alive if he shows up the next time, our favorite hero and George slither away from some officers on guard duty. Hipolito tells Catindig that Dalisay is very cunning and can outsmart him if he wants to.
“He won’t be able to,” Catindig professes. “You better make sure that’s the case, Manolo. I want this problem solved soon. I also want you to think of a surefire way to get rid of Romulo.” “Yes, sir.” Teddy and Virgie watch a news report of Alyana and Marco’s attendance at the recent presidential dinner.
Rumors of their relationship spark, and the reporter notes that Alyana and her ‘tërrôrist’ husband are still married. Virgie then begins whining about the bad publicity our favorite hero has been bringing her dear daughter. Like anyone cares.
Catherine has a talk with her husband and urges him to approve of Marco’s relationship with Alyana for their son’s wellbeing. Reluctant, Mr. The Vice President argues that he’s prioritizing the welfare of their family for all of them. Meanwhile, Marco hands Alyana a document, telling her excitedly how the lawyer has already filed her petition for annulment.
Alyana somewhat expresses her appreciation and Marco urges her to file the petition in the family court so the process can begin. Later, Lucas worries about their family’s reputation being affected negatively because of Mrs. Dalisay. Catherine dreads what their psyçhö son would do if his relationship with Alyana ends.

Disregarding Cardo’s keen warning, George asks Andi to help out their group rescue Romulo since she works at the hospital. Andi makes it crystal clear that she doesn’t want to get involved in anything they do. Miss Becky spies as her daughter goes on about how she would never do anything that would endanger her family and their community.
Cardo discusses with his group the plan to rescue the commander in their hideout. Meanwhile, miss Becky questions Andi about the incident earlier and she reveals that Cardo and George had been at the hospital last night.
Admitting that she’s the substitute nurse for Romulo, Andi also reveals what George had asked of her earlier. Upset, miss Becky goes to confront the guys. “We’re not planning to use Andi so that we can save the commander,” Cardo declares..Miss Becky calls out George, who apologizes and comes clean.
Becky rants even as Cardo assures her that they wouldn’t drag her family or the neighborhood into their troubles. She makes some thrëãts and demands that the group leave her place. As an acquaintance drags her away, she resolves to getting physical.
George apologizes to Cardo, who worries that miss Becky might report them to the cops out of fear. Homer’s group purchase tons of güñs from congressman Brandon’s guys and plans to storm Cardo’s old hideout. Speaking of, Vendetta resumed with their rescue plan in their new hideout.
Billy expresses his worries to General Borja – that Romulo’s life would be in danger as long as Catindig is hovering around. Delfin mentions that he’s waiting for the PNP chief to give the approval for Romulo’s transfer to CIDG headquarters so Catindig wouldn’t be able to hurt him.
During a meeting, Lucas brings up how their foreign investors are anxious and afraid because of their current problem with the rebels. He taunts the president, saying that the people are starting to lose trust in his administration. Oscar reminds him that he’s also part of the administration and Lucas throws a jibe, asking how he’s going to solve the problem.
While the shady congressman Brandon does some charity work and is appraised by the people, Lucas succeeds in provoking the president and pushes for drastic measures to be taken.
Meanwhile, Homer’s gãñg and Billy’s team set out to Vendetta’s old hideout in hopes of finding clues that could lead them to the current hideout of the vigilantes. Venom is the first to get to the place.
“Search every corner of this place,” Homer orders. “What if we’re just wasting our time here?” Pilo asks. “So what? Have you got better ideas about how we can find Dalisay?”
“Maybe you can be more specific. What exactly are we looking for? An address?” “We’re not leaving until we find something,” declares the Scorpion. “Or else the Vulture will get mad at us. Move it!”
The guys then proceed to search the place. Outside, Billy and his team spot a car parked outside and suspecting something going on, Billy decides to call for backup as a goon sights them. Team Billy then advances and sneaks into the scrapyard. A güñ battle ensues, with Homer and his gãñg happily firing away as team Billy duck for cover and reciprocate.
Venom escapes the scrapyard as backup arrives. At the housing unit, Cardo is brooding by himself when Ramil comes up to him to ask how he is. Our favorite hero says he’s fine, though he reveals that he’s just been thinking about how they’re going to save the commander.
“This mission seems impossible to pull off,” Ramil begins. “But I also know there’s a solution, just like any other problem. Perhaps you haven’t found that solution yet because you still haven’t looked at the situation from all angles.”
Cardo looks on, folorn. “I hope we can come up with a plan fast. Sometimes, I can’t help but blame myself. Maybe if I had been there, I could have helped you somehow. And then maybe we wouldn’t have lost anyone. And the commander would still be here.”
“I understand how you feel, Cardo. But I fully believe in you and your abilities,” Ramil declares. “I know that you’ll be the one to come up with the solution to our problem.”
“I hope so, Manager. I really do.”
