“Dumaguit still has to dïë, Manolo. You’re the one who will carry out my orders. All I want is for you to finish off Dumaguit. Either Dalisay storms into the building, or you quickly find a way to put an end to Dumaguit’s life.”
General Olegario offers to sneak into the hospital to scan the area. Despite the misgivings of the others, she insists on going as she still feels terribly guilty for what happened to their group. However, Cardo objects to this, saying that it would be a big blow to them if they catch her in there. And so, he decides to go along with George.
While team Billy ask General Borja what their next line of action would be supposed Cardo’s group try to rescue Romulo, our favorite and George make ready for their mission. As Hipolito plots with Catindig to get rid of the commander, Homer looks forward to regaining the Vulture’s trust so they could have more money to spend.
Congressman Brandon Cabrera picks up a shipment of high caliber guns from a supplier. At the hospital, Andi and Peng discuss the presence of so much officers and begin to wonder why they’re there.
A doctor comes to call Andi to have a talk with her. A moment later, she was brought to General Borja and introduced as the nurse assigned to look after ‘the patient’. Captain Gina finds her house in disorder and begins with her antics as Elmo and Paco hide behind a table.
She runs out with Nick and Gido and urges some watchmen to call the police, claiming that Cardo is inside her house. The shady captain then runs back inside with the crowd to find the intruders. On their way out of the hideout, Cardo is fawned over by miss Becky’s girls.
“The patient assigned to you, is an extremely important person,” General Borja says to nurse Andi behind closed doors. “That’s why we’re providing him with tight security.”
“I understand, sir,” Andi replies.
“There’s something you need to know – something that’s highly confidential. The patient whom you’re gonna take care of is Romulo Dumaguit.” Andi is in disbelief. “What? It’s Romulo Dumaguit? Isn’t the man the leader of the rebel group Vendetta?”
“You’re right,” Delfin confirms. “That’s exactly why it’s important to keep your patient’s identity a secret. You can’t tell the other nurses, or any of your friends or your family. Absolutely no one should find out. We can’t afford to put Dumaguit’s life in danger. Do you understand that?”
“Yes. I…I get it, sir.”
Captain Gina and her cohorts chase Elmo and Paco to their house where they censure them over how they had broken into the Captain’s house. As words are exchanged, Elmo carelessly blurts out that they had indeed broken into the house to search for evidence and thus, some officers present proceed to arrest them.
At the precinct, Gina files charges of trespassing, robbery and attempted mürdêr against the two. The last charge doesn’t go down in the books since there’s no grounds for it.
Yolly and Marikit plead with Gina to redraw the charges since nothing had been stolen. However, the captain strongly declines and so, Elmo and Paco soon find themselves behind bars.
Andi comes to take over from the nurse she’s set to relieve. Before leaving, the other nurse reminds her to keep the assignment confidential. Meanwhile, Cardo and George sneak into the hospital through the back door sporting a doctor and nurse uniform respectively. Our favorite hero has his hair dyed blonde and glasses on to complete the disguise.
Grandma Flora turns down Yolly’s request to seek assistance from General Borja, saying that Elmo and Paco have to pay for the wrong they had done.
At the hospital, Catindig questions Romulo about the whereabouts of his comrades as General Borja and his men observe. The commander stares causally at the tråitoröus sñåke as if he’s gone çräzy or something.
While Cardo and George make it inside the hospital, Catindig annoyingly grabs Romulo by the shirt and tries to apply force. However, General Borja intervenes and puts him in his place.
Catindig then walks out of the room to notify Hipolito that it seems Romulo hasn’t told Delfin anything yet, adding that the General would have been plotting against him by now if that were the case.
“But even so, Dumaguit still has to dïë, Manolo.”
“Things just got more difficult,” Catindig mentions over the phone. “The CIDG have their eyes on the man.” “And that’s exactly why you’re there,” Hipolito remarks. “You’re the one who will carry out my orders. And I don’t care which way you decide to do it. All I want is for you to finish off Dumaguit.”
General Olegario is still going on with her ‘its all my fault’ drama, quite edgy over Cardo’s mission. Ramil and the others strive to make her see reason, even as she hopes to not lose anyone again. While General Borja and his team plan to find Cardo and his group before Hipolito, our favorite hero and his sidekick blend in with the hospital staff.
Andi attends to Romulo and resolves to staring at him in his unconscious state. To avoid suspicion, Cardo steals a stethoscope and a notepad to evade capture as he and George head up to Romulo’s floor. Meanwhile, Catindig sets his diabolic eyes on nurse Andi. At the presidential palace, Oscar scolds his son when he returns home after ditching his bodyguards.
Marissa has a talk with her husband later in bed, telling him that it’s not right to be overly strict with their son since he hadn’t chosen to become the president’s son. Oscar admits he also wishes to be an ordinary father and husband sometimes, though he states that there are some things Yohan isn’t allowed to do because he’s the leader of the country.
Catherine is pretty upset to be seen as second fiddle and lesser than 1st Lady Marissa Hidalgo. She nags her husband, saying that she’s nothing but the wife of the vice president. Lucas takes offense at that and gives her, saying that she would have become the First Lady had she not left Oscar.
Ouch. Back at the hospital, Catindig calls Hipolito to update him.”The security they’ve put in place around Dumaguit is really tight.””What about your men?””They’re on standby right outside the hospital,” Catindig replies.
“Only two things can happen,” Hipolito intones. “Either Dalisay storms into the building, or you quickly find a way to put an end to Dumaguit’s life.” “I know that, sir.” “Manolo, you should only call me when you’ve found solutions to those problems. Don’t call back unless you’ve already done your task.”
Cardo spies as General Borja gives some orders to some officers standing guard before heading into Romulo’s room. Ironically enough, our favorite hero begins to play the part of his dress up with George, asking the latter about how some imaginary child is doing. Inside, Delfin has another faceoff with Catindig.
Andi runs into Peng who urges them to go home together. She turns him down, claiming that she’s running two shifts in pediatrics. Upon noticing a group of officers parading away, Peng asks his sister if she’s found out about the person they’re protecting. Andi lies through her teeth, claiming to have no clue.
Catindig calls Hipolito to inform him of how one of his men had spotted Cardo outside the hospital. Hipolito berates the guys and tells him to only call once it’s confirmed. Speaking of, our favorite hero runs into a group of officers and strives to hide his face as they throw questions at him. As George strives to cover up for him, Catindig materializes and asks what’s going on.
Cardo slips away and splits up with George to get away as Catindig comes after them. George receives a phone call from Diana and he updates her on their current situation. Diana then charges him to call her back once he regroups with Cardo.
As fate will have it, Cardo steals away into a ward teeming with nurses and patients. He runs into Andi who doesn’t recognize him at first. “What are you doing here? And why do you look like that?” “Someone’s following me. I really need your help right now.
I’ve got nowhere to go.” Catindig storms into the ward, only to be held back by some nurses who refuse him passage probably because of his bad manners. Cardo and Andi overhear the commotion, with the latter giving our favorite hero a dubious, critical look.
