“Juris is finally exposed and arrested in a manhunt that took the life of Dolores, Matilda gets the death penalty while all the friends are disbarred”.
Fina arrives home to meet Leyna unwell so they rush her to the hospital. Elsewhere at home, Juris is around the dining table with food as she begins to imagine Bogs and Lolita who tell Juris that her plans for Fina won’t succeed but she insists on destroying Fina and her family.
At the hospital,the doctor tells Fina that Leyna’s condition is critical so she needs a bone marrow transplant immediately. Fina asked them to check hers since Noah can only donate when he is of age. At the NBI, Dolores gives Yandro a pen drive containing Gaston’s confessions and tells him she is willing to face any punishment.
Later, Yandro and Armand listen to the recording and find out why the friends are covering for each other so decide to track down Gaston so he becomes a witness. Right then Gaylord arrives saying they don’t need a witness because he is there to confess.
Gaylord confesses everything about what they did in Baguio to Juris and Drei raising Fina’s child. Yandro tells Gaylord and Armand that Drei couldn’t have k!lled Bogs since his forensic reports said otherwise so concludes Juris is the murde£rer and Drei is just protecting her. Yandro tells Gaylord that they will all be disbarred and he says he accepts it.
Juris calls Dolores asking for her help to leave the country and she needs two tickets for her and Leyna to Malaysia. Dolores tries to stop her since she has a pending kidnapping case but eventually agrees to help her so Juris tells her not to disappoint her again.
Later at the NBI, Yandro tells Fina, Armand and Gaylord that a manhunt for Juris is on so Fina thanks Gaylord for his cooperation and tells them she can’t relax now that Juris is at large since she can attempt taking Leyna again.
Dolores meets up with Juris to give her traveling documents to her but Dolores tells her she couldn’t find Leyna’s adoption papers and is sure the police have it so Juris tells her to go to Gaylord since he has an extra copy. Dolores tries to stop her but Juris is bent on doing what she planned.
Yandro tells her allies they have led on Juris and Dolores is the source shocking Fina but Yandro said Dolores and Gaylord are the key to finding Juris. At the hospital, Fina becomes happy after her bone marrow is a match to Leyna’s and she will become her Donor.
Dolores was at the NBI when Juris called her asking if she had Leyna’s adoption papers. Gaylord speaks to Juris too asking her to surrender but she refuses and tells him to give Dolores the adoption papers, Gaylord tells her to come see him if she wants the papers and Juris agrees and gives him a location.
Juris meets up with Gaylord as the NBI is around monitoring. He asks Juris if she k!lled Bogs and tells her to turn herself in. The NBI surrounds the place so Juris holds Gaylord at guπpoint as everyone tries to make her surrender. Dolores also arrives begging for her to surrender.
Gaylord h!ts Juris and runs while the NBI mistakenly $hoots Dolores as they rush her to the hospital while Juris escapes. Juris sneaks into the hospital in nursing attire and goes to see Dolores in her ward and begs her not to leave her but unfortunately Dolores dies after a filed attempt to revive her as a crying Juris quickly leaves there.
Juris sees the NBI at the hospital and tries to escape. Yandro calls Fina and her allies to inform them about Dolores’ death making them sad. At her hideout, Juris promises to get Leyna by all means. Drei watches the news about Dolores death and Juris escapes as he can’t believe it. Juris disguised herself saying it’s time for Fina to pay for ruining her life.
Fina tells Yandro that Juris won’t stop until she gets Leyna so she has an idea about how to catch her. Juris disguised her self inside the hospital dressed as a nurse with a gun. She sees Fina entering a ward and follows her. Juris confronts Fina about the whereabouts of Leyna but is shocked to find out it’s set up as the NBI holds her at guπpoint.
Juris holds Fina hostage and even $hoots an NBI agent. Later the NBI goes to ask for Drei’s help. Fina and Juris begin fighting on the stairs but Juris gets the upper hand again and takes Fina to a store room. Drei is shocked to find out that Juris is still holding Fina hostage.
Fina h!ts Juris with a wooden stick dropping the guπ as they begin to fight but Juris overpowers her and holds her at gunpoint. Drei calls out to Juris and begs her to stop it and turn herself in but Juris refuses, she then calls Gaylord to speak to Drei telling him to ask for a get away car so they can run away together with Leyna.
Drei tells her to turn herself in but if she doesn’t one of them will die. Juris holds Fina at guπpoint as Fina begs her to stop because of Leyna but Juris said she won’t after she ruined her life and managed to render Fina unconscious. Leyna’s condition became worse so the doctor said they need Fina for the transplant.
Yandro is informed of Leyna’s condition making Drei worried while Juris pours ga$oline on Fina saying it’s time for her to pay. Drei enters the room and begs Juris that Leyna is in critical condition and only Fina can save her. Juris becomes teary as Drei hugs her and she is arrested while Fina is taken to the theater as Leyna finally gets her bone marrow transplant.
In Court, Juris case commences and she pleads not guilty. Fina goes to see Leyna as Armand gives her the money that Drei has been donating into Bogs account which Fina accepts. They are also informed by Drei’s secretary that he has paid all of their hospital bills, follow up medical bills, tuition for Leyna and Noah and also a new house making everyone happy and he is doing everything to pay them back for her sacrifices and asks for her forgiveness.
Gaylord, Greco, Drei who are in prison receive letters that they are disbarred from the bar. In court, Matilda is found guilty of the death of Amor and sentenced to death as she hugs Drei apologizing for not setting a good example for him. In Jail, Gaylord family informs him that he will be granted parole soon and they are proud of him for doing the right thing.
Celia visits Titong to return his ring to him as he is also arrested. Greco’s family visits him in jail. Fina takes Leyna to visit Drei in jail.
Later, she takes Leyna to the asylum to see Juris and thank her for truly l*ving Leyna as her daughter and she is okay with her being a second mother to Leyna and forgives her. Juris said sorry as they all hug there by ending
