Michael began acting at age 16 in 1975 in Araw-araw, Gabi-gabi and he remains active in film and television.
Since 2016, Michael has starred as Pat. Ramil “Manager” D. Taduran in ABS-CBN TV series Fpj’s Ang Probinsyano while serving as one of the series’ directors.
Michael has also starred in Teleserye and films such as Since I Found You, Destiny Rose, The Wedding, Labyu with an Accent, Night shift and a lot more.
Apart from Ang Probinsyano, Michael has directed several series such as Magpakailanman,1997 Calvento Files: The Movie and Maalaala Mo Kaya among others
