“Fina visits the orphanage and finds out about Leyna’s illness so confronts Juris to give her daughter back to her, Greco thr£atens Fina and after a heated argument with Juris, Emil dies”
Fina works menial jobs at a restaurant when she saw one of the customers reading a news article about Dante stating he used to work for Drei. At Matilda’s office her secretary informs her about the article implicating Drei as she takes a look at it and fumes in anger. Drei also reads the article and speaks to a worried Juris who asks about their next step as they discuss it.
Matilda meets up with Titto asking what to do next and he suggests they do damage control so Matilda said she will have to deal with the network directly if she can’t put a stop to Dolores. Matilda then calls Dolores thr£atening her to leave her son alone and she can keep helping Fina but shouldn’t drag her family into the their mess. Dolores said she is only reporting facts as a journalist.
Later, Yandro meets up with Armand and Fina to give them more information about Drei and how he didn’t grow up without a father and often volunteers at an orphanage with Juris catching Fina’s attention as she decided to go visit that orphanage.The friends meet up with Lolita and Gaylord asking Drei if Dante was really his employee. To protect Juris, Drei tells them that he indeed hired Dante so that Fina can leave them alone and he is still figuring out how to fix everything since it’s his whole family being dragged down so Greco said they can rely on him.
Armand tries to stop Fina but she said she has to go to that orphanage so what if that’s where they chose to leave her daughter and Yandro reminds her they can’t be sure they will release that information to her. At home, Dolores becomes frustrated after finding out all her news articles are gone and tells her assistant she is sure it’s the montillibano’s so Fina must be careful confronting them because they will stop at nothing to get what they want.
Matilda calls her henchman praising him for taking Dolores site down but he tells her he doesn’t have a hand in it. Juris, Leyna and Emil volunteer at the orphanage when Fina also arrives there enquiring from the caretaker if someone left a baby there but she is told that they can’t divulge that information so she asks if Drei and his family volunteer there but she is told they can’t disclose that information also unless she goes through the right channels.
Fina sees Leyna there and calls out to her but she collapses as Juris and Emil arrive and rush her to the hospital, they see Fina there and become tense. The caretaker tells Fina about Leyna’s illness shocking Fina.
Elsewhere, Matilda coaches Drei on how to calm the crowd when delivering his speech and praising him for taking care of the Dolores mess and he said he did it for his family. Right then, Juris calls to inform him about Leyna’s condition so he walks out on Matilda and rushes to the hospital annoying Matilda.
At the hospital, Emil speaks to Drei about doing the right thing for Leyna’s sake but Drei said it’s not that simple so they won’t let their daughter go because they see her as family. Fina visits a cafe to research about Leyna’s condition and flashbacks to when her daughter was sick as a child.
Fina tells Dolores about Leyna’s illness and it’s symptoms are the same ones Joy had the night she brought her to the hospital before she was kidπapped. At the hospital, Juris tells Drei how worried she is after seeing Fina at the orphanage meaning she is getting close to the truth and she doesn’t want to live a life without Leyna so Drei promises to protect their family.
Dolores tells Fina that it could only be a coincidence since they ain’t so sure that Joy indeed had that illness so Fina tells Dolores about what the employee said about Leyna not really been Matilda’s grandchild and what if she was adopted so she has a feeling Leyna is her daughter but Dolores reminded her she did the same to chloe so she needs to be careful since the Montillibano’s are powerful people.
The friends meet up to discuss how close Fina is to the truth so Greco suggests they chase Fina back to Baguio so he will handle it since they can’t let Fina find out Leyna is her daughter because they will be in big trouble if that happens. After, Greco asks Lolita how his son is doing and he wants to see him but Lolita tells him to stop it.
At the hospital, Juris and Drei discuss what to do next since Fina is closing in on them so they need to support Greco’s idea for Leyna’s sake. Later, Yandro meets up with Fina, Dolores and Armand telling them that he has found evidence proving that Leyna was adopted because Juris was never pregnant after he did a research on her.
Elsewhere, Matilda and Tutti become worried since Drei is about to miss a senator’s daughter’s wedding because he isn’t answering their calls. Drei attends to Leyna and tells her how much he l0ves her and promises to get better as Drei ignores Matilda’s calls.
Fina tells Armand, Dolores and her friends that she is going to see Leyna at the hospital but they try to stop her because the Montillibano’s are powerful and dangerous people but Fina said their thr£ats won’t stop her and insists on going. Matilda visits Drei at the hospital scolding him for not taking care of his responsibility but Drei said Leyna is his priority. The Friends visit Leyna at the hospital with gifts and they decide whether to do what Greco suggested.
In his car, Drei gives Greco the go signal to deal with Fina. Emil sees Fina at the hospital saying she came to visit Leyna so Emil was about to let her in when Juris appears to confront her telling Fina to leave because she can have her arrested so Fina said Leyna is her daughter and she can charge them all with kidπapping but Juris $laps her and tells security to take her away as Fina promises to be back and she will get her daughter back.
Dolores and Armand tell Fina to be careful and can’t just confront Juris anytime because once they file a case against her then it’s over but Fina said she only wants to know the truth and get her children back safely. Juris confronts Emil for bringing Fina to Leyna’s room but Emil tells her that Leyna is sick and her mom has every right to see her daughter but Juris speaks disrespectfully to him insisting he is rather Leyna’s mother and begs Emil to not let Fina take Leyna from her as Emil leaves.
Dolores asks Armand why he is helping Fina since it has nothing to do with his brother unless her likes her and Armand said he admires her. At the hospital, Juris tells Drei that immediately Emil tells Fina the truth everything will be over and they will take Leyna away but Drei said it won’t get that far since he and Greco have it all planned out.
At night, Dolores thinks about Fina’s words and flashbacks to how she tried looking for iris. Emil collapses when Juris and Drei were taking Leyna home as they rush him to the emergency room. The friends arrives at the hospital to comfort Juris but she acts rudely towards Gaylord and goes to the washroom to cry her eyes out. Armand arrives to take Fina to Baguio so her friends wonder why he is always there for Fina.
Greco gives Drei his condolences and tells her to forget Fina because she is on her way to Baguio now and Drei said he hopes so because Juris is unstable now and he has no idea what she will do if Fina keeps bothering them.
A crying Juris tries to pick Emil’s outfit when Leyna arrives and she assures her that they will keep her safe. The Next Day, Emil’s wake commences as a broken Juris tells Drei that Fina is responsible for Emil’s death.
