“Fina finds out that Dante used to work at city hall so confronts Drei who fires her but she and Dolores ain’t stopping and plans to force Drei to speak up”.
Juris arrives at Gaylord’s office to meet him with Fina and leaves. Matilda scolds Drei for not showing up for the party’s meeting but Drei said he is not sure he wants to run for Senate and not happy she keeps interfering in his life and stopping them from moving to the states so she should stop meddling in his family decisions and walks out on Matilda.
Gaylord tells Fina how important it is for him to know the truth about Bogs death since he was his friend. Later, when the friends meet up Juris asks Gaylord why Fina was in his office and what he told her surprising the others. Gaylord tells them he was only helping Fina gain custody of her son Noah but Juris doesn’t want to believe that. Greco feels it’s a good idea because that way Fina will leave them alone.
A guilt stricken Gaylord asks how they sleep at night after all the pain they put Fina through and his conscience can’t keep putting up with it. The Next Day, Fina speaks to Noah since it’s her birthday and he tells her about being an honor student at school. Tito has lunch with Drei advising him to make up with Matilda and put a stop to their disagreements since he will benefit from it. Later, Dolores assistant sends her Dante’s sister’s address. At City hall, Leyna hugs Fina and wishes her a happy birthday. She asked about Fina’s wish and Fina said to be with both her kids again, Juris arrives to see them hugging and takes Leyna away. Juris drags Leyna upstairs so she asks if she is mad at her.
Dolores visits Dante’s sister to question her about Dante’s case and she said she has no news but knows that Dante used to work at city hall under Drei. At home,Juris asks about Drei’s meeting with Titto and advises him to patch things up with Matilda. Later, Juris talks to Drei about how hurt she was seeing Fina and Leyna together and asks him to fire her but Drei assures her she has nothing to worry about.
Dolores calls Fina to inform her that Dante used to work with Drei so Fina concludes Drei could be the boss that Dante was talking about.At home, Gaylord tells his mom about helping Fina regain custody of her son.

Right then, her boss called her that they have a flight to catch.
At home, Emil overhead Leyna telling Juris about giving Fina a doll as a gift since it’s her birthday and she feels sad for her knowing she is looking for her daughter because she knows Juris will be worried if she was missing too.
Elsewhere, Drei visits Matilda with flowers to patch things up with her and she thanks him, asking Drei what she has decided.
Juris asks Leyna if she l0ves her and will trade her for anyone else and she says no as Juris assures her she is her only mom. At city hall, Fina breaks into an office to search for Dante’s file when Juris arrives. Fina finds the file but is interrupted by Drei’s assistant asking her about a file. Drei tells Matilda that he has decided to run for Senate making Matilda happy as they decide to go for lunch.
Juris asks Drei’s secretary what Fina was doing in the records room and she said one of the bosses sent her on an errand there. At home, Juris tells Drei about how worried she is that Fina is still working at city hall and can discover the truth anytime so he wants her gone and out of their lives flashing back to when she saw Leyna hugging Fina and the incident about the doll earlier. Juris tells Drei to fire Fina but he said he has no grounds to fire her as it will become suspicious assuring him they won’t lose Leyna.
At city hall, Leyna bumps into Matilda and pours her drink on her but Matilda acts harshly towards her which Fina witnessed. Another worker tells her about how cold Matilda has always been to Leyna and never warmed up to her catching Fina’s attention as she looks at Leyna.
Fina meets up with Dolores and Armand telling them about seeing Dante’s employment records and he was fired for stealing but he has no criminal records. Dolores tells Fina to be careful because employee records are confidential but Fina said they now have the proof and the friends are all trying to cover for each other which means Drei is hiding something so they need to find out if he has a hand in everything going on.
Armand confronts Gaylord about Dante working for Drei asking if they are covering for each other but Gaylord said he had no idea but Armand refused to believe him. Later, Dolores tells her assistant about Fina’s confirmation and she wants her to do more research about Drei since he is the one trying to mislead them about the case so they need to find evidence against him.
Fina confronts Juris and Drei when they arrive at city hall asking if Drei paid off Dante to admit to the crime. They tell her to stop harassing them and they have had enough of her because they don’t know where her daughter is but Fina insists they know something and keeps pestering them so Drei fires her as the security kicks her out.
During Dinner, Matilda tells Titto about Fina confronting Drei and how he fired her and she won’t allow Fina to ruin her family’s reputation. Titto tells her he can make Fina disappear and gives her a number to call once she reaches a decision about getting r!d of Fina.
Juris tells Drei her fears that what happened earlier might only trigger Fina more since she only wants them to live in peace as they hug. Later, Dolores and Yandro tell Fina to be careful since she is up against a powerful political family but Fina said she will take them head on to make her family whole again since she has a feeling they know where joy is.
At home, Leyna asks for Juris permission to play with the other kids but if she has siblings they will play together. She becomes sick suddenly so Emil and Juris take care of her. Later, Emil reminds Juris about Leyna’s worsening condition and Noah being a definite bone marrow match for her but Juris refuses to give up Leyna because she is her mother and she is all she has.
The Next Day, Gaylord tells Fina that her dismissal at work could be a huge drawback to her regaining custody of her son so she should start by finding a job and she can’t promise her custody battle will have a favorable outcome. Dolores’s assistant tells her how clean the montilibano’s are she tells her to keep investigating.
Fina cries out to Gaylord about her next step because she and her children are the victims now so Gaylord advices her to find a new job.
At home, Leyna asked if Emil is angry with Juris but Emil assures her they are not fighting.
Later, Armand asked Fina about her plans and advised her to be careful but Fina said she won’t slow down now that she knows they are hiding something that’s why they fired her so she won’t stop.
Drei tells Juris that Fina is gone so Juris said it’s good since she doesn’t want her near them anymore. Matilda arrived telling them about one way to take Fina down per Titto’s advice.
At home, Dolores looks at her family photos and asks her assistance what if she never left for Canada will she have been close to her daughter by now and she is helping Fina get her daughter back because she never got hers.
Emil brings Leyna to city hall and confronts Juris about firing Fina since they also took away her livelihood and she is turning into someone she doesn’t want but Juris said she won’t abandon her daughter how her mom abandoned her. Fina goes in search of a job but couldn’t gain employment anywhere. Later, her friends give her some money to support her so she can visit Noah.
Fina arrives in Baguio to see Noah and he is glad to see her as a sad Fina tells him that she is doing everything to make their family whole again.
