“Javier decides to bring Monica back to Vita since Jasper is resigning, Nicole and Adrian get acquainted while Max explains how he met Dante”
Sandra asks Monica what happened at the party and Monica said her dad was happy with Bunjoy. She then asks Monica if she’s glad and Monica says she’s happy and it won’t take time for them to patch things up and Vita is having a lot of problems and she hopes Javi and Jasper can handle it. Sandra tells her not to worry much about it because they will recover.
At night, Adrian talks to Monica on phone while Nicole eavesdrops on him. Elsewhere, Javier asks Javi to explain everything to him and Javi said ever since the propaganda against Vita spread he did everything in his power to keep the company from going bankrupt and tried to inform him but he doesn’t want to listen to him.
Javier asks if he attempted to sell the company without his concern and he has a reason to think that he’s sabotaging him as Jasper arrives. At home, Nicole asks Sylvia why she has allowed her client to sleep there without her permission and Sylvia tells Nicole that she thinks he’s her friend and Nicole says he’s just a client as Adrian arrives saying he will rather sleep inside her car.
Javier said Javi has insulted him and Javi says he only reached out to Max and he just told him he’s interested in Vita since the company is loosing it’s value. Javier asks when he would have been informed about all his plans once he has agreed to sell their family legacy and asks Jasper if he knew about it and agreed.
Jasper tells him that he had no idea about it and asks if it matters if he agrees because everyone knows that there’s no hope of saving the company. Javi said he has no idea about how they were trying to save the company but Javier said they will never sell Vita no matter what Javi and Jasper leave.
Nicole looks at Adrian sleeping in his car as Adrian wakes up looking at Nicole and she leaves. Elsewhere Javi tells Jasper that he’s sick and tired and ever since he was a kid, Javier never appreciated his work for Vita nor his hardwork and he has never been good enough for him.

Elsewhere, two men arrive telling Nicole that she shouldn’t sell the farm because they promised Gramps to take care of the farmhouse when he’s no more and she should first talk to their dad before she sells it.
At home, Monica prepares food for Bunjoy and Eloisa tells Monica to go back to work because she and Sandra will take care of Bunjoy but Monica says she won’t be able to concentrate at work. Eloisa offers Monica money to take care of Bunjoy but Monica declines it saying everything is fine and she can take care of him.
Eloisa arrives at Javier’s Mansion, Javier asks where she has been and Eloisa tells him that she went to check on Bunjoy because he was sick but better now and Javier asks how Monica is doing. Later, Monica sits in front of the house reading a newspaper about the problems Vita Sardines is facing and Sandra asks what’s wrong.
Monica tells Sandra that maybe if she agreed to marry Miguel then all this wouldn’t happen but Sandra advises her that it might be even worse or better so she shouldn’t blame herself. Later, Monica calls Kelly to make the copy of the document as Adrian calls asking how Bunjoy is doing.
The Next Morning, Jasper tells Monica that Javi made a mistake without consulting their dad or the board before talking to Max but it’s seems Max wanted to make a scene and asks Monica if Javi’s decision is right and if she thinks they are failure. Monica says they’re not a failure but doing their best but Jasper thinks there’s nothing they can do to raise Vita again.
At the office, Monica tries to check Max’s online accounts but he doesn’t have any which makes Monica suspicious of him. Later, Adrian calls Monica that he has missed her a lot and will be back the next day.
At a gym center, Jasper tells his friend that he wanted to leave the Vita to establish his own company but he doesn’t have the guts to leave his family. His friend said he has heard that many times from him but he’s still working for Vita and leaving Vita doesn’t mean that he has abandoned his family since he did everything to help the company. Jasper says he’s going to tell Javi that he’s resigning from Vita and he’s sure Javier will understand his decision.
The Next Morning, Jasper tells Javi about resigning from the company and Javi understands him but doesn’t know if their dad will also while Javier eavesdrops on them. He also respected Jasper’s decision but he has to stay until they find a better replacement, Jasper tells them to talk to Monica as Javi becomes shocked.
Jasper says Monica has proven that she’s capable and came up with her own business as Javi becomes angry saying Monica knows nothing about their family business so Javier asks Javi why not Monica because he really likes the idea. Javi argued with Jasper that Monica can’t help Vita but Jasper said he should do their dad’s wish since Monica also needs a chance to prove her skills as Javi leaves.
Later, Javi meets Max at a bar to inform him about his dad’s decision that he wants Monica back at Vita. Max asks if their plans will push through and Javi said he will continue to convince his dad so their plans become successful. Javi visits Monica at her company shocking Monica. Elsewhere, Nicole and Adrian finish signing off the deal of selling the farmhouse as Adrian assures her that he’s a decent man so everything will be fine with the buyer.
Javi tells Monica that Vita needs her business connections because he has a lot of plans and they think she can help also he will offer her a double of what she earns while Adrian looks for a mechanic to fix his car’s problems.
Monica can’t believe Javi wanted to sell Vita and give up on it so asks why he’s doing that. Javi says it’s their dad who doesn’t want to sell it and also bring her to the company as Monica agrees to help Vita since it’s important to their dad but she has to first discuss it with Adrian as Javi leaves.
Monica then calls Adrian and he tells her the problems he’s facing with his car so Monica asks him to spend the night there. Kelly asks Monica if she has already informed Adrian about Javi’s offer. Elsewhere, Max arrives at a game center while on the phone with Dante telling him that Javi doesn’t want to sell the company again because he doesn’t want to give up so Dante tells him to give them what they want but while they wait for it he should take care of the other businesses.
Max approaches a man asking how he’s doing and the man asks if he’s there to play but Max said to collect rather and not to waste of time. He then tells the man to repay his loan given to him by Dante. The man says he doesn’t owe them anything because he has already paid and he has been in the business for too long so he’s not going to be intimidated by people like him.
Max hits the table and flashbacks to when Audrey left him saying she has already found someone to marry, how he came to the same shop to play cards and owed five million and was beaten until he came across Dante who helped him out. Max then asks Dante what he should do in return for the payment of all his debts and Dante said he wants a trust wealthy person who can do his job and asks if he will be that kid.
At home, Nicole gives Adrian a room to sleep since its about to rain so he thanks her for it. Adrain talks to Nicole asking more about her while Monica calls Adrian but it doesn’t go through.
