“Juris confesses the whole truth to Emil about what happened in Baguio, Juris & Drei get married & adopted Leyna to the disapproval of Matilda and after years the friends get to know that Fina is the real mother of Leyna”
Emil asked Juris if she was hiding something from him and Juris said he lied to him and didn’t pick Leyna at her doorstep but from Baguio because they committed a crime and
k!lled someone so after everything they took the person’s baby and brought her to manila. Emil couldn’t take shock so was admitted at the hospital.
Later, Juris told him that he experienced a mild stroke and she is glad he is okay. Emil asked of her plans and told her that immediately he is discharged he wants to see all her friends involved in the crime. Later, Greco wasn’t happy Juris told Emil as they all meet up with him except Bogs who is nowhere to be found.
Emil asked what their plans were and Juris said they have decided to take care of Leyna and make up for what they did but Emil tells them to know the difference between right and wrong but they tell him they just started their respective careers. An angry Emil said he will report it to the authorities if they won’t turn themselves in scaring the friends.
At night, A crying Juris visits Emil’s room begging for disappointing him and even though she can’t make her friends turn themselves in she will surrender. Later, Juris calls Drei to inform him that she will turn herself in so Drei also agrees to turn himself in also since it’s the right thing to do.
Right after she overheard an angry Matilda talking to uncle tito on the phone and wasn’t happy the party wants her to run for congress again instead of senate because by hook or crook she will become a senator. Emil accompanies Juris to the police station as Drei arrives saying he told the others but they are not ready yet, Drei promised to never abandon Juris. The message spreads fast between the other friends who contemplate whether to turn themselves in.
At the police station, Emil sees how the criminals are dragged to jail and how they are treated in jail so they gave up on the idea. Emil went ahead to resign from the school as a principal because he has some personal issues. Later, the news spread among the friends that Juris and Drei didn’t push through with it.
The Next Day, Juris was in a meeting with other lawyers at the law firm and they were grateful for her suggestions. Right then, Emil calls Juris to inform her that Leyna is sick and she rushes there. At the hospital the doctor tells them that Leyna has a blood disorder and she will need a blood transformation every month and it’s for life unless they have a bone marrow transplant but she can live a normal life if only they monitor her.
Sheryl the caretaker of the orphanage tells Emil, Drei and Juris that the funds of the orphanage are not enough to take care of Leyna. Juris decides to adopt Leyna officially so she takes better care of her. All the friends dedicate their time to taking care of Leyna. Juris decides to resign from the law firm while Fina and Amor continue to look for the kidnapper.
At the market, they are informed that Maribel came with the authorities to take Noah who is Fina’s son because it was a court order granting her temporary custody while the case was ongoing. Fina rushed to Maribel’s house to demand for a child but the officers stopped her because Maribel didn’t do anything illegal since Leyna lost her other child making her an irresponsible mother. Amor promises they will be back for Noah.
Fina visits an attorney but he tells her it will be hard to win the case against Maribel because the only way is for her to prove she is a good mother and not negligent and until she does that Noah will have to stay with Maribel.
At home, Matilda asks Drei about the kid that was baptized since the card is from Juris and Drei said it’s a baby from the orphanage which Juris wants to adopt but Matilda believes it’s strange so Juris is probably hiding something from them and maybe she is the child’s real mom but Drei said that’s not true.
The friends meet up discussing their respective achievements so far Greco said he is almost an NBI agent,Gaylord said he will be working at fiscal’s office as a public prosecutor, Lolita said she will take her master’s in Harvard to study international law and she will be gone for five years which is her decision and her husband even bought her and her daughter Chloe a house in the US and will visit from time to time.
Drei said he is preparing for the elections and hopes he wins as a councillor. Juris said she applied at the public attorney’s office to cut down her work load and begs them to not tell anyone Leyna was adopted since she wants to raise her as her own daughter and they all wonder where Bogs is.
When they arrived Bogs was passed out from a dru9 overdose so they rushed him to the hospital. The Next Day, the friends took Bogs to the rehab center and told him to hide what happened in Baguio. After, Gaylord suggests to Juris that they watch a movie so they visited a cinema and it was a projection of Drei and Juris’s relationship as Drei proposes to Juris supported by all friends and Emil so Juris accepts it.
Juris and Drei have dinner with Matilda who wasn’t impressed that Juris quit her job at the law firm to work at the public attorney’s office. Later, Matilda tells Drei it’s obvious she and Juris won’t get along since she doesn’t like Juris because she lacks ambition but Drei said he l0ves her. Matilda tells him that she won’t support him anymore if he doesn’t leave Juris but he insists he l0ves her.
Juris asks Drei if Matilda doesn’t like her because she always knew it but Drei said she will once they get to know each other better. The Next Day, Drei decides to pack out of Matilda’s office space so he puts up his own campaign headquarters since people have pledged donations for his campaign but an angry Matilda said he will come crawling back since she is the only person and family he has to help him reach his goals but Drei leaves anyways. Later, Tito goes to Matilda’s office to console her.
The friends begin to succeed in their respective fields and Bogs is at rehab. After some time, Matilda receives a wedding invitation from Drei for his wedding and a helpless Matilda arrives to stand by her son. Drei and Juris get married to the cheers of all the friends but angering Matilda.
At Baguio, Fina and Amor are told by an officer that they finally identified who kidπapped her daughter and her name is Barbara who is a child traffi¢ker and part of a syndicate.
