“Nathan loses everything and goes back to the slums as he starts from the button again,Gino pays for Regina’s hospital bills and offers Dani a Job while Gary is back to the Philippines to make Nathan’s life a living hell”.
Lexie meets her mom at a restaurant as she hugs and asks her how Nathan is doing since things will turn worse soon. At Golden Builders, Nathan tells the media that they will definitely prove that they didn’t rush the MTR project and no one can put a good man down as he leaves while Hector spies on him. James asks Nathan if he’s fine.
Lexie tells her mom that they have no idea what to do with Nathan because he got mad at them after they told him what they achieved individually and kicked them out of the house because they disobeyed him but they only wanted to help him. Her mom said Lexie can’t blame Nathan because there are questions in life that are difficult to answer and some might not have answers so they must learn to let go as they hug.
At Golden Builders, James and Janice discusses about Nathan’s efforts despite hitting rock buttom and promise to never leave his side till the very end. Elsewhere, Regina holds her stomach telling her family that she feels pain in her upper abdomen but they shouldn’t worry about her because she will be fine.
Nathan tells Janice that they are getting new clients and he’s even searching for more. Janice reminds him that he doesn’t have a license to work anymore but Nathan tells her to talk to an engineer on his behalf. At home, Dani tells her family that she would have gotten a good job after graduating like how Nathan promised her but there’s is a crisis at his office.
Regina tells her not to worry because she will find an excellent job once she graduates as she receives a notification and tells her family that she has found a new job and Regina asks what she means because she shouldn’t stress herself but Dani said she will manage it.
At Golden Builders, Nathan asks Janice if she reached the engineer and Janice tells him that it seems he doesn’t want to deal with them anymore because his phone is switched off. Elsewhere, the engineer meets up with his friend telling him that they’ve managed to recover due to the MTR collapse and the friend said it’s going to be a good for them because they don’t have to construct a new building.
Nathan ordered Janice to send proposals to some of their clients and maybe someone might respond. A random vendor enters the building selling shocking Nathan but Janice tells him there are no guards anymore since their agencies called them back. An attorney arrives and takes all of Nathan’s cars. At home, Dani’s friend gives her money for her expenses and Dani tells her that she’s willing to do any job because her mom is sick but refusing to visit the hospital since she might be afraid of the cost.
Nathan, Janice and James had to pack out from the Golden builders building and the name was changed to Platinum Builders. They rented a small office space and Nathan asks Janice if someone has responded to the proposal but no one has replied yet, James encourages Nathan that they knew he can make it through as he thanks them and leaves.
Dani withdraws money through the ATM account and gets sad she has nothing left in her account. Elsewhere, Janice informed Nathan that one of the clients accepted their proposal and wants to set up a meeting with them and Janice hugs Nathan as James looks on jealous so she asks him to join them. Later, Regina calls Dani and she tells her that she hasn’t found a job yet because she hasn’t graduated.
Nathan becomes glad and tells them to hang out for dinner. Gino sees Dani and stops his car asking her to join him because he wants to offer her a job. Later, Nathan, Janice and James arrive at the restaurant and Nathan flashbacks to his first hangout with Dani and she telling him that he’s already in his forties.
Gino drives Dani home and tells her to think about his job offer but Dani declines it stating clearly that she doesn’t want Nathan to think that she also betrayed him as she was leaving she sees Watashi holding a sick Regina who is having severe stomach pains so Gino offers to ride them to the hospital. At the eatery, James tells Nathan that he missed hanging out with him there.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Dani’s family that Regina needs surgery and Dani asks how much it will cost. The doctor said they should have brought her earlier for treatment and Gino tells him to proceed with the surgery while Nathan,Janice and James have fun at the eatery.
Dani thanks Gino for his help and promised to pay him back as soon as possible she gets a job but Gino tells her not to worry while she looks at him. James and Janice arrive at her house and Janice gives Kyle some packaged food to share it with his grandpa and AJ. Grandpa asks if they really went out with Nathan and Janice said it’s just a little celebration.
The Next Day, the client arrives as Janice welcomes him and Nathan gives him the proposal to read through. He asks Nathan if his license is still working and Nathan tells him that he has an engineer and promises to monitor the project but the client tells them he’s not the sole owner of the company and has business partners so they have a say in his decision but he is sure they won’t want to work with him so Nathan becomes angry asking why he agreed to come for the meeting since it was a waste of time.
The client tells Nathan that he came purposely because he has another business and wants them to build quarters for his employees so he should accept and build it. Nathan asks him to leave because he’s not beggar. Nathan arrives at his house to meet some people who have been sent by the lawyers to kick him out of the house but he rather sacks them and tells them he won’t allow them to kick him out of his house.
Gino meets Gary at the airport who becomes happy and hugs him. At home, Gary asks Gino why he’s leaving at a rat hole since he should aim high because he didn’t raise him to become an average man. Gino asks him to rest but Gary said he has been waiting for this day all his life for them to raise and Nathan to go back to his garbage where he came from.
Nathan and James arrive at a building with his belongings and Nathan tells James he can quit and take up any job someone offers him because he can’t work for him all life and maybe that’s why he is paying for his mistakes but James said he will never leave his side since he’s like a brother to him and treated him well so and can’t loose him because everyone makes mistakes.
Regina wakes up asking Dani if they are done with the surgery and asks who took care of the bill. Dani tells her not to stress herself because she will take care of everything as Watashi said it’s Gino who paid for everything shocking Regina who asks if it’s a good idea because of the rift between him and Nathan. Watashi tells Regina that Gino has offered Dani a job after graduating and Dani said it was hard for her to accept it.
Nathan sells his last car. Later, both Nathan and Dani stopped a car at the transport terminal and they don’t know who will get in since there’s only one person left so one of the passengers gets down for both of them to enter the car. It was an uncomfortable ride for them so a sad Nathan gets down along the road thinking of Dani.
Nathan meets one of his architects in front of the building he is staying at asking what’s he’s doing there since he needs to downgrade and cut cost but he is still opened for business. The architect tells him the building he is staying in and it’s whole block will be demolished by them to construct a mall and asked if Nathan brought bad luck to the building when he settled there as he leaves.
Janice picks Kyle from school and AJ tells Janice about a new job offer but Janice said she hasn’t considered looking for a new job because they still have their savings and she doesn’t have the heart to leave Nathan as AJ makes jokes out of it. At home, Dani tells her family that she met Nathan earlier shocking them since he has lost a lot of weight and gets more shocked when Dani said she saw Nathan at the transport terminal trying to get a ride.
At dinning, Gary tells Gino that he inherited his cooking skills from his mom and asks how things are going with their company launch and also to show him the guest list of the launch because he is planning on inviting someone and smiles. Later, Nathan receives an invitation on the launch of Platinum Building.
