“Nathan is on the verge of losing everything so blames Dani and asks for a break up, Gino tries to win all those close to Nathan to his side while Nathan sacks his siblings and board members for betraying him”.
Gino tells Dani that if he didn’t testify against Nathan then people wouldn’t know the truth. Dani asks if he really insists it’s Nathan’s fault and Gino said Nathan is the one who came up with the master plan which almost k!lled innocent people so his conscience can’t take it anymore.
Gino then asks Dani if it’s wrong for him to break his friendship with Nathan because it’s true he was in a rush to complete the project to make profit and knows it will be hard for her to accept the truth but that’s the truth so she should go and asks Nathan herself as she leaves and Gino smiles.
Dani arrives home moody so Watashi and Regina asks her what’s wrong with her. Dani said it’s hard for her to believe. Watashi asks her if she’s going to believe the rumors or Nathan. Elsewhere someone calls Nathan informing him that another charge has been pressed against him for bribery and corruption which lead to the damages as Nathan becomes angry that they are only going to continue pressing charges against him.
Nathan calls James asking for his whereabouts because he needs him right away as Dani arrives. Nathan asks her what she’s doing there because it’s late so she should go home but Dani said she wants to help him. Nathan tells her to go home because no one can help him anymore and he’s about to loose everything he worked hard for and nobody l0ves someone who has no money.
A crying Dani asks him if that’s what he thinks about her then he is wrong because it was even hard for her to l0ve him when he was rich and asks if he doesn’t care about her anymore or Gino was telling the truth that he only cares about the money he would get out of the MTR project. Nathan asks her if she also believes the rumors around because he can hear it from others but not her and shouts at her to leave as she leaves.
Dani walks on the street crying as Gino sees her in his car and passes by. Dani receives a call but ignores it. On TV, the Judge concludes the case by closing down Golden Builders for further investigations while Nathan and Janice’s family watches. After, the media asks Nathan what he will do after his company is closed down but he ignores them. Gino appears with his attorney and presents a restraining order to Nathan.
An angry Nathan asks his attorney to do something so he wouldn’t loose his company permanently. Janice also tells Nathan that their contract with the German client has been cancelled. Later, Janice brings Nathan some documents stating that the heads of their various departments are resigning. Nathan collected the documents and threw it away saying they’re fired.
Nathan held a short meeting with his board assuring them they will overcome the problem in a short while but the board didn’t believe him because they are losing all their clients and they believe everyone will leave Golden Builders soon so Nathan fired all his board members saying he’s never going to accept defeat.
Janice tells James that the company problems have gotten worse and everything happened so fast even though they never thought it would come to that. James said no matter what happens, he will not leave Nathan’s side because he has no family unlike her who has a son and a family. They promise not to leave each other.
At home,Janice tells her dad that Nathan became angry and destroyed everything in his office but she’s concerned because she doesn’t want people to think that he’s a bad person. Her dad tells her that Nathan can only be supported by those who believe in him and his generosity for them so they should never leave his side. Elsewhere, Gary looks at pictures of Nathan’s destroyed MTR project and takes his passport while smiling.
Gino meets up with Janice at a restaurant, Janice said she knows Nathan l0ved him and took him as a brother but she has realized that Gino is a good actor of lies. Gino tries to convince Janice to leave Nathan’s side to join his company to archive his goal but Janice said her dad didn’t raise her to betray others like how he did. Gino said Janice can’t leave Nathan all because of she l0ves him.
Lexie and Dani meet up and she begs Dani not to leave Nathan’s side nor give up on him during this rough time because Nathan needs her the most in this difficult time since she makes him happy. Dani said she hoped so and he really l0ves him too.
Later, Dani calls Janice on the phone pleading with her to set up an appointment between her and Nathan but Janice tells her to come over since she’s his girlfriend. Dani said she feels like she always catches him at the wrong time whenever she goes there because Nathan is always in a bad mood. Janice tells her to understand since Nathan is going through a lot so Janice decided to help her.
James arrives at the company with snacks for Janice as Nathan screams. James asks Janice what’s wrong with Nathan and Janice said the bank was there earlier asking them to leave the building because Nathan used it as a collateral with his other property.
At home, Lexie asks Nathan if they will leave the house too and he tells her that he will buy a new house. Justin tells Nathan not to worry about him because he was able to open a gym center and has been renting an apartment on his own as Nathan asks how he was able to do all this and asks about his bar exams.
Justin said he doesn’t want to become a lawyer and Lexie said she doesn’t want to be a burden either since he’s going through a lot and she was able to make some money from her gigs as Nathan becomes angry and asks Iya what she has done.
Iya tells him that she and her husband Darwin saved money for a condo and has figured out that they can’t depend on him all the time. Nathan asks about her groceries shop but Iya said business isn’t her passion as Nathan becomes mad at them because they all f00led him and are there same as Gino so orders them to get out of his house.
The Next Day, Nathan meets up with Dani who wants them to hang out to release some stress but Nathan tells her to leave because he turned his focus on her instead of the MTR project and that’s why he lost everything. A crying Dani said she l0ves him and not his money but Nathan made it clear to her that he had everything in his life but lost all due to Dani’s entry in his life so they should break up.
Dani said she thought he’s brave because he told her what he went through before becoming successful but he’s rather blaming her as the reason why he lost everything so it’s means he’s weak as a furious Dani leaves. Nathan decides to follow her when James arrives asking Nathan what happened but he ignores him.

Later, Dani meets up when her friends who ask if the rumor about her breaking up with Nathan is true and Dani tells them not to talk about that. Elsewhere, Nathan flashbacks to when Gino testified against him and how he pun¢hed him, when Dani told him that he’s weak for blaming her for what happened and how Gino touched Dani.
