Dani goes to Nathan’s office with a bouquet of flowers,food and wishes him a happy anniversary. Nathan apologizes to Dani for not getting her anything and gives her some documents to give to Lexie and a pen drive to leave on Janice’s table. He hugs Dani and wishes her a happy anniversary and promises to make it up to her later but she tells him not to worry as she leaves.
Dani meets Gino in the hallway who asks for her plans for their anniversary and Dani tells him that Nathan isn’t in the mood due to the ongoing problems and asks Gino if he’s not worried because he seems fine. Gino said they will find a way out of the problem and Dani says she’s proud Nathan has a supportive person like Gino.
Gino pretentiously praises Nathan and says he sees him as his role model and asks her to join him for lunch. At the restaurant, Gino tells Dani that Nathan doesn’t deserve what’s going on since he worked hard to become a highly skilled engineer and constructor but might lose everything in a blink of an eye and Dani said she is sure Nathan will bounce back as Janice spies on them.
Gino sees Janice as she leaves and takes a kn!fe on the table and excuses himself following Janice. He tells Janice that he knows she has been keeping an eye on him but he will never betray Nathan or the company and asks if it’s because he has access to Nathan’s files and laptop.
Later,Janice and Nathan meet up and she tells him that it’s seems Gino is innocent per his words and Nathan says he also thinks that he can’t betray him but when it comes to hard times like this everyone is a suspect.
In the court room, the judge tells Nathan that he doesn’t have any proof to clear his name and it has come to their notice that he doesn’t treat his employees well so maybe it might add up to the problems he’s facing as Berto the head of the employees arrives. Berto testifies that Nathan doesn’t care about his workers but only cares about getting the work done.
Gary watches them on TV and says Berto should keep on revealing Nathan’s secrets and calls Gino to asks if he has a hand in those witnesses coming out because he didn’t think Nathan is hated by people. Gino said he didn’t do anything to make them say that but Gary tells him to continue with his plans and he shouldn’t back down on his plans until Nathan finally goes down.
At home, Hector calls Gino that he’s taking care of the CCTV while watching what Berto said at the court room. At his office, Nathan soliloquies about what Berto said in court as Dani arrives. Nathan tells her that he has done so much for Berto but he was still saying he is not compassionate. Dani encourages him that the truth will be revealed and the whole world will know who Nathan is as she hugs him.
In the court room, the judge interrogates Janice concerning the incidence at the office and she testifies in favor of Nathan. Later, Nathan thanks Janice for her testimony and Janice said it’s nothing.
At home, Janice tells AJ that her l0ve for Nathan has never changed even though he l0ves someone else and about how he helped her when they didn’t know each other that well. AJ says she should have told him earlier ad Janice says she will be selfish to say that but she will keep him in her heart even if it hurts as AJ hugs her.

The Next day, Nathan asks the guard on duty that night if Gino was with someone when he came or talked to someone but the guard said Gino was alone working with his laptop and he didn’t check what he doing as he leaves. Janice asks Nathan if she should call Gino back even though he’s on leave but he says he will pay him a visit at home. She asks him if it isn’t dangerous to drop unannounced at Gino’s house and Nathan says if he’s not hiding anything then he wouldn’t have any problem with him.
James arrives at Janice’s office and she becomes shocked because she thinks he was driving Nathan to Gino’s house. Elsewhere, Nathan arrives at Gino’s supposed address as Gino makes a video call with Gary. Nathan knocks on the door but meets Gino’s absence and calls Janice ordering her to call Gino to trace his location because he has deceived them and gave them a wrong house address. Janice calls Gino but he didn’t answer the call, removes his SIM card and destroys it.
On their way to the court room, Dani texted good luck to Nathan. Janice tells Nathan that Gino isn’t picking up her calls. At the court room, Gino arrives to testify against Nathan that it’s true that he was in a hurry to finish the MTR project to impress the president. After, Nathan becomes angry at Gino and pun¢hes him.
