“Nathan’s MTR project fails miserably leaving people injured and some in critical condition as Gary turns happy, however Nathan suspects Gino as the culprit who changed his blueprint and behind the accident”.
Nathan came to pick Dani and her family to the launch of the MTR project. At the launching, Janice’s family meets Nathan as the president also arrives with his wife. Nathan introduces Dani to him as his girlfriend as Gino spies on them.
Nathan addresses the guests present at the launching and welcomes them to his MTR railway station. Gino tells Janice to tell Nathan that he will be near the train in case he’s looking for him and leaves. A man comes to inform Gino that the train is ready as people enter. Gino looks at Hector from afar and said this is the day he has been waiting for.
Everyone at the launch watches the train on the cameras to check out if the MTR railway project is successful to serve to the public but unfortunately at the finishing phase the railway started cracking injuring people. The president becomes disappointed in Nathan for failing him so Nathan apologized promising to fix everything as he rushes to Gino asking him what happened but Gino denies knowing anything about what’s happened and acts worried.
Later, Gino calls Hector asking him how things are going and if everything is fine. The media arrives asking Nathan if it’s true that he was in a rush to finish the project that’s why the accident happened but Nathan assures them that it’s not true and the people are only blaming him for what happened as Gary watches him on his TV and becomes happy.
Later, Nathan and Janice calls Gino severally but it can’t be reached. They held a short meeting with the board at the office to release a statement before they continue with the investigations since it’s a serious matter and everything they might say will go against them. Nathan says he already has people there to conduct their own investigations and one member said what they need to do is damage control.
In a car, Gino calls Gary that he’s sure he already knows what’s going on and Gary said it’s all over the news because Nathan is famous for the wrong reasons and being refered to as the man who screwed up the MTR
construction project which will remain in history. Gino said he will call him later because he’s almost at the office and Gary tells him to make Nathan feel like there’s someone on his side since he needs a friend at this moment.
The president calls Nathan and tells him that he’s sure he’s waiting for the results of the investigators and he has to release a statement as to why the incident happened as Gino arrives. Nathan asks him where he had been and Gino lied that the media were asking too many questions that’s why he left. The officer tells them that after their investigation it came out that the materials used for the construction were weak that’s why.
Nathan becomes angry because he was the one who drew the plans and made everyone check it before so doesn’t understand how that could happen. Gino defended himself that he also checked everything and all the materials were good so how could this have happened as Nathan leaves.
Dani visits Nathan at his office and encourages him that everything will be okay. Nathan said he is surprised at everything going on so he needs to clear his company’s name. Dani tells him to have faith because everything will be fine and they will work together since she’s there for him as they hug while Janice spies on them.
At the conference room, Gino tells the board that they need to tell the public that everything is under control and Lexie said they will also take care of the injured. One said it’s because Dani came into Nathan’s life as Lexie interrupted that it’s not true as Gino shuts them up that it’s no time to argue since no one has the right to interfere with Nathan’s personal matters.
Lexie thanks Gino for defending her brother and leaves. Gino flashbacks to when he changed the blue prints of the project on Nathan’s laptop when he was in Batangas. At his office, Nathan is confused as to what really happened and checks the blueprint of the project on his laptop and realizes that it was changed.
Gino, Lexie, Janice and the engineer arrive at Nathan’s office. He shows them the blueprint that it differs from what he did and asks Gino what happened. Gino pretends that it’s exactly what he approved so does the engineer. An angry Nathan said he will never approve that kind of plan as he leaves.
Janice packs the blueprint and calls her family that she won’t be home tonight as James brings Janice some ice cream. She tells him that she only eat ice cream when she’s happy and James says he’s glad to spend the night with her. Janice tells him to stop kidding because there’s a crisis and discusses about the effort Nathan puts into the project to make it successful.
Later, James meets Dani in front of the company and asks what she’s doing there because she should be at college the next day. Dani said she came to support Nathan since she heard that Nathan can go to jail because of that but James says it’s just a rumor so she shouldn’t listen to them. Nathan and Janice arrive at the CCTV room to check who changed the blueprints but his office camera wasn’t working.
At his office, Nathan, Gino, Lexie and Janice discuss who could have done that because the plan was changed at the last phase when they were in Batangas so it’s possible someone close to him who sabotaged his plans.
Elsewhere, the media asks Nathan that people are saying he used cheaper materials and wanted to finish the project early and Nathan explains to them that he didn’t approve the last phase of the project and someone sabotaged them.
At home, Gary watches Nathan on TV and says Nathan should get himself prepared since it’s just the beginning of his plans to bring him down. At the office, Dani arrives looking at them and Nathan leaves. Gino apologizes to the media that Nathan has to attend an urgent meeting as he leaves.
Later, they visited the hospital to check up on those injured and told Janice to pay their bills and Nathan ordered James to drive Dani home as they left. At home, Watashi asks Dani if she’s okay as Regina arrives.
Dani tells them there are a lot of problems at the office and Regina asks if there’s an improvement on the investigations and tells her to focus on her studies too no matter the hard time. Dani said it’s their anniversary so she will drop by the office and they even planned to go on a trip so she suggested they postponed it.
At a meeting, Nathan says there should be a suspect and asks Gino who did it because he was at the office at that time when they were at Batangas.
