“Cesar $hoots Auring after meeting the kids absence, Avel gets to know that Cesar k!lled his parents, Chona agrees to testify against Marissa,Avel is arrested while Jake is left in a critical condition after he was involved in an accident”
Gabriel turns to see Avel there while Cesar enters the hut with his gun to meet the kids absence and screams. Gabriel asks Avel what he’s doing there and he said he’s looking for the kids too. The old woman flashbacks to when she heard some voices, how she waked up and saw two men standing outside so quickly wake Hope and Jake up and told them to run away because she’s sure that they’re looking for them.
Jake and Hope run into the bush while thinking about the old woman. Elsewhere, a police officer calls Agatha in the presence of Ellice that they’ve received an email containing the criminal activities of an organization and the list of the various members who belongs to that group and Belen’s name has been shortlisted as Ellice becomes shocked and cries.
The organization thanks Belen for informing them about Cesar but they will protect her from the authorities. Belen said she will count on them but she wants Cesar d£ad and they assure her he will pay for his betrayal. Elsewhere, Ellice confides in Agatha that Marissa was part of the organization after she disappeared Cesar threatened to k!ll her if she doesn’t allow him to continue laundering money and begs Agatha to help her but Agatha said she will only help her when she cut off her ties with Belen.
At the Condo, Marissa calls Avel but he didn’t answer. In the bush, Cesar asks for the kids and since they are not there Cesar $hoots the old woman and whistles. Avel looks at Cesar and flashbacks to when his parents were $hot and the murderer whistling. An angry Avel decides to approach Cesar but Gabriel stops him. Red and Cesar heard the noise and escaped while shooting around.
Gabriel and Avel approach the old woman to ask her the whereabouts of the kids. Gabriel sees Hope’s bag so concludes that they were indeed there and thinks the old woman helped them escaped. Gabriel thanks her for helping his kids. The old woman’s dead family’s souls came for her as she dies.
Elsewhere in the bush, Hope asks Jake where they will go now as they come across a car. They begged the car owner to help them because someone is after them which he accepts as they leave. In their car, Red asks of Cesar’s plans for Marissa. He said he won’t k!ll Marissa but her son together with Hope.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice becomes angry at Belen because Cesar has double crossed them but Belen said Ellice shouldn’t worry since she has got them covered and she made the right decision joining the organization so they will protect them. Ellice said Gabriel shouldn’t find out or else he will leave her but Belen assures her they are safe as Ellice flashbacks to her earlier conversation with Agatha.
The owner of the car asks Hope and Jake where he should drop them and Jake tells him to drop them in the next town. He then asks them of their age and Hope said they’re both 18yrs but the man asks of their parents and Jake tells him they’ve run away from them but it’s a long story.
Avel calls Marissa that Cesar is responsible for his parents death shocking Marissa and he said Cesar has also k!lled the woman who helped the kids but the kids managed to escape before Cesar arrived there and he’s with Gabriel and a crying Marissa begs him to continue looking for the kids as she hugs Lucing.
The man stops at a point to buy some snacks and sees the kids missing posters. He then calls the number on the poster. In the car, Hope said she’s worried about the old woman but Jake tells her not to worry because they will go look for her when things are okay as the driver enters the car.
Gabriel asks Avel why Marissa accused him of the explosion of her car and Avel tells him the whole truth and Gabriel says he will do everything to help him. Elsewhere Agatha calls Ellice that the police have found where the kids are so they are going to rescue them and Ellice thanks her. Later, one of the policemen calls Red to inform him about the kids whereabouts and Cesar said they will get them now.
Gabriel narrates his story with Marissa to Avel and they only see each other because of Jake and asks Avel if he’s helping Marissa because they know each other. Avel said Marissa is a good person and Gabriel said Marissa needs someone like Avel to take care of her as Ellice texted Gabriel that the police has found Hope and Jake so they’re heading there.
The man tells the kids that he will drop them in the next town and lies to them that he also stays there with his family. Elsewhere, Gabriel calls Agatha to inform the police that Cesar has k!lled the old woman Auring. The officer calls Red that someone has filed a case against them so the police are on their way there but Cesar said if they think they can arrest him then they have no idea what he is capable of.
Chona begs Belen to hire her back and she will provide information about Marissa and all the things she ordered her to do to sabotage the company because her son is sick at the hospital. Belen asks her if she can testify in court and Chona accepts it and they had a deal.
Elsewhere on the road, Cesar and Gabriel’s cars trails Hope and Jake’s car. The man sees the cars and calls the police for help,Cesar tries to $hoot the kids as well as Gabriel and Avel. Agatha calls Ellice that Cesar is also chasing the kids as Ellice calls Gabriel that the kids are in danger.
Cesar continues $hooting them as the car goes round, there was an oncoming tractor in front so Jake pushes Hope out of the car as the car collides with the tractor leaving Jake in a bad state. Cesar becomes happy as they leave. Gabriel approaches Hope to check up on her while Jake remains unconscious in the car. A crying Hope, Avel and Gabriel go near the car as an ambulance and the police arrive.
Avel calls Marissa that they’ve found the kids but Avel tells her to head straight to the hospital because Jake is going to need medical treatment and they will meet there as Marissa informs Lucing and Blue that she’s going to the hospital.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice tells Belen that Hope is fine but unfortunately Jake is in critical condition and Belen tries to poison Ellice’s mind that Marissa will be distracted because of Jake’s condition so she should get back at Marissa.
Ellice said it’s not the right time since she doesn’t want any more trouble but Belen said if Marissa hadn’t been so greedy to steal her family and company then Jake wouldn’t end up in coma. Ellice made it clear to Belen that she l*ves Marissa and she will never wish harm for Jake just to get back at her.
Marissa, Lucing and Blue wait for the ambulance as it arrives. A crying Marissa and Hope wanted to see Jake but they weren’t allowed to enter his ward as Gabriel comforted them while Belen and Ellice arrive. Belen asks Ellice why Gabriel is holding Marissa like that and if he’s only worried about Jake.
At Hope’s ward the doctor tells her family that she need to stay there while waiting for her other test result but Hope wanted to go and see Jake. Hope goes in her wheelchair and Belen tells Ellice that she has a bad feeling about Gabriel and Marissa. Hope hugs Marissa. Belen tells Ellice that Jakes’s accident will bring Marissa and Gabriel closer than before but Ellice said Gabriel has a responsibility to Jake and Belen asks her why Hope seems closer to Marissa than her Ellice.
The police came to arrest Avel to interrogate him regarding the case. Elsewhere, a crying Lucing can’t believe they are facing this problems because of Cesar’s plans and don’t understand why he involve the kids as Blue arrive to tell them that Avel has been arrested.
In coma, Jake visits Jacob to apologize to him for pretending to be him in his family but Jacob tells him not to worry because he understands and knows how hard things were for him since he’s not a bad person so he shouldn’t worry and knows he only followed Marissa’s instructions.
Jake tells him that Marissa is his whole family and Jacob thanks him for l*ving his family but Jake said he doesn’t know how they will accept the truth when they finds out that he’s not the real Jacob. However, Jacob encourages him to have faith.The doctor tries to revive Jake.
Elsewhere, Marissa asks Gabriel if he thinks Cesar is the only one responsible for the mess and what if Cesar was only following orders from Ellice but Gabriel said Ellice can’t do that because Hope and Jake were together so she can’t do that. Marissa said it’s seems Gabriel doesn’t know Ellice very well.
At the police station, the officer tells Avel not to worry because the evidence against Cesar has confirmed that he’s the one responsible for Marissa’s accident. At Jake’s ward, Avel tells Marissa that he’s now free and doesn’t want to hide again as Jake’s condition becomes critical. The doctor tells them that Jakes’s brain needs enough oxygen to recover. Elsewhere, Hope becomes mad at Ellice because she’s also at fault but Ellice said everything is happening because of Marissa and she did everything to protect their family but Hope said Marissa hasn’t k!lled anyone as Gabriel arrives.
Marissa also enters Hope’s ward asking for her help and tells Ellice to let go of their conflicts for now because Hope needs to go talk to Jake since it will make him recover faster. As they leave to Jake’s ward Marissa thanks Hope and asks for her forgiveness.
