“Nathan gets closer to Dani making Janice jealous while Gino plans to sabotage Nathan to push through with his plans with Gary”.
Nathan arrives at the construction site as everyone greats him, the engineer informs Nathan that they’re still on schedule and he will check everything before the second phase of the project starts. Nathan asks Gino if all the foundations are well constructed and tells Janice to set a meeting with the board the next morning.
At her office, Lexie asks Dani about her family and she said she lives with her mom and uncle but she is on good terms with her dad even if her parents have broken up. She explains her situation with her dad and Lexie said she admires her that upon all the pain her dad caused her mom, she is still in touch with him. Dani said it’s clear that one should learn from their mistakes and move on with their life and Lexie sends her to give a document to Nathan.
Dani arrives at Nathan’s office to give him Lexie’s proposal of the project in Batangas as she looks at Nathan. He asks her why she’s eyeing him and Dani says he’s nice and a good person as Nathan smiles. He then invites her to join their team building game challenge as she leaves. Elsewhere in the conference room, Nathan tells the board that they have to go for a bank loan due to their current situation and he will be using his company and assets as collateral.
A board member suggested that it’s too risky as Gino smiles but Nathan said he has been in the business for many years from time to time so the higher the risk the bigger the chance but he has already considered the scenario since he’s sure things will work out according to their plans. Gino offers his support and Nathan said they will need to finish the project ahead of their schedule as he has already given the president his word so they should prepare for the team building as he leaves.
AJ and her friend discuss a guy who is courting her after AJ sees him giving her friend a peck. At Dani’s place, Regina and Watashi help her pack up her things and discuss her new trip since her company has so many events. Regina tells Dani to take care of herself and Dani said now that she’s spending more time with Nathan, she has realize that he’s a nice man and only pretends to be arrogant. Watashi said he thinks she has started falling for her boss but Regina becomes angry at Watashi.
In a video call, Gino tells Gary that their plans are advancing and Gary appreciates his good work and tells him not to worry about that arrogant ba$tard Nathan. Gino said Nathan’s arrogance will bring him down and they won’t leave him since his MTR is going down along with his company.
The employees arrive at the site for the team building as they divide themselves into Red and Blue teams. Gino is the leader of the Red team and Nathan becomes the leader of the Blue team after Dani convinces him to join them. A flag is placed in the forest and both teams are to capture the flag to win. All the employees spread themselves in the bush looking for the flag and Nathan tells Dani to stay close to him as does James to Janice.
With their toy guns they $hoot at each other and whoever gets hit is eliminated as James takes the $hots from Gino for Nathan. Gino cheats on his other members so he is left alone to look for the flag. Nathan and Dani get closer to the flag but Gino has already arrived there so Janice wonders why Gino steps back and hides instead of going for the flag.
Gino $hot Nathan with the fake gun as Dani also $hoots Gino and gets the flag making her the winner. She teases Gino for losing his title as the previous champion and Gino looks angry. Nathan introduces Dani as the new flag bearer from the marketing department as everyone becomes happy.
All the employees returned from their trip and Nathan rides Dani home. James tells Janice that he’s shock that Dani was able to influence Nathan to participate in the team building excercise and Janice said Dani has a strong influence on Nathan as she leaves. She approaches Gino to remind him that he and Nathan will visit the site the next day and asks him if the trip was fun. Gino said it was a team building exercise and the best one so far and it’s good Nathan decided to join them as he leaves.
In the car, Nathan said this is the first time he has enjoyed the team building exercise and Dani made it interesting but Dani said the truth is that it’s not really easy to face happiness and she guess she’s not seriously looking for it.
Gino arrives home and finds an envelope behind his door as Gary calls him. They exchanged pleasantries and Gary asked why he sounds unhappy and if there’s something wrong with their plans. Gino said there’s nothing wrong but he’s just tired from their team building trip and Gary reminds him that no matter what he shouldn’t let anything affect their plans. Gino goes through the documents and it’s a report of the background of Dani.
The Next morning, Dani meets Gino at the hallway and asks him if he’s not mad at her for winning the game. Gino said she has proved to him that she has a positive influence on Nathan but Dani says Nathan is capable of doing everything and only needs a little push. Gino tells her that he supports any one who makes Nathan happy because it helps him run the company better as he leaves.
At the marketing department, Aida, Yellow and others gossip about Dani being an influence on Nathan as she arrives. The other workers ask Dani to tell them the truth whether she has cast a spell on Nathan. Aida tells her to stop being selfish because she promises to help her with her crush Bong. Dani tells them that she hasn’t done anything and they are making things impossible for Nathan to be close to her.
Nathan, Janice and Gino arrive at the construction site. Nathan asks Gino if the finishing materials are ready and Gino said they will deliver it soon to their ware house and they’ve already hit their target. Nathan said they have a lot of time ahead since they’re ahead of schedule so Janice should make sure that they don’t mess up with the launch event as they leave.
Later, Dani tells her co-workers that Nathan used to stress himself out before but now he already knows how to chill. Aida says no matter what Dani tells them she’s still a big help to them and changed Nathan for better. At his office, Janice gives Nathan their plans for the launch event so they start with the preparations as he thanks her.
Nathan then asks Nathan for her personal opinion about Dani and Janice said Dani has a positive influence on him and he seems happy lately because of her as she leaves and Nathan texted Dani. At her office, Lexie asks Nathan what he’s doing about Dani because it’s seems he likes her and asks him if they’re dating but Nathan said No and she shouldn’t be so nosy because it’s a matter of time.
Nathan and Dani visit an eatery. Dani asks Nathan why he’s not close to his employees and he says there’s nothing wrong with that but he has to set some limit. A small boy who was a beggar approaches them and begs for food. Nathan advised him to find a way out or he might beg all his life as he orders some food for him.
Later, Nathan and Dani arrive at a building. Dani asks Nathan where they are but he tells her not to call him sir because they’re not at office and tells her it’s an old house he bought to turn it into a new home for street children.
At home, AJ asks Janice if there’s something wrong and if his boss is already together with the intern. Janice tells her not yet but they will be together soon since Nathan asks her earlier about her and said she Dani was good for him shocking AJ who asks why she said that because she should have said bad things about her. A crying Janice says it’s not easy for her to lie to Nathan since he thinks they’re match.
Dani was impressed with Nathan and he said he used to be a street kid so he knows how it feels like and that’s why he has decided to help them. Dani said she used to think he was an arrogant businessman but she can see that he has a good heart.
Gino calls Gary to check up on him and tells him that he’s waiting for the launch since it’s the day Nathan falls and asks how his blood cancer going. Gary said his body is responding to the treatment and asks Gino about his plans if he’s sure he will be able to take the whole RTM station but Gino said he just changed the specifications of the project since he doesn’t want others to get hurt.
Gary said he shouldn’t consider others and alter their plans but Gino said they have only one enemy and that’s Nathan so they can’t drag others into their revenge. Gary said Gino is showing a sign of weakness and hopes he understands before it gets to late.
