“Nathan gives Dani a Scholarship while Gino plans to use Nathan’s project to trap him so loses everything”.
Janice becomes drunk and joins Nathan to sing. She tells Nathan that she has made a special song for him because the first time she met him she knew he’s special, she was about to fall but James held her and sends her to her room. A drunk Janice tells James that she l*ves him and his hair style thinking it’s Nathan.
Later, Nathan asks James how Janice is doing and tells Dani to join him for coffee. Lexie tells James that she has never seen Nathan happy like that before and James said he has started falling for Dani. Lexie asks if they’re compatible since their age gap is huge but James said l*ve has nothing to do with age.
Dani enters the room to check up on Janice but she thinks she’s Nathan. Dani tells her that it’s not Nathan and she tells her to take care of Nathan because he’s nice. Elsewhere, Gino is in his secret room and goes through some documents and pastes Nathan and Dani’s picture on a board and soliloquies that he has already replaced the project blue prints but Nathan has no idea of the coming tragedy since in a few months that project will be his down fall.
The Next day, Janice asks James what happened last night because she can’t remember anything. James said he took her back to her room and she said she wanted to sleep next to him but he stood his grand and said no since he respects her then they ki$$ed each other.
In a car, Janice approaches Nathan to show him his schedule but he tells her to show it to James and tells her to start planning for their next presentation. Nathan tells Dani and Lexie to head straight to the office because there is a lot to be accomplished and tells Lexie to ask Dani for help for the project in Batangas.
Later, Dani asked if Nathan doesn’t get tired and Lexie tells her that he hasn’t changed from his hardworking nature. Janice tells them that Nathan is successful because he is hardworking and she will have a different opinion if she knows how many people depend on Nathan. Later, Nathan arrives at the construction site and Gino tells him that they’ve requested the material needed to complete the work and Nathan asks for a progress report so Gino said he will let the engineer make it quickly for him.
In his office, Janice tells Nathan that she has already found the facility for the team building but they still need to find a venue and Nathan says he wants to see the complete details before she books it as James arrives. Nathan asks James to drive both Janice and Lexie home and he will drive Dani home as Dani becomes happy.
In the car, Nathan said it’s so obvious when Dani is anxious because she’s unusually quiet and Dani said she doesn’t think that’s true and asks if it’s okay for him to drive her home. Nathan tells her that he told her mom that he will take care of her so he need to ride her to make sure that she’s safe and he will gladly ride her home everyday but Dani insists that she can go home by herself and asks if they’re friends now.
Janice arrives home and her dad asks how her trip went. Janice said everything went well and she even brought some of the document homes so she can continue working. Her father said she’s putting in more effort but they’re are a lot of jobs out there which won’t stress her out and reminds her that part of a parent job is taking care themselves. Janice gives her dad his new medicine as they hug.
Dani tells Nathan that people might misunderstand them since she’s a new intern and he’s the CEO and spread ill rumors about them but Nathan tells her not to mind them. Dani said people might think that she will pass her internship since they’re close and Nathan said he won’t do it everyday since she doesn’t like it and maybe only once a week.
AJ arrives home and hugs Janice asking how things are going between her and her boss or if something has happened already. Janice said nothing happened but he has set his eye on the new intern but AJ said Dani is nothing so she should compete with her.
Janice surprised her son with a toy fish and they hugged. He tells Janice how much he misses her as they sleep. Later, Nathan arrives at Dani’s house, her family was sitting outside so he tells them that he wanted to drive Dani home safely and thanks them for allowing Dani to join them for the trip because she was a huge help during their clients presentation as he leaves.
At dinner, Dani tells her family that she was nervous at first thinking that the client wouldn’t like her suggestion but it was approved and Regina apologizes for being paranoid since she doesn’t want Dani to end like her. Dani reminds her of the promise that she will study hard for them to have a good life and informed them that she has gotten her internship allowance and wants to invest it in their shop.
At the marketing department, Yellow and Lexie’s deputy praises Dani for her good work done but Dani tells them to lower their voice else someone might hear them and Yellow said everyone in the office knows about it. During breakfast at Nathan’s mansion, Lexie wanted to tell the family about what happened on their trip but Nathan shuts her up.
At the marketing department, Dani apologized to Aida for the trouble she caused because she doesn’t want any conflict at the office. Aida also apologized for her deeds and tells her that she likes Bong and seeing him closer to her makes her more jealous so Dani said she will keep that in mind. Later at Nathan’s Mansion, Lexie tells Iya and Justin about what transpired on their trip. Iya is glad that Dani is changing Nathan for good.
Elsewhere, Dani meets Gino on a hallway and he congratulates her for helping Nathan with the client presentation and she has really surprised him for making Nathan listen to her and having a big influence on him but Dani said maybe he only listen to her because she’s talkative and persistent so Gino praises her that it’s people like her that’s needed in the office as Janice interrupted them to inform Dani that Nathan wants to see her.
At his office, Dani becomes surprised that the company is giving her a scholarship and Nathan tells her not to be surprised because his foundation grants scholarships to support students and she deserves to be part of his company and he should make sure that when she graduates she will work with them.
Dani thanks him and asks if it isn’t too much but Nathan said he doesn’t think so due to her contribution to their recent deal so she deserves a reward. He then asks her to tell him whatever she wants so Dani said she only needs good health care for her mom and uncle and thanks him once again and leaves as Janice spies on them.
A male health care agent arrives at Dani’s house for Regina and Watashi’s ID and signature because Nathan has paid for their premium membership. Regina refused to accept it but Watashi said it’s a blessing for them since they’re aged. Dani tells Regina that Nathan’s intentions are good but Regina said she doesn’t want Dani to get things she didn’t work hard for and she should take her as an example.
Gino goes to Nathan’s office to give him the documents for the progress of the project and there might be a problem since there’s not enough fund to to complete the last phase of the project but Nathan said they will use the company’s fund as Gino leaves while Dani waits outside. Janice reminds him of his meeting with the president of their new project and gives him the facilities of the company’s profile as she leaves.
Dani enters Nathan’s office with the health care documents declining the offer but Nathan said she’s the one who requested for it and Dani said she has learnt that not everything should be gotten for free so she will work hard to provide for her family. Gino and Janice spies on them as Dani leaves. Gino calls Hector to conduct an investigation on Dani.
Later, Nathan asks Janice of Dani’s background, Janice tells him that she’s a good person and does everything to achieve her goal, she has a lot of suitors but she pays less attention to them. Nathan thanks Janice as she leaves. Nathan then meets with the president of the company in his car and the president appreciates that he is rushing construction and tells him to do the project well because his success is important as Nathan gets out of the car.
At home, Regina was worried that Dani is taking care of all the expenses at home but Dani tells her not to worry because she will handle it and tells her to stop being paranoid since she always thinks that she won’t finish her studies as they hug.
Gino calls Nathan that he asks the company’s CFO to review the money but it’s still not enough to complete the second phase of the project and to pay the workers on time so Nathan tells him to call all the engineers and the workers to the site.
At home, a crying Regina tells Dani that her lifestyle got her entangled with her married father which resulted in a pregnancy but his legal wife kicked her out at the end so she doesn’t want Dani to end up like her. Dani tells her that’s why she’s trying her best to replace all her painful memories as they hug.
