“Ellice goes viral on social media to reveal the truth about her non-disclosure agreement with Marissa as Marissa decides to sue Ellice and take all her shares while Gabriel disposes of his locket because of Marissa’s attitude.”
Avel meets Marissa in front of Ceñidoza, he shows her the documents that were given to him by the woman. After going through it she tells him that she will also investigate some more. Avel becomes angry at Marissa for her outfit and also for drinking but Marissa tells him that she will wear whatever she wants because it’s her body. Avel makes it clear to her that he won’t risk his life for her to endanger hers.
At the Villarosa Mansion, Helena tells Gabriel that it’s hard to believe that the owner of the locket was right in front of him all this while and thinks that’s why they have a connection as Gabriel flashbacks to the past. He tells Helena that it’s clear to him now who he really l*ves and Ellice is the one he l*ves because she’s his family so he won’t give up on Ellice and choose Marissa.
The Next day at Ceñidoza, Cesar asks Belen why she talked to the board of the organization without his concern. Belen said she knew he was busy and Cesar asked what they talked about. Belen said they discussed a few things about the future of the organization as Cesar flashbacks to what Marissa told him that Belen has won over the organization and he will be betrayed soon. Cesar warns her not to meet the board without his concern again but Belen tells him to not overthink it as she leaves.
Avel is at the bar and monitors one of the clients who was on the phone to see if he has a tattoo as he flashbacks to his parents murd£r but realizes that the man didn’t have a tattoo. Elsewhere, Red meets up with Cesar and asks why Belen met up with the bosses without his consent since they are partners in crime.
Cesar said Belen just got into the organization but he has started doubting her motives and it seems like Marissa was telling the truth about her. Red advises him to play smart like he always does but Cesar said he doesn’t know who’s speaking the truth yet so Red should focus on looking for Avel.
Ellice meets Marissa at Ceñidoza, Marissa asks her if she likes her necklace. An angry Ellice said it’s nothing but a piece of junk as she leaves. At the Villarosa Mansion, Gabriel tells Carmelita how he got that locket and how Marissa saved his life. Carmelita apologizes to Gabriel because it’s their fault but Gabriel said he has moved on and Ellice is the one he l*ves despite what Marissa has done for him.
Ellice calls Jake and asks him to meet her for lunch because she has something important to discuss with him. Later, Ellice meets up with Jake, she tells him that she has found out that Marissa is the one who gave Gabriel the half locket as Jake said he’s sorry for that.
A crying Ellice tells him that Marissa is making things difficult for her because she first took her company and now she wants to take her husband away from her as Jake encourages her that he will talk to Marissa. Ellice then tells Jake that Marissa forced her to sell her shares to her before she will allow him donate his bone marrow to Hope shocking Jake who cries and apologized to her.
An angry Jake arrives at Ceñidoza to ask Marissa if she really took advantage of Hope’s sickness to get what she wanted. Marissa said she only took what’s rightfully hers but Jake tells her to stop dragging Hope into their fight as he leaves.
At the Ceñidoza mansion, Ellice tells Belen that they shouldn’t drag the children in their conflict because she hurt Jake but Belen said she has to continue doing it for Marissa to realize that she used Hope against her so Ellice is also using Jake against her because they ruin her life so that’s what they deserve.
At Ceñidoza, Tutti asks Marissa if something is bothering her as she flashbacks to Jake’s confrontation earlier. An angry Marissa goes to Ceñidoza Mansion to confront Ellice for informing Jake about their agreement and Ellice tells her that the deal is off so she won’t let Marissa take advantage of her family anymore as Belen arrives.
Marissa reminds Ellice that she was the one who wanted her help and now that her daughter has recovered, she is back to her selfish ways because she’s a hypocrite and Ellice tells her that she’s the real hypocrite because she took advantage of her daughter’s sickness as Gabriel and Hope arrive.
Hope asks Marissa if it’s true and Gabriel becomes angry at Marissa for using his son to get what she wants. Marissa denies it saying Ellice did it out of her own will but Ellice said she left her with no choice. Gabriel asks Ellice why she hid the truth from them and a crying Ellice said they had a non-disclosure agreement and if she violates it then Marissa will get all the shares she owns which means she will not let Jake be Hope’s donor.
A crying Hope asks them when they will stop fighting and what about her because she’s fed up with their fighting as Gabriel interrupts but Hope tells him that if he didn’t cheat on her mom then all these conflicts wouldn’t be happening as she leaves while Belen smiles.
Jake arrives at the Condo and tells Lucing that he spoke to Ellice earlier who told him the whole truth and that Marissa only allowed him to donate to Hope on the condition that Ellice sells half of her shares to her and she took advantage of the situation but Lucing doesn’t believe Marissa could do that as they hug.
Gabriel goes to Hope’s room to console her and apologize for what happened as Ellice arrives. She asks Hope if she understands why she did that because she can’t let her be in the hospital so that’s why she needs to make a sacrifice to save her since she means everything to her and asks for forgiveness.
Lucing becomes angry at Marissa for taking advantage of Hope’s condition when she arrives. Marissa said she’s only taking back what’s rightfully theirs but Lucing said Marissa is wrong for taking advantage of those innocent children.
Elsewhere at the Ceñidoza mansion, Gabriel tells Ellice that he now understands everything
and Ellice said she only did that for Marissa to help them and she forgot what Gabriel told her that they’re a team. Gabriel tells Ellice to promise him that whatever happens they’re a team and Marissa wouldn’t get in between their marriage as they hug.
Later, Gabriel takes his locket and flashbacks to when he found out that Marissa is the owner of the locket and the immediate confrontation between Marissa and Ellice and soliloquies that he wished Marissa wasn’t the owner because the locket since it was something valuable but it’s nothing now that the owner is selfish and full of hatred as he put the locket in a trash.
Jake calls Hope that Ellice told him everything because she knew Hope will get hurt when she found out and Hope said she has already found out the truth. Elsewhere at Ceñidoza, Pinky enters Ellice’s office to show her viral pictures of she and Marissa being owner of Ceñidoza as Tutti also showed Marissa the same picture. Ellice makes a live video on social media that Marissa has taken advantage of her daughter’s sickness and forced her to sell her shares.
The Villarosa’s receive the video, Sonya said if Jorge didn’t forced Nestor to sell his shares then all this things wouldn’t happen and Helena said it’s clear that Marissa benefited from that so it shouldn’t be kept secret. Carmelita said it’s good that the public sympathizes with Ellice for Marissa’s true colors to be expose. Elsewhere, Marissa sees the comments of the post and becomes angry as she throws her phone away.
Alfred and Jake meet up at a restaurant and they discuss Ellice’s viral video and the public being on Ellice’s side. Elsewhere Marissa meets up with her attorney that she wants everything because Ellice has violated their non-disclosure agreement so the attorney should make sure of it without any disappointment.
Chari visits Hope at home and Hope goes through the comments of her mom’s viral video. Chari tells her to rest because she can’t stress her self out as the hug. At college, Alfred asks Jake if he’s okay because of the mean comments against Marissa. Jake said he’s used to that and Alfred asks him if he’s not supporting Marissa but Jake said what she did was wrong so he can’t support her.
Avel meets up with Marissa, he tells her to stop what she’s doing because it will put her family’s life in danger and Marissa tells him to stop meddling with her plans. Avel tells her that he gave up the chance to find the truth about his parents murd£r and choose to save her in exchange for his freedom so she shouldn’t tell him to stop meddling in her affairs.
