“Hope and Jake start getting along as siblings, Gabriel hires a private investigator to dig up Belen’s past while Ellice continues to wonder how Marissa is always one step ahead of her”.
Ellice thanks Lucing for always being by her side. Lucing tells her that she understands she’s going through a lot but it’s just that she’s worried the kids might get affected with all that’s going on. Ellice gives Lucing an Xmas gift for being special to her and for all her l*ve and sacrifices as Lucing thanks her.
Later, Gabriel asks Lucing if she knows much about Belen and the reason why she disappeared for so long. Lucing flashbacks to when she discovered that Belen was still alive but Jorge made her promise never to tell Ellice the truth so she doesn’t get hurt.
Gabriel also tells Hope that he is glad she is on good terms with Jake and Hope tells him that she needs to because Jake has done a lot for her even though she kept on pushing him away.
Gabriel says he will be going out with Jake over the weekend and she can join them so they get to know each other some more which Hope accepts as Gabriel hugs her.
Marissa meets up with Adelina. Marissa tells her that Ellice’s mother is back and she has a new ally so Adelina asks if she is threatened and reminds her they don’t have time for trivial matters as she gives her a picture of a female Ceñidoza board member.
After going through the pictures Marissa says she was loyal to Ellice but Adelina tells Marissa that she isn’t even loyal to her own husband and had an illegitimate child from her and affair with her l*ver and she will be embarrassed if they threatened to expose her secrets.
Hope and Chari have lunch at the cafeteria when Jake and Alfread arrive. Hope waves Jake to come join them and Chari becomes happy that they’ve made up since she thought she will never see them together again.
Belen pays Ellice another visit at Ceñidoza that she heard her husband’s mistress is making life hard for her and she is there to offer her help. Ellice thanks her for her help but regarding Marissa she can assure her that she can defend herself and she’s not going to ask for help from someone like her. Belen tells her she is always there for her but won’t bother her anymore as she hugs Ellice and leaves.
Marissa enters her office with Tutti and finds out that she received a letter inviting her for the Korea fashion festival. She realizes that Ceñidoza pearls have been invited too. At Ceñidoza Pinky also brings Ellice the same invitation and she also finds out that La Sierra was invited too.
Cesar meets up with Belen, he tells her that he’s very sure Ellice will be please if she got to know that Belen helped her and from Belen’s flashbacks it turns out that she went to the fashion company and ask them to include Ceñidoza for the Korean fashion festival. She tells Cesar that she’s willing to do anything just to get her daughter back and thanks Cesar for helping her out.
At La Sierra, Marissa and her workers plan for their presentation. Marissa asks for Ceñidoza’s schedule and Blue tells her to leave that to him.
At home, Lucing sets the dining table when Belen arrives with the same food and arranges it beside Lucing’s food as Ellice arrives. Belen tells Ellice that she made the food specially for her, she then asks her about Gabriel and Hope and if they are on his way.
Gabriel, Hope,Jake and Cristina happily play cards at Villarosa mansion. After the cards Hope leads them to dance as they become happy as a family. Sonya asks Jake about school. Jake tells her that he and Hope are project partners as Sonya takes a picture of them.
Adelina meets with the female board member of Ceñidoza whose picture she gave to Marissa. Adelina blackmails the woman and asks for something in return in order to keep the secret about her lover and illegitimate child.
At night, Gabriel approaches Jake saying he hopes that he and Hope will continue to be close as siblings and promised to always be there for him as Hope looks at him from afar.
Marissa comes for Jake at the mansion. Jake hugs Hope as Sonya takes a picture of them, she posted it afterwards.
At Ceñidoza mansion, Ellice praises Lucing for her cooking as Belen looks at Lucing angrily. Ellice then receives a notification of the picture Sonya posted. Gabriel and Hope arrive home and Belen gives Hope some orange but she said she was allergic to it. Belen decides to leave so Ellice tells Gabriel to give her a ride so that they will know she’s safe.
Marissa and Jake arrive at the Condo, Marissa asks Jake how his time was with the Villarosa’s went. Jake tells her it was fine and at first he thought it would be awkward there without her but he had a nice time with them.
Marissa tells him not to forget the reason why he went there and that’s to get close to Gabriel and to show Ellice that she doesn’t deserve what she has and doesn’t want to hear he is getting attached to them because Gabriel isn’t his real father and Hope isn’t his real sister so he shouldn’t forget that she Marissa is the only family he has.
Gabriel brings Belen home. Belen pretentiously enters a house but got out from there immediately Gabriel left. Gabriel notices her and trails her to an accommodation for a women and gets shocked.
Gabriel arrives at the Ceñidoza mansion and tells Ellice that he is not happy about where her mom is staying. Ellice says she’s the one who was abandoned by her and he shouldn’t feel guilty about that and if he thinks she is the bad person for not accepting her. Gabriel advises her to try to get to know her mom better and give her a chance to explain her absence.
Chona visits La Sierra to give Blue some documents about Ceñidoza requested by Marissa as an employee spies and eavesdrops on them. Blue goes to give Marissa the documents of Ceñidoza’s schedule for the fashion week as she goes through the document and smiles.
Elsewhere, the employee who spied on Chona and Blue earlier calls Belen to tell her that Marissa has a spy at Ceñidoza. Ellice enters the fashion building only to meet Marissa already there. She tells Ellice that it’s seems she’s late as she leaves.
Else where Gabriel meets up with a private investigator to spy on Belen and dig up everything concerning her past.
Belen visits Ellice again at Ceñidoza, she asks why she is upset and Ellice said it’s Marissa because it’s like she knows all her movements and always a step ahead of her. Belen tells her that she shouldn’t have trusted Lucing and even though they are close she is still Marissa’s mom and whatever Marissa is doing to her now is the same thing Lucing did to her back then and she knows Lucing better and she is not the person Ellice thinks she is.
At the college library, Jake targeted a book which falls on the floor and was picked by both Jake and Hope as they hold the book at the same time staring at each other. Alfred and Chari arrive looking at them.
Later, Jake looks at the picture Sonya took when he was hugging Hope. Alfred asks Jake what he’s planning to do because he can’t entertain his feelings for Hope unless he proves that he’s not her brother.
Jake tells him to shut his mouth and they shouldn’t talk about that. In the washroom, Charie asks Hope to be honest with her if she still has some feelings for Jake. Hope tells her that he’s her brother so she needs to k!ll her feelings for him.
Cesar enters Ellice office, he tells her that there have two new clients and he’s sure that they are definitely going to have a good impact on the company financially. Ellice tells him that she has a strong suspicion that Marissa is sabotaging them because she’s always aware of Ceñidoza’s plans.
Cesar asks her why don’t she asks help from her mother because she’s was here earlier. Ellice asks how her mom can help her and he should give her a reason.
Cesar says her mom doesn’t want her to know about it but she was the one who recommended Ceñidoza to be selected for the Korea fashion week surprising her as she looks at Cesar. Next Episode of The Law of Revenge Monday Episode 39
