“Ellice bugs Marissa’s office for clarity, confronts her sarcastically and also returns to work to find a loophole so she can kick Marissa out of her company while Lucing discovers Jacob’s paternity”.
Agatha asks her spy who she sent to gather information about Marissa whether he has any updates for her apart from Marissa being ex convict, he said it seems she has deep connections to a crime syndicate, Agatha tells him she will call him if she needs anything else and excuses herself.
Ceser calls his boss telling her that her protege Marissa looks distracted at company, she tells Cesar to let Marissa be because she knows how capable she is. Cesar tells her that it seems she has placed all her trust in Marissa, his boss said she knows what Marissa is capable of and Cesar should stop wasting her time giving her unnecessary updates.
After the call, Red Cesar’s lackey tells him that nothing is going to change because Marissa has always been a pain in the neck and asked why he wouldn’t get rid of her, Ceser shouted at him asking if he is ¢razy knowing very well that Marissa is their boss’s favorite so they should be patient since she will soon fall.
At the restaurant, Ellice met her lawyer asking what legal action she can take against her husband and mistress, He said they can charge her husband whith concubinage and his mistress can also receive legal sanctions so she just needs to gather evidence.

Ellice asked him if there is any way to forfeit Marissa’s claim over her company and the lawyer said she can buy back her shares but that will be difficult given the situation Marissa won’t sell it back to her that easily but she is free to fire her and if they can prove that she was engaged in illegal activities that affected the company at the time that she purchased her shares then they can use that against Marissa.
Gabriel and Marissa have lunch together,Ellice arrives there to spy on them. Marissa feeds Gabriel and Ellice watches them from afar and decides to take a picture of them as they smile happily at each other.

Ellice then calls Marissa that she wanted to have lunch with her and Marissa tells her to just text her the location and she will be available. Ellice flashbacks to when she sent pinky to place the device under Marissa’s desk in the office.
When Gabriel arrives at the work place pinky informs him that Carmelita is waiting for him at his office. Gabriel met his mom at the office, She tells Gabriel that she has seen his father’s last will and testament and Gabriel looks shocked.
Carmelita tells Gabriel that he has repeated his father’s mistake and asked if he even knows how Ellice will feel once she finds out and how it will affect his family especially Hope. Gabriel said he knows he has made a mistake and it was just a night but he wants to be the father of Jacob and he also wants to keep it a secret from Ellice.
Carmelita asks him what if Ellice finds out because he has betrayed his wife. Gabriel said that’s why he doesn’t want to lose his family, She tells Gabriel to make sure that he will fulfill the promise of being Jacob’s father and they both hug as she leaves. Pinky calls Ellice that Gabriel and Marissa are talking but it’s nothing strange, Ellice said she wonders if Lucing will say anything to her and pinky asked what her plans are and Ellice tells her that she doesn’t know yet but she needs to find proof against Marissa quickly so that she can drag her out of her company and they need to get a copy of the paternity acknowledgment since she has gone through Gabriel’s belongings but she didn’t find it so probably it might be at his office.

Gabriel asked why she made that decision and Ellice said that they’ve had their fun so maybe it time for her to join them too since she doesn’t want to miss out as Gabriel looks guilty.
Marissa arrives at home to meet Lucing who ask her to be honest with her about who Jacob’s real father is. Lucing $lapped her again and still can’t accept the fact that she did such a horrible thing to her sister Ellice. Marissa said she’s not going to stop her if she decides to tell Ellice about it because she’s tired of keeping the secret as she leaves.
The Next day, Marissa apologizes to Lucing that she didn’t intentionally betray Ellice and despite the fact that it’s was terrible mistake that changed her life as she leaves for work.
Marissa arrives at the work place and she ask pinky what’s going, Gabriel and Ellice also arrive and everyone welcome Ellice. Marissa asks Ellice why she didn’t mention to her that she will be coming back to work and Ellice tells her that it’s a surprise because she is back in her company for good so she is happy to work with her and Gabriel as they both look guilty.
In her office, Tutti tells Marissa that first Ellice wanted to eavesdrop on her conversations and now she’s back to her company so she thinks she knows the truth and Marissa said maybe she is planning something but she won’t back down. Tutti becomes happy and praises Marissa.
The workers gossip about Ellice’s return to work while Cesar spies on them happily.
Gabriel and Ellice go into his office and Gabriel asks her why she looks a little uneasy and she tells him that she just misses Hope but she needs to be there.
Ellice looks around and sees an open drawer, she gets closer to close it, Gabriel flashbacks to when he was going through the affidavit in the office when pinky interrupted him so he placed the document into the open drawer that Ellice is closer to and about to close.
