“Ramon urges Gabriel to accept Jacob’s paternity and recognize him, Cesar frames up Ellice’s uncle for embezzlement while Marissa incites Jealousy in Ellice.
At home, Heidi visits Ellice as Gidoy plays with Hope. Gidoy and Heidi admire Hope and their heads crush.
At the office, Gabriel apologized to Marissa for not being present when Jacob needed him and Marissa said she is sorry too. Gabriel then promises Marissa that it won’t happen again because he will always be there for Jacob.
Ramon visits Marissa at home with a gift for Jacob and Marissa appreciated it but Lucing is surprised at how considerate he is. Ramon met Gabriel outside so he asked Ramon what he was doing there. Ramon said he came to check up on his grandson and Gabriel shouted enough because Hope is his grand daughter but not Jacob.

At the hospital, Gabriel flashbacks holding a locket when his mother tells him that his father wants to talk to him. Gabriel goes to Ramon’s room and apologizes to Ramon and he tells Gabriel that he wants him to acknowledge Jacob’s paternity and he is saying that to secure Jacob’s future. Gabriel says he doesn’t want to hurt Ellice and he tells Ramon to keep it a secret.
At night, Ellice asks Gabriel if is he okay and Gabriel says he’s just tired. Ellice said she wanted to pay Ramon a visit but fears he might get another heart attack seeing her so she only sent him some flowers.
At the office, Cesar tells Marissa and Gabriel that he found out that the company’s chief financial officer has been robbing them as Gabriel looks shocked and Cesar cunningly smiles at Marissa. After the meeting, Gabriel had a female visitor and Marissa felt jealous, she went on to talk to her afterwards and they became friends with the lady saying her name is Meridith.
Later in her office, Turis asked Marissa if she is not worried that Merideth will steal Gabriel from her and Marissa tells her that she can’t make anyone see she is scared of losing Gabriel but she knows some who can.
Ellice called Marissa asking if Gabriel is still at the office but Marissa told her Gabriel left the office early even before she did and he has no meeting that she knows of. When Gabriel gets home, Ellice hugs Gabriel and smells a perfume scent on Gabriel’s suit. After Gabriel goes to take a shower, Ellice quickly picks Gabriel’s coat and smells it and found a heart locket.
Ellice calls Marissa that she perceived a woman’s perfume on Gabriel’s coat and has found a locket as well so asked Marissa if she should ask Gabriel. Marissa tells Ellice not to confront him yet and she will try to observe him at the office first so Ellice should relax. Marissa assures Ellice that she will help her investigate and find where the scent is coming from and Ellice becomes tensed.
The Next Day, Ellice surprisingly visits Gabriel at his office with lunch. She asked if he had any meetings and Gabriel said no. Later, Gabriel arrived home late and apologized for not joining her for dinner, she then offered to prepare some tea for him to help him relax.
Gabriel left his phone on the table to take a shower.
Ellice picked Gabriel’s phone and reads the a mesage on Gabriel’s phone also storing the number it’s from. Ellice calls Marissa that it is time for her to confront Gabriel since she has some evidence now but Marissa tells her to take it easy because her husband is a good man and besides Gabriel hasn’t given her any reason to doubt his loyalty and Ellice ask Marissa what to do.
Marissa tells Ellice to delete the message but Ellice says this is the only piece of evidence she has and Marissa said if she doesn’t delete it then Gabriel will find out that she went through his phone so she agrees and deleted it. Marissa then tells her to gather strong evidence or catch them in the act before she should make any move. Gabriel appears and asks Ellice if everything is okay and she says of course.
At the office, in the presence of Marissa and Gabriel the chief financial officer insists he is innocent because the documents are fabricated and offered to check his account in their presence to prove his innocence but gets shocked to see the money in his account. He asked them if they got the document from Cesar and Gabriel said it doesn’t matter since they know the truth and he is guilty. All this while Cesar was eavesdropping on their conversation. Gabriel kicks him out of his office as Marissa looks at him scared.
At home, Ellice becomes frustrated when she hears the news, she tells Gabriel that she can’t believe it that her Uncle Andres could do that to her family’s company because they trusted him so much and she will never forgive him since it’s painful to be deceived by the people you trust especially those you expect to be loyal to you. Ellice cries and Gabriel hugs her.
The Next day, there was a board meeting at the company, the board said Andres is going to return the money back to the company and after returning the money, he will also leave the company without compensation. Ellice tells them that she wants to file a case against him but the others disagree since it will drive their potential investors away if the situation becomes public.
Ellice meets Andres outside after the meeting and $laps him repeatedly out of anger. Marissa and Gabriel appeared to stop Ellice. Andres pleads that he’s not responsible for what’s going on and can’t do that, Ellice tells him to stop lying so he should leave her company as Cesar smiles enjoying the show and Marissa looks angrily at Cesar.
Ellice visits the ladies room to calm down when Meridith comes there too she uses her perfume and Ellice smells it and gets flashbacks of perceiving the same smell on Gabriel’s coat. After Merideth leaves the wash room Ellice quickly follows her and calls the number she took from Gabriel’s phone as Meridith picks the call shocking Ellice, Right then Marissa arrives sees the scene and ask Ellice if she is okay and Marissa said she guess she has met their new consultant Merideth as Marissa smiles seeing how angry Ellice looks.
Ellice arrives at Gabriel’s office and introduce herself to Meridith. She was happy to meet Ellice but she warns Meridith to stop sedu¢ing her husband and a surprised Merideth asks what she means by that so Ellice calls her number and Merideth asks what her point is and Ellice tells her to stop texting her husband, stay away from him and she shouldn’t forget she can drag her out of her company
Gabriel arrives and ask what’s going on, Meridith tells Gabriel that she thinks his wife has a problem and she doesn’t want be part of Ellice’s drama and excuses herself. Gabriel ask Ellice what it’s about and Ellice tells Gabriel that she knows that they are having affair and have been texting each other. Gabriel asks Ellice to show him the text and Ellice tells him that she has already deleted the text but she saved the number and the moment she called Meridith answers the call.
Gabriel tells Ellice that maybe Meridith texted him but it’s work related so she might have misinterpreted it and Ellice asked if he will explain her perfume on his coat. Gabriel tells Ellice that first she suspected he was having an affair with Marissa and now Meridith. Ellice tells Gabriel to stop making the situation about her because they both know that he’s hiding something from her so he shouldn’t deny it. Gabriel shouted at her angrily saying he doesn’t need to deny anything.
In her office, Marissa holds the same perfume and flashbacks to when she told Meridith that she gave the same perfume to Ellice but she didn’t like it and smile.
At the packing lot, Ellice asks Gabriel what about the message she saw on his phone saying thanks for tonight and Gabriel tells her that it is not what she thinks that maybe that was after he stayed back to explain to Meridith the Marketing strategy of Ceñidoza which they discussed over coffee.

Marissa got angry and broke the glass of wine she was holding telling Blue what his job descriptions are and it isn’t part of his job to be concern about her so Blue apologizes to Marissa when Lucing arrives telling Marissa she is been rude to Blue. Lucing then apologized to Blue for Marissa’s attitude and he said that he’s use to that so Marissa has a temper but she is a good person.
