“Ellice continues to doubt Gabriel and Marissa closeness while Ramon tells Marissa he knows Jacob is his grandson after saving him in a critical condition”.
At the Office, Marissa and Gabriel have a meeting with some investors. Marissa makes a presentation to some investors telling them that she learnt that their company is planning to release a new line of brass artisan furniture so as part of their proposed collaboration they came out with a design to complement their chosen material with pearls.
An investor says he doesn’t approve of it and Gabriel said he hasn’t seen their design yet. The investor said he’s just not sure a small company like Ceñidoza is worthy of being their partner because their furnitures are in great demand in the international market.
Marissa says their company is not well known like theirs but they were able to secure partnership with 30 companies in the middle east and Gabriel comes in by saying their company’s connection is still expanding and they are partnering with companies that fit into their vision that is why they reached out to their company. The investors finally agreed to their proposal as Gabriel and Marissa smiled at each other.
After the meeting, Gabriel and Marissa turn happy discussing how they have crossed another hurdle so Marissa suggests they have dinner to celebrate. Gabriel said he will even call Ellice so she can join them, Marissa becomes disappointed and pretentiously agrees.
The workers gossip about Gabriel and Marissa being a great team and how protective Gabriel is about Marissa. They also discuss how paranoid Ellice is.
At home, Lucing ties an amulet on Hope’s hand and tells Ellice that it prevents a child from sickness and bad omen and when she and Marissa were children they both had the same amulet. Ellice tells her that Hope and Jacob look like siblings and Lucing said she hopes the kids will also treat each otherlike Ellice and Marissa
At work, as Pinky shows Gabriel some documents when Marissa and Tutti appear as Marissa admires Gabriel from afar.

Later, Cesar visits Marissa’s office so Marissa asks him what he is doing there and Ceaser tells her that she is wasting time so he will help her speed things up.
At home, it surprises Lucing that Ellice has placed the children side by side and Ellice tells Lucing that she is doing what she taught her from the day she gave birth and she is learning from the best, Lucing l*ves it and tells her not to flatter her so much.
Gidoy was watering the flowers when Heidi appeared and thanks for helping her with her studies with a gift. She tells Gidoy that she got a perfect score and Gidoy said he told her to listen to him and everything will be easy for her and they agree to be friends.
At the restaurant, Marissa explains what happened during the meeting to Ellice and tells about how the clients belittle their company, She also said Gabriel told the investors to visit lacaskara if they wanted as they both started laughing when Marissa blurted it out that her partner is so good and Ellice just can’t believe what she just heard.
Right then Gabriel calls up Marissa so she tells Ellice that her husband is calling. She then asks Gabriel if he is on his way or he wants her to go back to the office to help him out but Gabriel suggests they postponed the celebrations as Ellice looks at her.
After the call, Marissa informs Ellice that Gabriel said he can’t make it because he is busy at the office and Ellice asks why he has to call her instead of informing her rather and Marissa tells her to relax and maybe he called her because it’s about work.
At home, Lucing tells Marissa that she’s happy for Ellice because she becoming a great mother and can take care of Hope by herself so she doesn’t need her help anymore so she is very proud of her. Marissa flashbacks to her confrontations with Ellice and tells Lucing that the reason why Ellice is able to do that is because she is the one taking care of her company while leaving.
Heidi and her friend were leaving school when she met Gidoy at the entrance calling out to her and telling her that he is holding her favorite food. Her friend asked Heidi if that guy was her admirer but she denied knowing Gidoy and pretends to have forgotten something in her locker asking her friend to go ahead while she goes back to the school as Gidoy looks disappointed.
At the office, Marissa plays with Jacob when Gabriel arrives and offers to carry Jacob playing with him with Marissa admiring them.
At home, Ellice carries Hope and plays with her asking if she misses her daddy so does she but he’s busy with work because he is doing his best for their company and at the end he is doing it for them.
At work, Ceaser enters Marissa’s office and tells Marissa that he has already transferred some money and just like how he said it their work will is going to be easier and faster if he is present at the company, Marissa tells Ceaser he’s on his own if anything happens.
Gabriel arrives home at night and stares at Hope and moves to a sleeping Ellice, covering her with the blanket.
Marissa soliloquies that Ceaser is getting on her nerves so he better not mess up her plans.
Marissa carries a crying Jacob saying he takes after his dad so no wonder he l*ves spending time with him and she wonders how he is because she is sure he is spending time with his sister and Ellice.
The Next day, Gabriel and Ellice take care of Hope together at home when Marissa called Gabriel, Ellice saw the call but didn’t answer so Marissa decides to call Ellice who picks the call and Marissa tells her to give the phone to Gabriel because it’s an urgent financial matter so she gives the phone to Gabriel and looks at him suspiciously as he talks to Marissa.
Gidoy visits a cafe and posts pictures he took with Heidi on social media so she texts him asking why he posted the pictures and asks him to delete it.
At the company, the accountant goes through the account and sees discripancies so called someone to send him the financial report not knowing Cesar was hiding there listening to him. In soliloquy, Ceaser said Marissa was too slow so she’s going to regret it and leaves.
At home, Ellice prepares some breakfast for Gabriel but he couldn’t eat because he was in
hurry so Gabriel promises Ellice that next time and they will be celebrating their anniversary soon. Ellice decides to pack some of the food for Gabriel.
At the office, Ceaser brings Gabriel some documents saying he noticed some irregularities in the company accounts at ceñidoza and there is a discrepancy relating to the debit and credit of the account from their monthly sales which shocked Gabriel who asked how it happened. Gabriel decides to set a meeting with the chief financial officer but Cesar advises him to leave him out for now so Gabriel looks at him surprised.
In bed, Ellice tells Gabriel that she is very grateful to him and Marissa for the effort they put in to bring Ceñidoza to its formal glory.
The Next day, Ellice soliloquies that she knows there’s nothing going on between Marissa and Gabriel but she has a strange feeling regarding their closeness and gets flashbacks of awkward situations between Gabriel and Marissa but she concludes that Marissa is helping her so she needs to trust her. Later she called a restaurant to make a reservation for their anniversary.
Heidi visits Ellice, she approaches Gidoy and confronts him for not taking down the pictures he posted. Gidoy tells Heidi that they are now friends so he can post them and perhaps Heidi is beautiful and he is handsome so they are perfect as Ellice looks at them and smiles.
At the office, Gabriel and the Accountant go through the accounts with the accountant telling Gabriel that they notice a discrepancy in their annual sales that someone transferred 25 to 100 Million and it’s missing so they are still tracing it. Cesar then tells him that they are still investigating but his employee is innocent until proven guilty so he will handle it.
At home, Lucing arrives and Marissa tells her that Jacob has been crying continuously, Lucing carries Jacob and finds out that his temperature has risen and he is crying because he has a fever so they need to take him to the hospital. Marissa notices that Jacob is bleeding from the nose so they rush him to the hospital.
The doctor tells Marissa and Lucing that Jacob needs an immediate blood transfusion unfortunately his blood type is AB negative and they don’t have that blood type in their blood bank. Marissa cries as Lucing consoles her and flashbacks to when she receives the DNA results for Gabriel and Jacob.
Marissa calls Gabriel but he left his phone behind so Ellice sees the call but refuses to pick and switches off Gabriel’s phone saying it’s their anniversary and she won’t let Marissa steal his time away from her. Marissa then calls Sonya and asks if she knows someone or somewhere she can get AB negative blood for Jacob since the hospital is short of it so she said she will ask her dad.
Elsewhere, Gabriel and Ellice celebrate their anniversary together. Gabriel thanks her for organizing their outing and gifts her a customized necklace and Ellice thanks him for it.
At the hospital, Lucing and Marissa cry over Jacob’s illness when Ramon arrives saying he heard they are looking for a blood donor and he is a match so they thank him.
Gabriel switches on his phone and is surprised and he gets so many messages from Marissa and gets to know that Jacob is sick and they are at a hospital and tells Ellice they need to leave as she just looks at him and they hurriedly together.
Ramon is done donating blood for Jacob and Marissa thanks him, he also tells her to inform her if Jacob needs something else because he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to his grandson and Marissa looks at him shocked.
Ramon said he knew since the baptism that Jacob is Gabriel’s son. A crying Marissa begs him to keep it a secret and not tell Ellice so Ramon tells her that he kept it a secret from even Gabriel so he won’t tell Ellice and he needs to protect his son too as he comforts Marissa.
Gabriel and Ellice arrive at the hospital and Lucing tells them that Jacob is stable now because Ramon donated blood for him as Ellice looks shocked.
Later, Gabriel meet Ramon and ask him what he’s doing there and Ramon tells Gabriel to remember he helped Marissa when she got pregnant so he to can do same. Gabriel asks Ramon what he means and Ramon says all the men in their family are ready to help a woman in need and leaves as Gabriel looks guilty.
Ellice asked Lucing how Ramon got to know about Jacob’s condition and she said Marissa called Sonya and she probably told Ramon and that’s why he came immediately to donate his blood.
Gabriel goes to see Marissa and gets sad seeing her condition and how much she is crying. He apologized to her and Marissa complained about calling him countless times but his phone was unreachable even though he told her he wanted to be a part of Jacob’s life. Gabriel tells her it’s their wedding anniversary and he didn’t know how his phone turned off. Ellice arrives to see them arguing and interrupts them.
Marissa thanks them for coming and apologize for ruining their wedding anniversary celebration. Ellice tells her they should rather apologize for being late and Marissa tells Ellice that had it not been Ramon, she wouldn’t know what will happen so Ellice hugs her and tells her to let them know if she needs anything, Ellice holds Gabriel’s hand and they both left as Marissa looks at them angrily.
At home, Marissa carries Jacob in her arms, she flashbacks of when Ellice and Gabriel visited the hospital and said it was because of Ellice that’s Gabriel didn’t make it to the hospital on time and she is also the reason that they almost lost Jacob because she is so selfish and greedy and she won’t stop until everyone knows how cruel she is and she will pay for it.
At night, while Ellice slept soundly Gabriel couldn’t so texted Marissa and apologized for being late and asked her for updates on Jacob’s condition.
At home, Marissa tells Blue that she has a strong feeling that Ellice is starting to doubt Gabriel, Blue said it was good since it will speed up her plans but Marissa said it was not good at all because her plans have changed. Blue tells Marissa to get back together with Gabriel first then tells Ellice.
At home, Marissa visits Ellice and she asks about Jacob and how he is doing so Marissa said he is okay. Marissa then apologize to Ellice for disturbing her family and Ellice tells Marissa that Jacob’s was at risk and it was the best thing to do.
Marissa tells her that it’s not easy to be a single parent that’s why she appreciates Ellice and Gabriel for taking care of them. Ellice stood up and hugged Marissa telling her that she and Gabriel are there for her the same way so she was for them so Marissa should remember that.
