“Gabriel finds out Jacob is his son while Ellice has a strong suspicion that Gabriel and Marissa are having an affair and confronts them but brushes it off and eventually sells Marissa the shares”
In the morning, after Gabriel left for work Ellice quickly goes through his things and sees a picture of Marissa’s baby on Gabriel’s laptop and becomes frustrated. She then gets flashbacks of Gabriel’s Ex Agatha.
Ellice then calls Agatha who was Gabriel’s Ex to ask her how she got to know about her and Gabriel when she was still dating Gabriel and she said she found out on her own.
At work, Gabriel goes to Marissa’s office and tells her to forget about buying shares in the company so that she doesn’t get into any issues with Ellice. Gabriel tells Marissa that Ellice owns the company and also holds the final decision so there is nothing he can do to convince her.
Marissa tells Gabriel that what if she tells him Jacob is his son as Gabriel looks at her shocked. Gabriel asks why she never told him earlier and why she is doing it now. Ellice leaves the board room and goes to Marissa’s office asking if she has feelings for Gabriel so Marissa asked if she is so insecure. Ellice then asked if she is sedu¢ing Gabriel by using her child because she is clearly using her son to win Gabriel’s sympathy and manipulate every one so she could purchase some shares in her company but she can never manipulate her.
Marissa tells her she is crossing the line because she tried to be patient with her but she is just an ungrateful wit¢h as they become angry at each other, Gabriel arrives to ask what’s going on but Ellice just leaves.

Later, Gabriel goes to talk to Marissa in her office, he asked what happened between she and Ellice and a crying Marissa said his wife is going through postpartum depression and caused a scene accusing her of being in a relationship with him but he should just go back to his wife because she doesn’t need anyone to defend her.

Later, Marissa goes to Ellice’s office angrily asking if she doesn’t trust her after everything she has done for her and that she went to prison suffering 4years for the crime she never committed while she was in America enjoying her life and she has no idea what she has to go through but chose to forget because they were reunited.
Marissa continues that she always prioritizes Ellice since they were young and she will always choose her happiness because they are sisters and if it’s hard for Ellice to see how she abandoned her business to save hers so how could she accuse her of sedu¢ing her husband asking what else Ellice wants from her and what she ever did to her because she has had enough of her so doesn’t she deserve her loyalty and l*ve and leaves as Ellice cries.
Gabriel then comes to Ellice’s office to tell Ellice that he and Marissa are not having an affair because he l*ves her and that can never change. Ellice had an emergency call from lucing that Hope has been taken to the hospital so they both rush there, Marissa comes out to see them leaving.
The workers discuss and wonder what is going on between Gabriel, Ellice and Marissa and that maybe Ellice is just a jealous wife thinking everyone is after her husband.
Gabriel and Ellice arrive at the hospital and a crying Lucing tells them that their daughter needs them. The doctor tells them that Hope had an infection that caused her fever but she will be fine, Ellice cries her eyes out looking at her baby.
Marissa arrives home and gets to know that Gabriel and Ellice left because Hope was hospitalized, she then tells Lucing that Ellice has accused her of having an affair with Gabriel in front of everybody at the work place .
Lucing tells Marissa that she warned her not to get too close to Gabriel or a lot of people will take it the wrong way. Marissa tells Lucing that she isn’t be blame because for once she is the victim and hopes she can see that.
Ellice blames herself that she is the cause of Hope’s illness because if she had stayed home it wouldn’t have happened and maybe Marissa is right she is indeed suffering from postpartum depression as Gabriel looks at her.
Elsewhere, Lucing blames Marissa that she is at fault and she is ruining their friendship because she is doing everything to keep them together but it hurts her they have been quarrelling so much.
Ellice blames herself that she’s a bad nursing mother and Gabriel tells her not to blame herself so promises she won’t ever let it happen again and they apologizes to each other. Gabriel then flashbacks to his earlier talk with Marissa about Jacob being his son.
The Next day, Marissa pays Ellice a visit at the hospital and they patch things up and hug. Marissa asked how Hope is doing and Ellice said she is getting better, Marissa asked how she is doing and Ellice said she is okay but she shouldn’t have gone back to work because it’s clear Hope still needs her.
Ellice asks Marissa to help her manage the company again and she is begging her to not resign. Marissa said she can’t be an employee all her life so she needs to consider Jacob’s future too and she wants to start a new business that way she will leave a legacy for her son as her dad did for her.
Ellice tells Marissa that she will allow her to buy some of her company shares so asked how many shares she needs to stay at the company and Marissa said 25% but Ellice said she will give her 30% because she deserves it and besides it’s for Jacob future so a shocked Marissa hugs her seeing herself taken over the company in the future.
Outside, Lucing apologizes to Marissa and she is happy that she and Ellice have patched things up. Marissa said she is used to her always defending Ellice even if it means putting the blame on her own daughter asking if she knew how hard her life was in prison as flashbacks are shown about the time she was a prisoner.
Marissa continues that she thought once she was out of jail Lucing will take care of her more but it’s clear she still only cares about Ellice. Lucing assures her l*ve for her as they both sheared tears and hugged.
Later, Gabriel visits a bar and shows the results of the DNA to his friend and it’s a 99.9% match meaning Gabriel is indeed the father of Jacob. Gabriel tells him that even before the results came out he knew that Gabriel is his son because he felt a special bond to him right from the start flashing back to his times with Jacob and Marissa’s confession about Jacob being his son.
His friend asks what if Ellice finds out what he will do so Gabriel flashes back to his conversation with Ellice earlier about how lucky she is having Gabriel as her husband.

The next day, Marissa brings Jacob to work again, Gabriel approaches her and starts playing with the baby saying he is their lucky charm at the company. Pinky interrupts to inform them that the board is waiting for them
At home, Ellice takes care of Hope. Lucing tells Ellice that she is happy to see that she and Marissa have started to l*ve and trust each other again and her marriage with Gabriel is as strong as ever.
