“Ellice wakes up to reality and sees that Marissa is gradually manipulating everyone around her”
Lucing asks Gabriel what he is doing at Marissa’s place instead of being at the office. Marissa tells Lucing that Jacob is sick and Lucing tells her to let her know such things earlier when it happens as Gabriel leaves.
Gabriel flashbacks about what just happened. Lucing asked Marissa why she didn’t call her instead of Gabriel. Marissa tells her that Gabriel came there of his own free will.
Lucing then asks if she has feelings for Gabriel and tells her she is the reason why there is always a misunderstanding between Gabriel and Ellice.
Marissa got angry that Lucing is always taking Ellice’s side since she is not $tealing anything away from Ellice and it’s a good decision that she allowed her to take care of Ellice instead and all that is left is for her to give her everything because in her eyes she is still the thief.
The next day, Gabriel visits Marissa at her office and discusses what happened in her house. Marissa tells Gabriel to forget about that because that place is a place of work otherwise people might think they are hiding something and what happened earlier was just a terrible mistake.
At home, Lucing holds a picture frame of her family flashing back and thinks about Marissa and all they went through in the past, she cries wondering what Marissa has become after all their years apart.
Marissa gets a call from Ellice suggesting their children get baptized together which Marissa agrees to since their kids are like siblings and it will be fun to hold one big celebration.
The Next day, The entire family of Gabriel arrives and Sonya introduces her parents to Marissa and she also shows her baby to them with Sonya bragging that she is his Godmother.
Marissa allows Ramon to carry her baby as Ellice and Gabriel watch from afar and Ellice feels bad.
Later, at the baptism, Gabriel’s mother Carmelita asked why Ramon can’t take his eyes off baby Jacob and he whispered to her that baby Jacob is their grandson and a Villarosa as she looks shocked at Marissa.
Later, Carmelita asked why Ramon said that earlier and he says Marissa’s son looks like his brother so Gabriel is hiding something from them because he is 100 percent sure he is their grandson, his wife can’t believe that their son Gabriel is capable of that.
Ramon tells her that he likes Marissa because she is different from Gabriel’s nagging wife of Ellice. Carmelita tells him to not mention it to anyone especially not Gabriel until he admits it to them.
Ramon approaches Marissa and asks about how she got them the permit and she said it’s because she treated the workers there well, Ramon thanks her and invites her and baby Jacob over to their office so she sees their ongoing projects which Sonya seconds since she will be glad to see her there.
Ellice asked Gabriel how Sonya and Marissa became so close and a guilty Gabriel tells her that they got acquitted when Marissa offered Sonya her assistant when she visited the office.
Ellice tells him that’s good because Marissa managed to get close to Sonya even though she is still struggling to get close to her. Marissa sees them from afar and Carmelita just looks at her in disgust.
Ramon decides to hold Marissa’s son as he and Sonya looks so friendly toward Marissa and baby Jacob. Lucing sees her daughter’s evil intentions from afar and rushes to take baby Jacob and hold him angering Marissa since her plans of using Jacob to capture Ramon’s heart foiled.
Gidoy apologized to Heidy and asked to be friends but she brushed him off so Gidioy decided to try harder.
Later, Marissa ask Lucing why she kept Jacob throughout the program since the visitors wanted to see him and Lucing says she is the grandma of the baby so why can’t she keep him since they both are his family and people he should be close to.
Lucing then asks why Gabriel’s family wants to get close to her grandson instead of being close to their new born granddaughter and she can’t have it because all she wants is for her grandson to be close to her instead.
At home, Ellice tells Gabriel that Sonya was intentionally showing everyone that they weren’t close and instead spent much time with Marissa and Jacob but not her. Gabriel answered her by saying that they now have baby Hope so there is no need to think about that so they need to be happy.
The Next day, Marissa and Jacob visits Gabriel’s parent in the office surprising Carmilita who can’t believe Marissa is the supposed guest Ramon told to her about. Sonya asked if Marissa enjoyed the tour of their workplace and she said yes.
Ramon starts playing with baby Jacob even saying he got his looks from him which Sonya agrees with, Carmelita just looks at them surprised. They have lunch together and Ramon also tells Marissa she and baby Jacob are family.
Sonya makes a video call to Gabriel to inform him that they are having lunch with Marissa and Jacob shocking Gabriel.
At home, Ellice goes through some files on her laptop and comes across a picture of Marissa having lunch with Gabriel’s family and shows it Lucing about Marissa visiting her in-laws office and bringing baby Jacob along too surprising Lucing.
At work, Gabriel goes to Marrisa’s office to ask her why she went to his father’s office with Jacob. Gabriel asks Marissa why he is letting his family get attached to Jacob and if it is because he is his father and Marissa said he is not but only accepted his family’s invitation and it seems so many people l*ve her son but he is just too paranoid.
At dinning, Gabriel and Ellice discuss about Marissa’s visit to his father since she has never been invited to his office before and Gabriel said it’s because they wanted to thank her for her assistant in getting the business permit so Ellice asked why she took baby Jacob along and Gabriel said maybe she brought him along for some fresh air and change of environment.
Right then, Marissa calls Gabriel that the van that was supposed to deliver their pearls got hijacked and Gabriel turns surprised but couldn’t disclose it to Ellice.
The Next day, Marissa feigns concern that their entire shipment got stolen. Marissa asks a distressed Gabriel if Ellice needs to be informed and he answers no because he will figure it out. Gabriel decides to find a solution and works together with another employee
Ellice goes to her company to meet Marissa distributing new laptops because the old ones are old and she said it’s within their budget, she is also surprised about the company team bonding that Marissa is going to organize but she assures her it’s within the budget to so she accepts it.
Ellice hears a baby crying and Marissa excuses herself. In her office, Ellice asked Marissa why she still brings Jacob to work since the place is not for a baby and asked if she has been bringing him to work all this while.
Marissa said yes because that her mom was not home so she didn’t feel comfortable leaving Jacob at home and thought she would be okay with it since Gabriel sees no problem with it and she always fulfills her duties well.
As they continue arguing, an investor arrives in Marissa’s office for a meeting and upon seeing baby Jacob he asks whose child Marissa is holding because the baby will bring good luck to that company and it’s auspicious shocking Ellice.
Later, Ellice goes to Marissa’s office and tells Marissa she doesn’t like the way her company is being manage because to many policies have been changed which she doesn’t approve of. Marissa stood up and asked Ellice how she wants things to be, Ellice said she wants things back the way it was and she doesn’t want any babies inside the office.
Ellice then goes to Gabriel’s office and asks him if he knows the change of policies that Marissa has implemented in the company and Gabriel says he knows and tries telling her at the hospital but she tells him to take care of it and the policies have a positive effect on the employees.
Ellice tells Gabriel that everything is worse than she thought. Gabriel said he told them to handle the company so they were only doing what’s best for the company but Ellice believes it’s rather destroying her company.
Gabriel asked if that’s how she thinks after all their hard work and Ellice said maybe it was wrong of her to entrust her company to him and Marissa and maybe it’s about time she came back to work. Marissa meets with someone to negotiate about her company.
Gabriel meets up with the client who was waiting for the pearls delivery and begs him for an extension but he breaks off the deal with him.
Later, he confides in his sister who asked why he didn’t tell Ellice about the hijacked van since that client was important. Gabriel tells her he didn’t want to give Ellice more problems and decided to take full responsibility and it’s just bad the client cancelled the contract. She advises Gabriel that keeping secrets from his wife will definitely get him into trouble.
Ellice arrives at the company and sees the employees crushing over Marissa’s baby, Marissa asked if she is back for good and Ellice said the board asked her to come because they have some financial matters to discuss.
Ellice had a meeting with the board, they tell her about their financial crisis and the members suggest that they allow Marissa to buy shares in the company because Marissa just sold her company and maybe if they convince her to invest then they wouldn’t need to take a bank loan surprising Ellice.
Later, Ellice goes to Marissa’s office to argue about wanting to buy shares in her company and getting the board to back her up. Marissa denies talking to the board. Marissa then asked what if she wants to buy shares, isn’t she deserving to be a part of the company she worked so hard to serve from bankruptcy when she had a problem with her pregnancy and the reason she sold her company was because she neglected it while helping hers grow.
Ellice said that’s why she made her president and CEO and she was well compensated for it and it’s her father’s company so in order to continue his legacy she needs to have full ownership of it and her company is not for sale. Marissa said she has also resigned from her company.
At home, Ellice gets angry with Gabriel because she wasn’t informed that her company was having financial problems,.Gabriel said he thought he could handle it but the client backed out.
Ellice tells him the board is discussing selling some company shares to Marissa and she just confronted her about it so she resigned shocking Gabriel.
Gabriel asked why she let that happen since Marissa could have been an eligible investor and Ellice said she can’t sell her company shares to anyone off the streets and Gabriel said he thought Marissa was family and part of the company.
Ellice tells him she thought so too but now she can see clearly she is manipulating everything in her company and it’s obvious his family and their board members are under her spell.
The Next day, an investor talks to Ellice that Marissa was the one who convinced him to invest in her company so as soon as Marissa leaves he expects his money to be returned to him because he is leaving with her and Ellice looks helpless.
Later, Ellice had a meeting with Gabriel and a board member, Ellice is informed they will have a hard time returning the investor’s money back to him since they are struggling financially and it might trigger other investors to pull out so they will be at the losing end.
Gabriel asked what is the best solution to rectify this problem and they are told that they need to sell some of the shares if there is no cash flow into the company. Ellice makes it clear that her company isn’t for sell so they should find a new solution to sustain her company.
In his office, the other board member talks to Gabriel to help Ellice understand that selling shares is the best option for the company because if she doesn’t sell a few shares she will lose her company.
In the car, Ellice ask Gabriel if it’s necessary to sell some of the shares and Gabriel said it is for the sustainability of the company.
Gabriel and Ellice arrive, home and Ellice asks Lucing what Jacob is doing there and lucing said she is taking care of the baby Jacob since Marissa can’t bring him to work anymore.
Gabriel takes Marissa’s baby playing with him when Marissa arrives to take her baby from Gabriel and the two look like they are playing with their own child as Ellice looks at them in anger.
In bed, Ellice couldn’t sleep so flashbacks to all the events that Marissa used her baby to get close to the people she l*ves and hold her chest.
