“The drug is having a negative effect on Edward as he begins to hallucinate things that are not present, however he makes up with Grace and they plan their wedding”
William visits Edward in his room, he tells William he has lost his drive, his will and doesn’t know what he is doing anymore but William said it’s just a side effect of his vitamins and supplies him some more.
Edward said he doesn’t want to be dependent on the drug but William said he told him the drug clears his head and he lost his job and everything so he understands him because he was there and it was much worse for him so all he has to do is to forget everything getting flashbacks of when he was an addict.
He tells Edward he needs is to rest and take the pills because it will help sleep and he can take three or two of the pills.
Grace receives a call from Joel asking about Edward but Grace hangs up on him telling him that Edward is like that because of his condition and he will be fine. Grace then tells Diana she needs to go check up on Edward so they leave together in her car.
Edward couldn’t sleep so woke up to take the pill. Grace and Diana also arrive at the house at the same time. Stella asked if she is there to see Edward because he is in his room and she knows the way there as Grace thanks her.
Edward holds three pills on his hands and remembers William telling her to take two or three of pills if he can’t sleep. Edward takes the pills before Grace enters the room and pretends to be sleeping but Grace wakes him up and asks if he is agitated again but he said it’s only a headache. Grace asked if he takes his painkillers but Edward said she doesn’t have to worry and just trust him on this.
Later, Grace tells Diana at a restaurant that she is very worried about Edward. She then visits William and cherie and William said Edward will be okay as long as he takes the tramadol so they don’t need to take him to doctor Marisol because he will say the same that his behavior is because of his mood swings relating to his illness but Grace said Edward still needs a check up.
Cherie joins in to defend William but Grace believes Edward needs a check up because she can’t see him suffering. Cherie said Edward can manage so she should give him time and stop attacking her boyfriend William unnecessarily. William tells Cherie to stop and apologized to Grace telling her if it will pacify her then he will talk to Edward and tell him to open up so Grace thanks him.
In the car, Diana talks to Grace about William but believes it’s better she lets it rest for now.
An angry Cherie tells William she can’t stand Grace and William tells her their quarrel will only jeopardize their plans. William thanks her for having his back and supporting him always.
Edward meets up with Grace at the car park to apologize but he suddenly collapses and William arrives telling Grace to stay off Edward because she is his baby doll so Grace begins to scream and it turns out to be a nightmare when Diana hears her screams and rushes to wake her up. She tells Diana about her dream and how strong her senses are telling her not to trust William.
Grace visits a church to pray for Edward and prays for the Lord’s guidance for what’s happening to him. A trembling Edward calls up Grace to check up on her.
William tells Cherie that he is not sure Grace can’t do anything for Edward now because he is slowly getting addicted to the drug and he will become restless until he craves for his candy like a mad man and he knows the symptoms because he was there before and he began to hallucinate and that’s exactly what will happen to Edward as Edward is seen restless and trembling in fear.
Grace arrives to visit Edward and hears him screaming and hallucinating that cockroaches are all over him so Grace asks what’s wrong with him but Edward only keeps screaming and tells Grace to leave him alone. He goes under the shower and continues to scream while Grace tries to calm him down.Anton arrives with Stella and they both ask what’s happening as they take Grace out of the bathroom.
Grace tells Marissa that Edward is becoming worse and she doesn’t know what to do about him anymore as Marissa consoles her.
Stella goes to check on Edward who has covered himself in bed. Edward wakes up screaming that he is scared of the cockroaches since they are all over. Stella calls William on the phone to tell him that she needs his help because Edward is getting out of hand.
William arrives to check up on Edward and he tells him he saw cockroaches all over the room and William said it’s the oxy talking asking him if has been taking it and what if he takes it away from him but Edward tells him he still needs it.
William begins to punch Edward and tells Edward to listen to him because he is not thinking straight but Edward said he wants his meds so William tells him to promise him that after that he won’t take more and he promises.
Edward is officially an addict taking the meds continually. The lady who was abu$ed by her partner visits Grace again asking for their help because she was badly beaten up again and John said he is just puzzled as to why women like her in an abu$ive relationship take time to speak up.
Edward arrives at the office and tells them he wants to talk to Grace. Edward apologized to Grace again for all that’s going on since he doesn’t know what is getting into him lady. Grace asked if it’s because of his TBI but like he was there for her she wants to support him too as Edward thanks her for understanding as they make up and plan to get married.
Cherie and William visit Cherie and Nina to celebrate because Edward is going to be president of their company and she will be in charge of the finance department if the board approves it and Marissa says she is proud of her. Grace and Edward arrive and break the news to everyone they will be signing their prenup soon as they all rush to congratulate them to the anger of Cherie and William.
Cherie gets angry and says she thinks they will celebrate only she and William and they are being insensitive to them. Grace ask if she has a problem and Cherie said they always want to take her shine so they can go ahead and celebrate as she leaves and William follows her.
Grace follows them outside to talk to them, William said they are still around and she asked why cherie feels she has taken all the attention from her but Cherie starts insulting Grace again and tells her she will always think she is been insecure of her but she should look at her self now become she can’t do that anymore.
