We begin tonight’s episode with Lucy having a meeting with Dana, Jia, Kai Amanda and Gab. Lucy’s lawyer said the will that has surfaced means nothing. Amanda and Gab say it’s the same thing that Attorney Marquez read to them and suggest they bring an expert to analyse the handwriting.
Attorney Wilson said it’s easy to forge documents so no matter who analyzes it it will still be invalid and nothing will changes.
Jia tells Lucy she’s there to seek justice for her dad so Lucy can keep her share and Lucy said of course because it belongs to her and asked them to leave. Amanda tells Dana to bring the original will. Jia said whoever $tole Adam’s will is hiding it order to not be a suspect. Lucy and Dana tease them. They all accuse Lucy of hiding the will. Jia writes a document relinquishing Adam’s assets and stating she only wants justice for Adam. Amanda later tears the paper as they leave.
Outside, Amanda asks Jia why she relinquished the money given to her by Adam. Gab informs them that Amanda tore the paper Jia signed. Amanda said it will only Jeopardize Gab’s inheritance and she has to make sure her son gets what he is entitled to. Gab said things are changing so maybe the original will might turn up.
An employee interrupts them saying they are selling the company and the chua’s will be the buyers. Gab said they will bring their own staff so Jia said she still has shares in the company so will try and stop the sell.
Amanda said they want to sell the company because if the original will is not found it will be easy to liquidate everything and they won’t get anything so they all conclude to work together to stop the sale.
Lucy explains to the chua’s on phone that Adam left everything to her and Dana so they have every right to sell the company so they should meet up for the signing of the documents.
Jia meets David and patrick, she tells them that Attorney Marquez’s online storage has been full for a while so no new data has been stored for the past 6months and his staff and wife is convinced Lucy is behind the fire. Jia gets a call from someone informing her of something so David and Patrick accompany her.
The chua’s seems to be backing out of buying the company and lucy calls Dana to come back to office because the sale has been canceled.
Jia gets a guest log book of the night Adam died and tells David that it will help in the case.
Lucy and Dana talk to Adam’s portrait about him not allowing them to sell the company. They iπsult Jia for not wanting her inheritance, Lucy then tells Dana they will be meeting with another group of buyers tomorrow.
Dana sees David and Jia together and starts throwing stones at them saying she hopes Jia d!es. Jia tells David to not tell Kai what happened.
At home,Jia is worried about staying with David so she tells Kai she has a plan and will push through with it in the morning.
Jia visits Dragon Empires Builders to speak to Dana about staying with David.
Jia telling her to give her the title of their house back that way they will move out of David’s house and also she will give Dana a handwritten declaration relinquishing all the assets Adam left behind immediately the original will is recovered so she should make a decision fast because the more she delays the more she and David continues to stay under one roof.
Dana discusses it with Lucy but she tells her to not let her f£elings for David cloud her judgements since they are no longer married. Lucy said clearly Jia knows how to use an opportunity to her advantage but Dana insists they give her the house. Lucy believes it’s part of a bigger plan so Dana should talk to their Attorney and make sure there are no loopholes in Jia’s proposal.
Dana calls Jia to inform her that the legal team is ready so they should meet up to finalize things. Jia tells Kai everything is set so they can go back to stay in the house Adam gave them. Kai hopes they will allow them to live a peaceful life after Jia gives everything to them.
Gab(not sure though since his face is covered) arrives at the company in a nose mask at the same time David arrives at the company to see Dana and bumps into him.
At the police station, Jia tells Simon some of her friends told her they didn’t see Amanda at the party which is strange since she makes it a point to be at all event. Simon said Amanda said she was there but jai said Gab was there after she went for the guest list but Amanda wasn’t. Simon remembers watching a video Amanda gave him proving she was there.
Simon and his partner discuss the fact that Gab was indeed at the party but Amanda wasn’t and she was lying when she said she was with Manny so they conclude that she is hiding something and if she wasn’t at the party then where was she then.
David gets a visit from the police looking for Jia. Jia calls kai to inform her that she already had the documents notarized so she will go give it to Dana and drop by the prescient to see Simon then to David’s office. David calls Jia to inform her about the police visit but her battery runs down.
Amanda gets a call from her friend informing her the deal with the chua’s didn’t push through and the police came to asked them if she was at the anniversary party and they said no because she wasn’t present so they have to cooperate to find the k!ller and she turns worried.
Jia visits David’s office to charge her phone. David arrives to inform her that the cyber police came to look for her and a few weeks ago they arrested a ha¢ker who ha¢ked RJ& E and when he went to visit him at the station he say Dana’s best friend Tifinay visiting him at the station and she said Stephen the ha¢ker said he was just following orders to ha¢k RJ&E so Jia concludes Dana is behind it.
Jia confronts Dana about Stephen the ha¢ker slapping Dana about ruining something she worked hard to build so she now understands why Adam deducted that amount from her inheritance so their deal is off the table because she’s going to take back everything that belongs to her and she won’t leave David’s house so she keeps thinking of what will happen between them under the same roof.
Simon questions the guard about who could have entered the building. He asked if the guard saw Amanda and he said she wasn’t there and hopes they find justice for Adam since the company is now a mess.
It turns out Gab and Amanda have the original will. The police visit Amanda and Gab’s house as Gab quickly hides the will. Simon said they are there to ask her a few questions.
Dana calls Tifinay to ask why she told David the truth and she said Dana abandoned her after Stephen got arrested and she Dana has always been like that starting trouble and after things fall apart running away from responsibility so she should help Stephen out of jail but Dana refused saying she it’s not her responsible. t
Tifinay said Stephen’s things are with her so if she search hard she will find evidence against Dana making Dana scared.
Simon asked if Amanda was at the party that night, she said yes but she didn’t keep long. They asked why she didn’t sign the guest log book. Amanda said she wasn’t feeling well so she went home. Simon asked for her phone and asked how she took the video she showed him the last time he was there.
Amanda said it was sent by her assistant to make her know that Adam has passed away. The police searched her house and she looked so tensed asking them to leave. Simon finds some documents but couldn’t go through it all before they left.
Lucy confronts Dana about her f!ght with Jia in the lobby. Lucy said they are in the middle of a crises and she can’t afford to be reckless adding to their problems with what she did to RJ&E.
Dana said she can deny it since they have no evidence but Lucy doesn’t think so. Dana said they are the Wongs so they can get away with anything but Lucy said one wrong move and it will turn on them. Dana fears she could go to jail but Lucy believes they have time to plan things out.
Amanda gets angry at Gab for being reckless since they could have been arrested. Amanda said her friend called her earlier that they are investigating her so they don’t have any recordings of her so she can get away with changing her words a little. Gab said they weren’t caught today but what of the next time so they should just leave the country and go back to their quiet life but Amanda refuses to leave until Gab gets his inheritance.
Simon and his partner believe Amanda is lying to them because she has something to hide.
Jia calls Richie to send over every document that proves they are the owners of RJ&E and promises they will get everything they stole from them so RJ&E will raise again.
Kai thanks David for helping Jai know about what Dana did to her. David said they collapsed RJ&E to prove that Jia can’t provide for Michael. Jia said she will use the law to make them pay for everything they have done and David tells her to not lose faith because she will get everything back when she least expects.
