Showbiz Career
JC started his career in 2003 when he joined the GMA television series Click. He stayed with the “Kapuso” network until 2010 when he transferred to TV5. In 2013, he became a talent of ABS-CBN.
De Vera’s career returned to the limelight as he starred on the television series the legal wife,
Moon of Desire and in the film Once a Princess with Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee.
Soon after, he appeared in the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival movie Shake, Rattle & Roll XV, alongside Erich Gonzales.
JC also stars in the teleserye, The Better Half, as Rafael Cabrera in 2017. He also starred as Ethan del fiero in Military Action drama The General’s Daughter.
