Eloy tells Hugo that it would take a while for him to get the car fixed permanently. When Hugo states that the car had been declared irreparable, Eloy assures him that all broken cars can be fixed with the right approach. Much to Ali’s surprise, the old man excitedly agrees to give Eloy the time and everything he needs to fix the car completely.
Ali objects to Eloy getting hired but the old man won’t hear of it. Pat teases her mother with feeling something for the captain but she denies it and declares that she’s already taken an early retirement from løve. She however doesn’t let her throw away the captain’s call card. Back at the mansion, Hugo insists on hiring Eloy.
Later, he and Fred simultaneously take a trip down memory lane as they both reflect on some moments with their then-partners. Ali urges Dino the gardener to always keep a watchful eye on Eloy while he works. Eloy comes and he taunts her, asking her to thank him for saving her job.
Exasperated, Ali wrinkles her nose and sneezes in his face instead. Grandma Heart visits Fred in prison and she takes him by surprise by revealing his son’s intention to investigate grandpa Hugo. Fred gets worried and urges her to have Eloy stop his investigation since he’s been told that the old man is a dangerous person.
Speaking of, Ali tries to get Hugo to rethink his decision to hire Eloy and the old man declares that she’s responsible for him – if he messes up, then she would also get fired. At the company, Ali watches the biography of the Acaolis and as Helen approaches from behind, she vows to bring back the old man’s smile. Helen chats her up about her brother.
Nurse Queenie strives to convince a patient to take off her wedding ring so she can have an MRscan. Ali comes over and manages to convince her to do it. A moment later, she’s surprised to find out that the frail old woman has Alzheimer’s and clings to the memory of her already dëâd husband.

Badong the driver and Dino the gardener tell her off. Ali is exasperated when she learns of the stunt the deliveryman had pulled and Pat convinces her not to react to it. Eloy keeps tabs on Atty. Evangelista on his next visit to the mansion. Ali catches Eloy snooping around the house and she confronts him and begins to walk around him in circles.
Eloy declares that he has no plans of stealing from the mansion. He dares Ali to frisk him and she goes right ahead to do so with such drama that amuses Eloy. Eventually, she charges him not to try anything funny, saying that her eyes are sharper than a CCTV camera. Eloy retorts, saying that she shouldn’t blame him when she finds herself falling in løve.
Later, Ali prepares a special meal for grandpa Hugo. In her absence, Gemma brings Eloy to introduce him to the others, blabbering about how he had saved her. They begin to dig in and Eloy is impressed when he has a taste of the food Ali had just prepared. While Hugo has a meeting with Atty. Evangelista, Ali convinces him to take a break for breakfast.
She blabbers about how he would forget all of his worries with just a bite of her special meal. Ali excitedly returns to the kitchen and is met with an eyesore, appalled that Eloy and co have finished all the food she made for grandpa Hugo. On Hugo’s orders, Jill comes over to ask for the old man’s breakfast and Ali and everyone else silently look on in despair.
