Cardo Wallows In His Misery. Ramil Leaves The Group To Join Forces With Lito. Task Force Agila Launch Their Rescue Mission.
Albert talks to his team about his plan to bring down Cardo’s Task Force Agila and make the president acknowledge their accomplishments. Subconsciously, Oscar ponders over Lily’s wicked plans and can only hope that they don’t come into fruition.
James rendezvouses with Edwin to inform him of the Task Force’s plan to rescue Diana and Teddy tomorrow. At the Palace, Lily gets upset to discover that James is nowhere to be found and hadn’t handled a task that had been assigned to him.
She goes to question Elizabeth and Ambo about his whereabouts but they play dumb. They’re later devastated to learn of Alyana’s passing. Albert is obsessed with getting his blasted promotion by proving that he had really k!lled Cardo. He gives Lia Mante the order to dig up information on Cardo’s past before dismissing her.
Andrea Villar, a fellow officer who has the habit of flirting with Albert, goes to see him in his office to urge him to make his move to achieve his ambition – he should go against “the president”‘s orders and release a statement declaring that he had k!lled the infamous leader of Task Force Agila.
Upon arriving at the warehouse, Arturo banishes all of Renato’s men and then makes yet another futile attempt to convince Diana and Teddy to fess up already. Albert is confident that he would finally get his promotion now that his statement has headlined the newspapers. When Lily learns of this, she blows a fuse and contacts Arturo to question him about the stunt his puppet had pulled.
Arturo in turn calls Albert to give him a piece of his mind, charging him to produce Cardo’s remains as proof and not make baseless declarations. Cardo has a really pathetic dream about being with Alyana, and he breaks down when he wakes up to reality to see that she’s nowhere to be found.
A moment later, he begins to relive some memories with his departed and it gets quite depressing. Our favorite hero goes to his wife’s grave to swear vengeance for her dëâth. In the meantime, the members of Task Force Agila are ready to leave for Manila on their rescue mission.
Ramil shows up with his backpack and when the guys urge him not to leave, he snubs them and carries on. Clarisse approaches Cardo and she asks him to give her a chance to help him get over his loss. Cardo merely apologizes, saying that he doesn’t think any woman would ever be able to replace Alyana.
While the members of Task Force Agila are on their way to the warehouse, Cardo talks to Jerome about Ramil’s betrayal and the conflict within their group. Speaking of, Ramil goes to see Lito at the mansion to join him and his group. Lito gladly welcomes him, having gotten an arsenal he could use against our favorite hero. The Agilas arrive outside the warehouse where they meet with James.
After getting a rundown of the area, they plan to infiltrate the warehouse as quietly as possible to rescue Diana and Teddy. Lito decides to employ Ramil as his personal bodyguard and he gives him a gün and some money to go shopping. Ramil gladly accepts it. A moment later, he gets himself some clothes and a wristwatch. Lito talks to his lackey about his plan to buy Ramil’s loyalty with generosity.
Task Force Agila sneak into the hideout and begin taking out the goons in their way. Inside, Arturo charges his men to be on high alert. Meanwhile, Hipolito who’s still in detention vows to destroy both Lily and Arturo once he becomes a free man again; he would then rule over the Palace and the entire country.
