Eloy Has An Encounter With The Woman He Had Swindled. Ali Strives To Carry Out Her Secret Task As Hugo’s Private Nurse.
Eloy continues to observe the scene unfold as attorney Evangelista talks to Don Hugo in the presence of Ali. As the attorney is about to sneeze, Ali throws herself between him and Hugo to protect the latter from breathing in germs, thereby raising eyebrows.
Hugo takes her aside to remind her not to be that obvious since no one really knows that she’s his private nurse. Eventually, Ali catches a glimpse of Eloy driving away. While Margie receives a delivery of some of her products at home, Eloy regroups with his gåñg and he shows them the video he had taken of Hugo and “Nurse Nosy” (Ali).
They deliberate on the matter and begin to wonder whether Hugo has been conniving with Atty. Evangelista regarding Eloy’s father’s case. At the hospital, Ali talks to her best friend about her sighting of Michael (Eloy) outside Hugo’s mansion. The doctor briefs Ali about Hugo’s medical condition and gives her some hobbies to get him to do in order to lower his stress level.
Upon her return home later that night, Ali suddenly sneezes and she goes into the house to search for Michael, thinking that her mother has been entertaining him in the house. She sneezes again and again and it turns out that it’s because of a broken perfume bottle in the dustbin. The next morning, Ali officially begins her new job.
The gardener and the driver argue about washing one of the old man’s old cars which hasn’t worked for a long time now. When Hugo comes upon the scene, he gives the gardener a piece of his mind when he tries to convince him to get the car fixed for the zillionth time. While tailing Atty.Evangelista, Eloy sees him meeting with Tara (the woman she had robbed).
Tara works under the attorney and as she tries to convince him not to terminate her, he forcefully drags her to his car. Eloy’s grandma (Heart) goes to the internet cafe to confront the guys about her grandson’s whereabouts. Tox comes close to fessing up but then the momentary distraction from some clients helps them to get away.
Evangelista resorts to the use of threats and blackmail to force Tara to step down without making a fuss. A moment later, she runs into Eloy at the parking lot and lashes out at him for the situation she’s in. She refrains from ratting him out because she could be sued for taking him to the penthouse in her drunken state.
Ali talks to Hugo about her job and strives to get him to come to a compromise on some rules. Much to Jill’s dismay, Hugo takes Ali along for a business meeting, supposedly as her new trainee assistant. At the Horizon Grand company, Ali is mesmerized as she watches a video of Hugo’s biography on the giant screen in the hallway.
Suddenly, Helena (Hugo’s sister) who had left the company some time ago shows up. She approaches her brother and tries to intercede for Tara but Hugo refuses to rehire her. Later, Ali makes deliberate attempts to signal Hugo that it’s time for him to take his meds.
The old man ignores her as he’s in the middle of a business meeting but eventually, he has to cut it short to go and give her a talking-to for interrupting. Later, Ali tries to get him to agree to some secret codes she could use to notify him if it’s time for his meds or meals. Ironically, Hugo brings out a code of his own which clearly tells her to shut up.
