Jill & Her Son Strive To Pick Up The Pieces Of Their Lives. David Causes More Trouble In His Miserable State.
Jill has dinner with her son and she talks to him about the plan to have him finish the school year. Gio is reluctant to return to school since people would never stop judging him because of what he did. Jill strives to cheer him up, saying that she will help him get through his situation.
Minx finds David pathetically asleep in the storage room of the office which no longer belongs to him. He tells him of his plan to leave Baguio soon for a job he had gotten elsewhere. David gives him attitude and tells him to leave already. The next day after school, David sneaks up on Gabi and attāçks him, demanding for him to stay away from his family.
Gabi gives him a piece of his mind and deals with him; he knocks David down, grabs him and dishes out a stern warning not to mess with him. A moment later, Jill and her son meet up with Gabi to join him and Sandy and Dino for dinner. Sandy begins to tease Jill and Dino, asking when they would move from their friendship phase to a real relationship.
When she asks Gio if he’s okay with it, he remains silent for a while before replying in the affirmative, taking Jill by surprise. Another surprise shows up in the form of Carol and she didn’t come alone but with her estranged husband whom she’s decided to give another chance. This takes everyone by surprise.
However, surprise turns into concern when David is spotted lurking nearby and spying on them in such a pathetic manner. Jill goes to face him and he makes a pretty pathetic attempt to convince her to come back to him with their son. David tries to pick another fight with Gabi and Jill puts him in his place and so does Gio who eventually demands for him to leave them alone.
Later, Gabi escorts Jill home and makes it clear that he’s serious about having a real relationship with her. They talk about the incident at the restaurant earlier and Jill states that she would get a restraining order against her wretched ex. Later, Jill reflects on some good memories with David.
Gio receives a surprise visit from Mika and it comes as a huge blow to him when she tells him that she’s leaving with her mother for Manila the very day because Grace had found a new job there. Mika gives Gio one of her bangles as a parting gift for him to remember her by. Jill gets wind of this and tries to console her son. It doesn’t take long for Gio to suddenly go missing.
As Jill suspects, David has taken him forcefully and refuses to return him. Jill desperately reaches out to Charlie and finds out that he had rented a room for David last night at a particular hotel when he had asked for his help. Jill hurries to the said hotel and manages to find the room where David is booked. The episode ends as she hurries to go and get her son.
