Suspicions Intensify After The Fake President Foolishly Exposes Himself. Juan Duels With Jacob. Oscar Is Caught, Tied Up & Sedated. Lito Schemes Against Cardo.
Lito excitedly looks forward to seeing the supposed löve of his life again. Mariano decides to steal through the night to enjoy some food in the kitchen, only to be caught by Elizabeth. He makes a pathetic attempt to shy and get away.
Diana and co become perplexed with the situation once they learn of it. Captain Salonga is ridden with questions about the real condition of the president. Meanwhile, Oscar returns to his sick bed with just one purpose – to fully recover secretly and put an end to his despicable wife’s reign of terror.
Cardo has a civilized conversation with Clarisse where he makes her a promise. In the meantime, Lito drops an important business meeting and sets off for the location of the hideout of team Cardo, with only one goal in mind – to win back Alyana at all cost.
Hipolito and Lily both reprimand Juan and Jacob after catching them in another fight. Cardo and his allies head out to survey the surrounding areas to plan out an escape strategy in the event that they come under attack. Upon their return back to the hideout, our favorite hero gets to meet his wife’s ex.
The situation doesn’t seem to deter Lito who’s hellbent on doing whatever it takes to win back Alyana. Teddy sends a letter to the Palace to compel them to show them the president. Renato lays out his plan to get rid of Juan to Jacob, just as Lily makes it a point to charge her top dog to tolerate them for the sake of the greater good.
Cardo and company resolve to take a chance with Lito since they’re in need of more allies, ignorant that he harbors plans of eliminating him. Edwin and James make an attempt to check up on the president, only to be stopped by Lily who throws a fit and even threatens to get them fired. Lily continues to train Mariano to perfect his acting skills.
Team Cardo honor Lito’s invitation to feast together at his mansion. Lito makes them a very generous offer and Cardo is inclined to agree to it since his wife had assured that he’s trustworthy. Oscar stumbles to the ground and causes a ruckus, giving Lily the chance to find and restrain him to the bed.
Elizabeth and her companions are baffled with the strange sound they had heard in the Palace. Troubled with the recent incident, Lily quickly notofies Arturo of Oscar’s recovery from coma, as well as the fact that he knows of everything they had talked about.
When James reaches out to Diana and Teddy, they begin to suspect if there could be an imposter pretending to be the president. Lily makes it her mission to keep Oscar tied up and drugged so he doesn’t become a stumbling block.
Lito is delighted when Cardo and his companions accept the job that he had offered. Alyana is impressed with the empire he’s built. Edwin and James plot to sneak into the president’s room to see him. Meanwhile, Cardo lamely consents to Alyana accepting a personal job offered to her by Lito.
