Delfin Is Devastated Over His Situation. Cardo & His Family Prepare To Celebrate Delfin’s Birthday. Lily Plots A Nasty Surprise. President Hidalgo Fires Diana.
The episode begins with Lily ordering Elizabeth to go and get Oscar a glass of water. Cardo notices his grandpa deep in thoughts and when he asks what’s wrong, he claims that it’s nothing and he’s fine. For the billionth time, the guys begin to express their wonder over the disappearance of Mei Lin’s body.
In the meantime, Lily feeds her dumb husband one of the mind-altering drugs and urges him to grant her request of replacing Diana with Judge Padua. While Jimbo returns home in high spirits to jubilate over how good business is, Arturo calls a contact of his to demand for money owed him.
Diana manages to get Delfin to open up to her about what he’s going through. She plans to go to the Palace to face the president and Delfin warns her that Oscar isn’t the same person they knew before. Later, Delfin goes into his room to lament over how everything he’s worked for is set to be ruined by false accusations. Delfin cries pathetically by himself in his room.
In the meantime, Cardo dines together with Alyana and talks to her about how they would make his grandpa’s birthday special tomorrow by reuniting him with his friends and comrades in the police force. The next morning, Grandma Flora begins to suspect that something’s wrong and when she questions her brother, he covers things up as expected.
After Juan gets Mei Lin’s ashes ready, he receives a phone call from Lily who orders him to get ready for a job she would give him. The jezebel plots to give Delfin a nasty surprise on his birthday. Jimbo gets upset and throws a fit when he finds out that his equally miserable brat of a sister Clarice has gotten some fashionable shirts for our favorite hero.
While Cardo has breakfast with his family and Bubbles and Wally are busy in the kitchen, Juan conveniently sneaks into Delfin’s room where he successfully plants tons of drugs, money and firearms. His ignorant family excitedly continue the preparations for the birthday party.
Clarice blabbers her blasted obsession with Cardo to Nick, Gido and the other scoundrels. When Lily receives confirmation from Juan regarding the successful planting of incriminating evidence, she takes her sweet time to gloat over how Delfin would rot behind bars.
Speaking of, Delfin goes to the bank to speak to the manager there about the supposed account he has. He’s shocked to learn that he has over 250 million sitting in his account when he’s never opened one in that particular blasted bank before.
The manager insists that he was the one who had personally opened the account. It’s then that our dear grandpa realizes that he’s finished. At the town hall, a woman shows up to report how she had been scammed by an online seller into buying cheap shoes and clothes at high prices.
Captain Alyana asks for information on the scammer and she’s shocked to hear that it’s a Padua, Clarice Padua. It’s official – the Paduas are a family of criminals, ridiculous successors of the Tuazons.Anyway, Cardo and his family continue with the preparation for Delfin’s birthday party and they begin to wonder where he had disappeared to.
At the Palace, the dumb president asks his miserable wife to have Arturo come over so that he would talk to him. Lily asks of his intention and Oscar declares that it’s high time he cleaned the ranks and removed from office individuals who no longer deserve his pathetic, miserable trust. Lily gladly leaves to call Arturo.
Diana decides to show her face just then to apologize to the dumb president for going AWOL without prior notice. She explains that she had to take care of something. Oscar actually sulks and begins ranting about how she and Delfin had betrayed him. Diana urges him to open his eyes, saying that they’re not his enemies.
On phone, Lily gloats and tells Arturo that the president would be under their full control from today onward. Back in the president’s office – when Diana states that he doesn’t really know the woman he married, Oscar flares up, bïtçhës some more before declaring that she’s fired.
