Hipolito Contracts A Sniper To Ässassiñate Chloe. Alyana & Bart Begin Their Campaigns. Diana Meets Another Dead-end In Her Investigation. Cardo & His Team Pursue The Sniper.
Councilor Gina and Captain Bart learn of how Alyana had gone to the board of elections to file for her candidacy. In no time, they hurry over to the place to go and stop her. Alyana gives them a piece of her mind and as Gina and Bart continue making a fuss, an election officer puts them in their place, declaring that they can’t stop anyone from filing for their candidacy.
On her way out, Alyana is met with support from her fans and strong opposition from the lackeys of her adversaries. Cardo and the members of Task Force Agila gear up to transport Chloe to the court for her first hearing. On their way to the court, Hipolito shadows them with his group, just as his sniper Elias subtly surveys the exterior of the courthouse.
While Gina and Bart discuss about the measures they would take to deal with the latter’s competition, Alyana receives support from the youngsters of the community.Diana decides to speak to Dr. Perez directly to question him about Lily. She immediately calls the office of the rotten doctor and is taken by surprise when she learns that Perez is leaving the country for Europe.
Major Basco and Captain Dalisay both charge their men to be vigilant for the inevitable ättaçk from Jacob’s group. Said group continues to tail them, with Renato smiling all the way as if he’s hit a jackpot or something. Councilor Gina makes plans for Bart’s campaign, just as team Alyana also discuss their strategy.
Flora’s former allies come to offer their undivided support, leaving Mrs. Dalisay pleasantly surprised and very much grateful. The police convoy finally arrives outside the courthouse swarming with reporters and Hipolito and co observe as they escort Chloe inside.
Elias the sniper gets into the building disguised as a cleaner and he observes as the cops take the suspect onto another floor for her hearing. A moment later, he sneaks out and sets up his sniper rifle on a roof overlooking the main courthouse building.
As preparations are made for the campaigns of Alyana and Bart, Diana informs Delfin of the sudden disappearance of Dr. Perez and his family from the country, taking note of yet another dead end in her investigation on Lily. Delfin unwisely urges her to call off her investigation, stating that the dumb president has finally found happiness in his relationship with the jezebel that is Lily.
In the meantime, Chloe is arraigned before the court and after she pleads not guilty, the case is adjourned. While Team Alyana and Bart take to the streets to campaign, the police retakes custody of Chloe, just as Vargas sets up his sniper rifle nearby.
Hipolito calls Elias on phone and vows to finish him off if he fails to get rid of the target. In no time, the cops escort Chloe outside and they’re swarmed by the vulturous reporters asking several questions. Chloe makes a fuss, declaring that she’s no criminal.
Elias targets her and as he’s about to hit the trigger, he gets spotted by Vargas who quickly fires at him and misses. In desperation, Elias shoots Chloe in the chest and that begins the chaos. Jacob looks on in disbelief while Hipolito continues to smile with sick pleasure. They then slip away without getting noticed or caught.
The wounded suspect is taken by a couple of the cops and as the race to the hospital, Cardo and his team go in pursuit of Elias. The sniper retreats to a room in the top floor of the building where he effortlessly güñs down some random cops who come after him. Eventually, Cardo outsmarts him and shoots him dead on the spot.
