Janine Becomes Obsessed With Destroying Victor & His Family. Victor Deals With The Aftermath Of The Case Filed Against Him. Janine Declares War On Victor’s Family.
Victor informs Gary about the visit of the police and he urges him not to tell his mother so her situation doesn’t worsen. Gary suggests that he go into hiding with a friend of his at the province but Victor turns down the offer, refusing to go and hide and leave Yvonne and their son behind. At home, Yvonne has a talk with her mother and brother about the very same matter. She worries about how the situation could affect Marcus negatively.
In the meantime, Kenjie asks Janine to go with him to Brazil to spend the holidays with his mother but she turns him down, saying that she needs to stay and focus on her case. Marcus enjoys some food his aunt Mimi had prepared and he suggests that they leave some for his father so he can also try it.
Yvonne and the others look on silently as he goes on excitedly about his delight for Victor’s return home. Doris storms Janine’s house to confront her and berate her for all the troubles she has been causing her family, Janine slaps her and that leads to further altercation and a screaming fit.
Daria reluctantly watches over Sonia at the hospital and she soon receives a phone call from Janine. They talk about the pressing matter with their families and Daria notifies her of the current whereabouts of her husband.
A moment later, Janine relays the information to his lawyer and charges him to have the police arrest Victor immediately. At the Aguiluz residence, Victor has a heartfelt, dramatic conversation with Yvonne before he’s apprehended and taken away by the police.
Victor is processed and taken into custody, just as Kenjie has a dramatic farewell with Janine. It doesn’t take long for Victor to be bailed out of prison. Gary gets him a lawyer to handle the case and he’s advised to move out of Yvonne’s house to a different place since cohabitation could strengthen Janine’s case against him.
On this note, Gary and Doris resolve to let him stay temporarily at a house in Antipolo which they had been renting out. Janine shamelessly charges her lawyer to stop at nothing to ensure that Victor is convicted and suffers in jail. As if that’s not enough, she also demands for the cases against Doris, Yvonne and Sonia to be sped up.
In the meantime, Victor packs up his stuff to leave for Antipolo and he asks Yvonne to explain things to their son.Marcus questions his mother the next morning when he finds his father missing and Yvonne strives to clarify the issue and assure him that it’s only temporary.
A moment later, Yvonne brings Marcus to see Victor at his new place and father and son do a little catching up and bonding. Yvonne then pays Doris and Gary a visit at home and urge them to ensure that Sonia doesn’t find out about Victor’s current situation so she doesn’t get worked up.
On her way out, Janine rears her ugly head to gloat and taunt her and the others with the cases she had filed against them. Doris and Yvonne trade words with the unbecoming irritating woman. Like a self-glorified ass, Janine whines about how they had all conspired together to take Victor away from her. She then vows to make them pay.
