Rigor Suffers The Wrath Of Mr. Dela Vega. Isabel Takes Carlos In. Roman Reconciles With Carlos & Makes Earnest, Deliberate Attempts To Connect With Gabriel.
Carlos desperately decides to pack up his things at the office to leave the place since his dear father had disowned him for making a fool out of him. Isabel tries to talk him out of it, saying that TigerShark is his because he’s worked hard for it.
Still, Carlos declares that he would go out there and look for a new company that would appreciate him. Isabel resumes her drama by giving him a hug. Roman pays a visit to the grave of his late wife and ponders over why she had also lied to him.
He reflects on the numerous unfriendly encounters with Gabriel as well as how he had come to løve Carlos like his very own in spite of the lies and deception. At the Agbayani residence, Ben has a talk with Bianca about how Rigor might have k!lled Maila to silence her and protect the dirty secret he and Carlos shared. Marilyn speculates that Carlos might not have a hand in Maila’s death.
While Roman continues to brood, his men drag a roughed up Rigor over and they dump him at his feet.Roman pulls out a güñ and aims it at the scoundrel. He then smacks him in the face with it and leaves him all bloodied on the floor. Gabriel is called to the Dela Vega Group where Mr. Dela Vega insists that he change his name so he can run the business.
However, Gabriel declines and also turns him down when he suggests that he come and live with him at home. Carlos goes to see Rigor to whine about how he had been exposed. Rigor also does some whining of his own over how he had been beaten by Roman and his men.
An argument ensues and eventually, Carlos vows to make Gabriel regret ever being a Dela Vega if he takes the name. He later goes to Isabel’s house in a drunken state and she resolves to take him in and take care of him. While Roman woefully has dinner alone at home, Gabriel also does same with his family, though with gladness.
He brings up the offers Mr. Dela Vega had made him and Grandma Lydia assures him that she would support whatever he decides to do.Isabel is setting up Carlos’ room when the scumbag comes to profess undying løvë for her. As expected, Isabel buys into it and begins making out with him.
Roman hangs out with Josh who urges him to reconcile with Carlos since he’s also a victim of the lies he had been fed with. Rigor whines some more to his buddies over what Roman and his men had done to him. He then vows not to let it slide and the guys taunt him. In the meantime, Mr. Dela Vega is pretty downcast at home and he reflects on some memories with Victoria as well as Carlos.
Ultimately, he admits that he and his fake son both have their shortcomings. At Laban, the boss has a talk with Gabriel about the shocking news of his paternity and where his loyalty lies. He reaffirms his word to remain loyal to Laban. So Roman proceeds to go and see his miserable fake son at Isabel’s place and he promises to give everything back to him provided he doesn’t see Rigor anymore.
Carlos states that he has no more reason to see the scumbag. Roman picks up Gabriel after work for some kind of dinner at home. Gabriel reaffirms his innocence on the poisoning incident of TigerShark’s and Roman states that he believes he’s telling the truth even though they’re now starting to get along.
Rigor becomes even more miserable when he receives a visit from the landlady who threatens to kick him out of the house if he doesn’t pay the rent in a month’s time. Roman brings Gabriel and Bianca home to have dinner together with Carlos and Isabel as one big, happy family.
At the table, Carlos surprisingly announces that he and Isabel plan on getting married soon, all in an attempt to get Mr. Dela Vega’s attention. Isabel is surprised but tends to get upset when she notices how Carlos keeps staring at Bianca. Grandma Lydia pays a visit to the Agbayanis to talk about the recent happenings.
After dinner, Roman urges Gabriel to give some more thought to the proposition he had made him. While Bianca and Gabriel arrive home, Isabel lashes out at Carlos for staring at Bianca and he justifies it by saying he was just trying to play nice to regain his father’s trust.
The next day at work, he assures Roman of a damage control method to reclaim the number one spot in the rankings. On his way out of the office, Carlos runs into Rigor who asks for some money to pay his house rent. He assures him that he would get him the money after work. He then drives him away before Roman sees them together.
