Bianca expresses her appreciation for the opportunity the boss had given her and Marilyn. Percy offers to employ her permanently, saying that he really likes her work ethics and personality.
Bianca gently turns down the offer and points out that her family is way back in Manila and she needs to follow up he mother’s case. Gabriel arrives at the hospital with Alex in tow and the doctor updates him on his father’s condition.
When Grandma Lydia shows up with the rest of the family, Gabriel introduces them to his boss. Since his miserable father had lost a lot of blood, he agrees to donate some of his for him.
Mr. Dela Vega has a toast with Carlos to celebrate Rigor’s misfortune and imminent death, just as Percy brings Bianca home to inform his mother about her soon-to-be departure. Mrs. Maricad worries about their “relationship” and when she asks if they’re going to break up, Bianca covers up the truth and leads her on.
After the test results come out, Gabriel is surprised when the doctor informs him that he can’t donate blood to Rigor because they have different blood types.Gabriel notifies his family about it and they deliberate on the way forward.
Once Bianca arrives home with Marilyn, Jay Jay tells her about what had befallen Rigor. In the meantime, Carlos desperately searches and finds the hospital where Rigor is admitted and he manages to talk Isabel into covering for him at work while he goes out to do whatever the hell he has in mind.
Gabriel has a talk with Alex about his father’s situation in relation to Maila’s case. As they hug and hold hands, Bianca shows up at the hospital and she’s pretty downcast and taken aback to see them together. She silently cries her eyes out as she observes them talking secretly.
Just then, a phone call comes in from Sir Percy. Lydia asks Alex if she’s in a relationship with her grandson and she replies in the negative. Bianca pathetically displays unnecessary drama at home on account of how she had seen Gabriel holding hands with Alex, thinking that she was his new girlfriend.
Ben and Jay Jay strive to console her. At the hospital, Carlos desperately reaches out to the doctor and offers to anonymously donate blood to Rigor.Isabel’s attempts to cover for Carlos when Roman asks of him comes to nothing as Mr. Dela Vega is notified by his investigator of his current whereabouts.
Mrs. Maricad figures that her son misses Bianca so she urges him to go to Manila since they have an office there. While Lydia comes to know of the anonymous blood donation that seemed to have saved Rigor, Roman calls his son on the phone to question him about what he’s up to.
Lydia questions the doctor about why Rigor and Gabriel don’t have the same blood type and she’s inclined to believe that they’re not really related and thus, his ill-treatment of him. She plans to prove that Gabriel isn’t Rigor’s real son.
Roman questions Isabel about Carlos’ dealings with Rigor and she covers up for him as always. Once Carlos returns to the office, Isabel tells him about Roman’s suspicions and Carlos plans to divert his attention by boosting the sales of TigerShark.
Percy calls Bianca to tell her about the business he has to take care of in the company’s office in Manila.Jay Jay chats with Steph on the phone and they do a little catching up. Eventually, the latter asks the former to go with her somewhere after school.
When Rigor regains consciousness, Lydia briefs him about everything that had happened. She then brings up how the doctor had stated that it’s impossible for him to be Gabriel’s father because their blood types hadn’t matched.
She then mentions the anonymous donor who had donated blood for him, asking if it could be Carlos since they’re often together lately. Rigor gives his mother the silent treatment and she proceeds to ask so bluntly if he had switched Carlos and Gabriel.
Still, Rigor refuses to talk and Lydia states that if her suspicions are true, then she can never forgive him because he had ruined the lives of two innocent children. Gabriel, Alex and Derek discuss about the preparations for the upcoming sports expo.
The Agbayanis deliberate on Maila’s case and Bianca notes that Rigor could be the culprit since he’s the one with the biggest motive for her mother’s death. Meanwhile, Natalia urges Roman to investigate Carlos and find out his real identity in order to determine who his real son actually is.
