Gabriel & Bianca Are Compelled To Put Their Relationship On Hold. Carlos Frustrates Maila’s Case & Sends Rigor To Plant Evidence Against Gabriel.
Gabriel resolves to work on his thesis and finish it on time so that he can finally graduate. Grandma Lydia excitedly looks forward to see him awarded with his diploma.
Meanwhile, Bianca literally runs home and informs her worked up family about how she had been chased earlier by a hooded scumbag armed with a metal pipe. Maila recalls the ättaçk she had suffered years ago and figures that the culprit is definitely Rigor.
Bianca is evidently terrified and her mother strives to calm her down. Later, Gabriel pays the Agbayanis a visit, bearing some bread rolls from Olsen to Marilyn. Maila shows up just then to question him of his father’s whereabouts last night.
Reluctantly, Bianca recounts her ordeal and Maila notes that they suspect that Rigor is trying to scare them off from pursuing the case against him.Gabriel looks on in disbelief, even as Maila charges him to stay away from her daughter for now.
Upon his return home, Gabriel confronts his misëräble father about the incident and he denies it and plays dumb. An altercation ensues and Gabriel threatens to personally send Rigor to jail if he ever hurts Bianca.
For the sake of Bianca’s safety, Gabriel decides to listen to Maila and stop seeing her for now. In the meantime, Bianca discusses the situation with Marilyn, worried that things might get worse and disrupt her plans with Gabriel to marry someday.
Marilyn strives to cheer her up, just as Gabriel resolves to focus on his studies and work so he could give Bianca a better life in their future. Carlos blackmails and bribes some scumbag to give false testimony against Gabriel.
Rigor and Gabriel both make deliberate efforts to keep their differences a secret from Lydia. The old woman however sees through their act and eventually comes to know of what’s been going on.
Carlos proceeds to bribe Maila’s witness and charges him to leave town and never return. Rigor cowardly justifies his shortcomings with a ridiculous lie and assures his mother that she has nothing to worry about because he’s indeed innocent.
Following the disappearance of the witness, Maila’s case against Rigor comes to yet another standstill. As Gabriel and his lawyer follow up on the Dela Vega car that had been disposed of supposedly, Rigor excitedly thanks his misëräble biological son for the part he had played in getting his case dismissed.
Carlos charges Rigor to get something that contains Gabriel’s DNA so they can plant it at Milton Hotel. In no time, the scumbag goes home to go through Gabriel’s things. He manages to steal his bag and “borrow” his towel.
Maila is distressed with having hit another dead-end in her quest for justice and Bianca consoles her and assures her that she would get justice someday. Roman is pretty upset to learn of the dismissal of the case against Rigor and he charges his lawyer to track down the missing witness.
Carlos looks on dumbly as if he has no idea. Later, he meets up with Rigor and asks him to plant Gabriel’s bag in the hotel where Victoria had died to implicate him. Roman is questioned by the police again since the story he had told them about the car they had sold doesn’t match with their investigation.
After he’s able to lead them on again and dismiss them, he threatens to fire Ricky his property manager if he finds out that he hasn’t disposed of the car until now. Carlos’ car breaks down so he calls the office to request for a driver to pick him up.
In an interesting turn of events, he is picked up in the very same car of interest by the driver. After failing to find his favorite blue bag, Gabriel goes to work where he receives a surprise and pleasant visit from Bianca.
Regarding Maila’s case, he assures her that he would help out if it is proven that his misëräble father really committed a crime. Meanwhile, Rigor the scumbag sneaks into Milton Hotel to plant Gabriel’s blue bag.
