Cardo’s Task Force Go Undercover To Bust A Drug Operation. Hipolito Encounters Psycho Dante & K!lls Off A Loose End. Lazaro Meets Lily To Plot Against Hipolito.
Hipolito arrives outside the warehouse where Jomar had directed him to in order to get the güñ he needs. Inside, psycho Dante, flanked by his gang, transacts a deal with their new arms suppliers. After checking to see that the wëäpons are of top quality, Dante pays off the guys.
Without warning, the madman grabs one of the güñs and shoots a couple of them. His men join in on the fun and finish off the rest of the suppliers. From his hiding position, Hipolito observes in shock as psyçhø Dante happily riddles some unfortunate guy’s body with büllëts.
After Dante leaves with the wëäpons and the money, Hipolito comes out of hiding and walks into the warehouse full of dead bodies. He comes across a miserable dying man and he snatches his güñ and uses it to put him out of his misery. Task Force Agila is briefed about their new mission regarding a popular bar that is being used as a front to sell illegal drugs.
General Dela Cruz announces that Major Romero would be taking part in the mission on account of how important it is. In the meantime, a jovial new character, who looks forward to being an actor, goes to audition at the bar in question along with some other applicants.
Once Major Basco receives word on how Hipolito had been sighted near the port area, he deploys Eugenio to the area to go and keep an eye on Jomar so they can apprehend Hipolito. In an interesting turn of events, Billy and his team go undercover as applicants at the notorious bar.
Once inside, the guys are given drugs to sell on stage while entertaining the guests. Billy, Chikoy and the others observe silently as wannabe actor blatantly refuses to sell any drugs.As Lazaro meets up with Lily at a restaurant to talk out a deal on how to handle Hipolito, wannabe actor gets ridiculed because of his refusal to sell drugs.
Team Billy join the other applicants to go and dance on stage. Cardo, Jerome, Romero and the rest of Task Force Agila have blended themselves into the audience and cheering on the dancers. On the cue of our favorite hero, the team carry out their plan and manage to capture all the crooks dealing drugs.
Cardo storms the office of the bar owner to capture him and his business partners, just as reinforcement arrives. The bar owner begins whining about how his business is protected by the mayor and so he’s untouchable. Cardo shuts up the scumbag and declares that they would be going after the mayor next.
Lazaro offers to help Lily against Hipolito provided she’s open to divert the attention of any investigation that might expose him. Wanna be actor is rounded up along with the crooks, upset that instead of the promise of being an actor, he has been turned into a criminal instead.
General Borja updates President Hidalgo on how crime in the country has been negatively affecting their international investors and dissuading them from doing business with them. Lily resolves to accept Lazaro’s offer since she needs all the protection she can get once Hipolito comes for her.
Speaking of, Jomar pesters Hipolito to give him his share of the money he had promised him. Eugenio lurks somewhere in the neighborhood. Hipolito declares that he has no money and as the guy begins whining and threatening to call the cops on him, he gets güññed down with a vengeance. Hipolito mercilessly fires the k!lling shot and slips away a moment before Eugenio shows up.
After escaping, Hipolito picks a fight with some guys and he’s disarmed and beaten up pretty bad. Major Basco gets word on Jomar’s dëäth and a CCTV footage confirms that he had been k!lled by Hipolito. Basco figures that the Vulture is hiding out in that neighborhood because he’s now powerless and all by himself: it is the perfect time for them to capture him.
Following the beating he had received earlier, Hipolito beats up some poor man in order to steal his hat. Cardo has breakfast with Alyana and he’s briefed about the recent happenings in the community. He’s taken by surprise to learn of Grandma Flora’s intention to run for captain. After breakfast, he proceeds to go and have a word with his grandma and counsel her against it.
Eventually, Flora decides to postpone her plan to run for office and focus on her eatery for now.In spite of General Oligario’s worries, President Hidalgo addresses the media to update them on the fight against crime and corruption in the country. He also reaffirms his promise to ensure lasting peace and security.
Later, Diana comes to understand why the president had faced the media and the people to update them on what’s going on. Oscar declares that the most important thing is the safety of the people and Diana states that Task Force Agila won’t disappoint them.Preparations are made for the opening of Flora’s Garden and Captain Bart and Councilor Gina are notified about it.
At the precinct, wannabe actor pleads his case to Billy, going on and on about how he had only gone to the bar to audition because he wanted to be an actor and not a drug peddler. Billy urges him to relax, stating that only their team leader can decide whether to set him free or jail him.
