“Blow it up. I want you to destroy that factory Romina’s so proud of. Where is Romina? There’s no need to wait. You’ve planted the other bømbs too, right? Then stop waiting for her to come out. Finish the job. Blow it all up.”
Hector scolded his brother for taking the blame. Alvin told him that he didn’t want Roxanne to lose her father, adding that Romina wouldn’t have stopped had he not done so. He was confident that his brother could get him out if he was a free man. Hector promised to get him out.
At the basketball court, the coach called for a water break and the guys commented about how Kristoff was taking practice way too serious. Kristoff said he wanted to prove his worth of being team captain, adding that he wanted to be a better person for Cassie and show her mother that he was the right guy for her daughter.
“Mr. løver boy,” the guys teased before walking off.
Marga came over to tell Kristoff about her dad’s decision of filing for annulment, asking how he had managed to deal with his own parents’ separation. Kristoff said he had accepted the situation though it had been difficult since there was nothing he could have done about it.
Mini-Daniela hugged Kristoff as Maureen snapped a photo. (Oh, great. Just when you start feeling sorry for a dog, only for it to bite your head off). As Daniela discussed with Savannah the incident at the precinct the day before, Carlos’ lawyer came over to serve her the annulment petition. Hector confronted Romina about his brother being in prison, asking her to go ahead and celebrate.
Mina said she’d only celebrate once he and Daniela were behind bars since she was certain that they were both involved. A battle of words ensued, and Hector threatened to make her pay for what she had done to his brother.
“I’ll make you pay dearly,” Hector stated as Mina glared at him. “And with interest.”
Kristoff met up with Cassie and told her that the mastermind behind their accident had already confessed. “Who did it?” Cassie asked.
“Mr. Vin.”
Cassie looked on in shock. “What’s wrong?” Mikoy asked. “Who’s this Mr. Vin?”
“He’s Roxanne’s uncle.”
Roxy came over and Cassie broke the news to her. After Carlos was done packing up his stuff, Nanny Esther tried talking him into reconsidering his decision to leave for their family’s sake. However, Carlos had already made up his mind in cutting ties with Daniela, though he promised to fulfill his fatherly duties. He then had a call from Daniela, asking him to wait for her for a while so they could talk.
Romina lamented over Alvin being imprisoned instead of Hector. Cassie thanked her for not giving up on seeking justice for her. Neil and Bonita asked Mina to lighten up a little since someone was paying for what had happened to Cassie. Romina thanked them for all their support. A group hug followed. Mina then had a phone call.
“Hello?”
“Hello Mrs. Mondragon,” Mr. Garcia began. “Have you changed your mind about taking over the SikaTuna factory?”
“My business will proceed as planned, sir.”
“Then I’ll make this short. I’m willing to let you rent the factory. And I’m hoping for your huge success, Mrs. Mondragon.”
Romina was elated. “Thank you, sir.”
For once in her life, Daniela calmly tried convincing Carlos to stay with them, hoping that he wasn’t leaving because he had another woman, say, Romina. Carlos wasn’t listening though. Danny girl hugged her husband as he was leaving, sobbing. Marga watched the scene from up the stairs. Carlos eventually broke free of Daniela’s hold, and off he went.
Roxanne asked her father about her uncle, and Hector told her that he was innocent of what he was being accused of. Roxy asked why he had gone to jail then, and Hector said that her uncle had taken the blame to save him because Romina had been harassing him over Cassie’s case. He promised to handle the situation and get Alvin out of jail. Roxy looked on, indifferent like the low class witch she was turning into.
Back at the mansion, Marga ranted on about her mother allowing her father to leave so easily. Daniela told her that it wouldn’t have changed anything had she gotten mad or shouted at him. Marga asked if he would ever come back and Daniela promised to do everything in her power to win him back. Romina went to pawn off the rest of her jewelry to invest into the factory.
Bonita was confident that she could regain everything she had lost, but Neil worried that she was taking too much of a risk. Romina was however determined to do whatever it took. Mini-Daniela was showing off her photo with Kristoff, spouting a bunch of nonsense about how Kristoff had been so supportive of her recently.
Nadya suggested that they post the picture online, insinuating that she could just be misinterpreting her closeness with Kristoff again. Marga gave the go-ahead and Maureen went on with it. She then invited the girls over to a party at the mansion.
Gwen told Cassie about the house party Marga was throwing, and how she was inviting students from both the international and integrated school. Cassie was surprised. The money Romina had acquired wasn’t enough to launch her new company, so she decided to apply for a bank loan since she had a good credit standing. She was however worried about having a hard time paying back the interests.
“I know a bank that charges low interests,” Leon said. “They’ve helped me out before, so I know they can help you too.”
“Thank you,” Mina said with a smile.
Neil and Bonita had a talk with the factory workers concerning the launch of Romina’s new company, and they assured their support. A moment later, Bibeth called Daniela and informed her about Romina hiring the former Camila workers as well as SikaTuna’s to work in her new company. After the call, Daniela threw a fit.
“What’s your plan?” Savvy asked.
“When it comes to Romina, I never run out of ideas,” Danny girl replied. She then made a call. “Let’s meet up. If you need me to, I’ll go to you.”
Daniela went to see Hector and told him about the new company Romina was building. She then went on to rile him up against her. Romina was excited to be granted the bank loan. Leon told her to approach him if she needed help with anything else, and Mina thanked him.
After Kristoff was done with basketball practice, Mini-Daniela invited him to her house party. Cassie asked her friends about Marga’s house party, wondering why it had been so sudden. Mikoy tried to downplay the matter. LJ then showed her the online picture everyone was talking about.
“They say Kristoff’s courting Marga,” LJ said. “Is that true, Cassie?”
Cassie stared at the picture in stunned silence. Meanwhile, Kristoff’s basketball buddies showed him the viral, trending photo.
Cassie called Kristoff on phone. “Is it true? Why is a picture of you and Marga spreading online? You were hugging. Someone also told me… that you were courting her.”
“No, no, Cass, that’s not true. I promise. Let me explain.”
Cassie hanged up without a beat. Fatima asked if she didn’t trust Kristoff, and she told her that she just wanted to know the truth because of the situation they were in. Romina thanked the workers for all their trust and support in building the company. Some goons infiltrated the property as she went on with her speech. The scumbags planted explosives and ran off.
Daniela arrived home only to witness the house party Marga was having. She asked her daughter why she had let strangers into their house. Mini-Daniela spouted her usual nonsense, saying that ‘the strangers’ would continue coming until she got back together with her dad. Carlos received a call from Daniela, telling him about their bratty daughter starting to rebel.
Hector received a phone call at the casino. “Tell me.”
“Boss, the bømb’s been planted,” the goon said. “Should I start?”
Back at the mansion, the Mean Squad caught Trina and another integrated student packing some food to-go. Maureen even offered to help them pack some more. “Gosh, Maureen,” Nica admonished. “Stop it. You’re not supposed to do that.”
“But there’s tons of food,” Maureen argued.
“Just let them be, Nica,” Nadya cut in. “They’re from Maxwell poor, remember?”
Cassie and her friends were on their way to the house party. Meanwhile, Kristoff confronted Marga and asked to have a talk with her. It seemed like his brain had gone on a very long vacation since he allowed the queen of brattiness to pull him into a room as the other students watched. Kristoff made it clear to Marga that he wasn’t courting her, unlike the rumours going around about them. Mini-Daniela spouted crap after crap.
“You and Cassie are over, right?” Marga asked.
“For now. But I still løvë her.” (In your face!)
“No.”
“No?”
“No problem.” (I’m sure that’s not what you wanted to say, lol. I’ve never seen a queen who chases after ‘leftovers’ like their life depended on it. No offense, Kristoff)
“I hope not, Marga. I don’t want anymore problems between us.” Kristoff then showed her the trending picture. “Where did this photo come from? Our school mates are sharing it all over the internet.” (In your face, sucker)
Back at the factory, Leon congratulated Romina on the launch of her company. Mina was glad to help out the people. “You still haven’t forgotten about them,” Leon commented. “Even after all you’ve been through.”
“You know, Leon. Success is so much sweeter when shared, especially when everyone worked hard to achieve it. Buying this factory isn’t just for me. It’s for them too.”
“Blow it up, Hector ordered. “I want you to destroy that factory Romina’s so proud of.”
A moment later, there was chaos and pandemonium as the factory was caught ablaze. Leon told Neil to lead the workers to the exit. Romina and Leon then went to help the other workers trapped inside.
“It’s done, boss,” the goon reported. “The factory’s on fire. Everyone is panicking here.”
Hector smirked. “Where is Romina?”
“I haven’t seen her come out yet.”
“There’s no need to wait. You’ve planted the other bømbs too, right?”
“Yes, boss.”
“Then stop waiting for her to come out. Finish the job. Blow it all up.”
Everyone else had made it out of the burning building, with the exception of Romina. Leon noticed the goon standing at a distance. He told Neil and the others to get out of the place while he went back inside for Romina. Romina helped some others out of the debris as Leon came back inside.
He noticed the armed bømb and quickly ushered out another wounded worker. The goon activated the bømb just then and it went off. Romina and Leon ducked for cover. Mina wasn’t lucky though as a flaming hot debris landed on her hand. The episode ended as Leon helped her up.
