President Hidalgo Fulfils His Promise To Ensure The Freedom of Cardo & Vendetta. Lily Plays Everyone & Schemes To Surpass Her Enemies. Cardo Begins A New Life With His Family & Friends.
The Arevalos show up at the detention center in camp Crame to visit Alyana, and the family has a dramatic reunion, with Virgie being on top of it all. Mrs. Arevalo grumbles nonstop, blaming our favorite hero for the situation of her dearest daughter.
So Cardo and the members of Vendetta get themselves føøled yet again by Lily, their snake of a benefactor. When asked why she had suddenly disappeared before, she claims that she had to check up on the so-called small business she runs.
She feigns concern for the group and promises to reach out to President Hidalgo to expedite their release from prison. Of course everyone falls for her act and even our favorite hero actually thanks her. Lily talks to Hipolito on the phone to gloat over how the Vendetta had fallen for her ploy hook, line and sinker.
A moment later, she tracks down the president’s whereabouts and approaches him. Oscar is delighted to see that she’s safe and Lily begins with her act, guilt-tripping him with the situation of his saviors that is Cardo and Vendetta.
In no time, President Hidalgo pays the vigilante group a visit at camp Crame where he assures them that they would be getting out soon because he’s already signed the presidential pardon. The guys jubilate and express their utmost appreciation to the president for fulfilling his promise to them.
Lily returns to the hideout to celebrate with Hipolito. She takes delight in how she had føøled Cardo, Vendetta and President Hidalgo into believing that she’s an ally of theirs. In the meantime, Oscar assures the Vendetta that he would never abandon them for as long as he lives because he’s indebted to them for saving him.
He proposes for the group to help him fix the mess and chaos brought about by Lucas and rebuild their country. Cardo assures him their full cooperation before the guys begin hailing the president. Later in court, the members of the Vendetta are arraigned, looking so gloomy as if they’re in mourning.
The judge has the bailiff read out the verdict in regards to the case of rebellion. Flora and Teddy’s families are delighted with the announcement of the presidential pardon that acquits Cardo and the rest of his group.
Our favorite hero and his comrades celebrate their freedom with their families. President Hidalgo gladly watches the show from the Palace, even as citizens take to the streets to also celebrate Vendetta’s freedom. Lily also watches the show on TV, saying that she would be the one celebrating next time.
With Hipolito’s help of course. In no time, Cardo returns home to have a dramatic reunion with his family. A moment later during dinner with his family and comrades, they receive a pleasant visit from the president who congratulates them on their release.
Cardo introduces Oscar to Alyana’s family and Flora has him join them for some snacks. A moment later, the president has a talk with the members of the Vendetta where he requests for their help in bringing Hipolito to justice. He also assures them that he has a big welfare project for them that would also benefit the country.
Lily taunts Hipolito with how Vendetta is now free to go after lawbreakers, especially he himself. Hipolito gives her a look and ridiculously states that he isn’t the only criminal in the room. Lily throws one back at him, saying that in the eyes of the Vendetta, he (Hipolito) is the only çriminal.
She on the other hand is well løvëd and adored by Cardo and his group and family, and President Hidalgo to boot. Oscar wraps up his visit at the de Leon house and informs Cardo and Vendetta about the party he’s planning for them and all their allies at the Palace.
After he says his goodbyes to everyone, he’s stopped by Councilor Gina on his way to his car. The rotten councilor begins rambling nonstop about her supposed support for him, fawning over him in such ridiculous manner.
Cardo and his comrades talk about what’s in store for them and how grateful they’ll always be to Lily. In the meantime, Lily schemes to make good use of Hipolito’s connections for her agenda. Caloy, Doray and the rest of the family take delight in the freedom of Cardo, Alyana and the rest of their comrades.
Delfin has a talk with the guys about what they’re going to do with their lives now. Tadpole and his buddies from Bløødy Sun can’t really say for certain but Billy and his team look forward to return to the force. Alyana then asks Bubbles and Diana to stay with them for a while.
President Hidalgo calls Lily on the phone to invite her to the party for the Vendetta. Later, Ramil proposes to some of the guys that they start looking for their own place and get some jobs to make ends meet. Tadpole and George point out the fact that most employers don’t hire ex-convicts.
Ramil says it’s honorable to make an honest living even as construction labourers or trash collectors. Cardo asks his grandma for permission to let his comrades live with them for a while since most of them have nowhere else to go. Grandma Flora gladly obliges, saying that their house has always been a refuge for people in need.
President Hidalgo has a meeting with some high-ranking officials to rid the government of the bad seeds. When he brings up Hipolito, he’s informed about the special task force that had been formed to locate and apprehend him. Oscar then requests to meet the leader.
Billy, Chikoy and Vargas part ways with the rest of the guys to leave for home. Ramil and the others thank Cardo for accommodating them.Flora insists for Diana and Bubbles to sleep inside with them while the guys take the living room.
Cardo joins Alyana in their room and they recount and reflect on their journey. The couple gladly look forward to starting over again peacefully and building a brand new family with lots and lots of children.
At the Palace, President Hidalgo is assured of the integrity and capability of the officer in charge of the special task force. Said officer, Police Major Victor Basco, makes his appearance in style to exchange greetings with the president. The episode concludes as Basco and Oscar lock eyes with each other.
