Jenny’s Condition & Situation Worsens. Shannon Begins To Go Crazy Over Her Obsession With Windsor.
Jenny misëräbly prays for the help of her departed parents to ask God to show some mercy because she doesn’t want to die yet. Pinky observes her silently before slipping away. Jenny vows not to leave Jack no matter what. Shannon stares at a photo of Windsor, wondering where he’s gone to. Pinky arrives home to learn of how Pauline had called Windsor over and gotten him drunk.
Ethan carries Windsor to his room to spend the night. Miss Gao is notified of Windsor’s condition at Pinky’s house and when Shannon gets wind of it, she throws a fit and grudgingly storms out to go there. Pinky watches over Windsor as he sleeps and when she gets up to leave, Windsor suddenly wakes up and grabs her hand and convinces her to stay with him.
They both stare at each other as Windsor goes on about his regret of marrying Shannon. As if on cue, psyçhø Shannon suddenly shows up and begins making a fuss. Windsor disregards her persistence, shoves her away and declares that he’s not her puppet to be controlled.
After he leaves, Shannon goes after him. A moment later at home, Windsor pleads with his mother to stop forcing him and Shannon to be together.Miss Gao takes turns glancing at Shannon and Windsor silently before walking away.
Psyçhø Shannon urges him to try to løvë her as his wife and Windsor bluntly tells her that it’s only Pinky he wants. Jenny makes breakfast for the Hong family and Betsy gives her an earful as she makes it clear that she’s no longer welcomed there.
Jenny acknowledges her mistakes and promises to behave. Betsy scoffs but agrees to let her cook. However, she would no longer consider her as her daughter-in-law.Jack comes upon the scene and objects to it, saying that Jenny might pøisøn the food if she feels like it. If his mother allows Jenny to stay, then he would move out.
A moment later, Jenny suffers the symptoms of her condition again and even throws up bløød in the sink. She calls a contact of hers and makes known her intention of selling Venus. In her office in Venus, Jenny stares at a photo portrait of her son, intent on making sure that his future is free of worries for money. In no time, Mr. Jun her contact shows up to meet with her.
When asked of her reason for selling Venus, Jenny claims that she wants to help her family because her mother-in-law has cancer. Jun calls in his partner for the signing and Jenny is surprised to see that it’s Miss Gao. She throws a fit and Giselle puts her in her place and ridicules her claim of her mother-in-law having cancer.
Jenny admits to the lie and Giselle berates her for turning the shareholders against her and trying to sell Venus behind her back when she hadn’t even been able to settle the loan she had gotten from Shannon.Jenny asks for at least 30 million for Venus and Giselle taunts her, asking if she’s that stüpïd or playing the føøl with her.
In reference to the contract Jenny had signed with Shannon, Giselle reminds her that she can acquire Venus at half the market price if she fails to pay back the loan. Jenny desperately pleads for Giselle not to take Venus from her but she gets snubbed for her trouble. After Miss Gao leaves, she calls Shannon and makes a futile attempt to get her to help her.
Shannon refuses to lend a hand because she had ruined her relationship with Windsor.
Jenny returns to the villa but isn’t able to get inside because the lock had been changed. She rings the doorbell persistently and when Betsy comes out with Shirlene, she asks to see her son.
Betsy treats her with indifference and Shirlene lashes out at her, revealing that Miss Gao had already told them of her recent stunt. Shirlene criticizes Jenny for cursing her mother with the lie of her having cancer. Jenny plays dumb and makes a futile attempt to deceive them.
Refusing her entry into the house, Betsy and Shirlene close the door in her face. Jenny desperately pounds on the door as she pleads to see her son. Her stomach starts acting up again and Jenny sinks to the floor and coughs up blood again.
Desperate to get Windsor back, psyçhø Shannon calls Pinky on the phone and offers to give her Dr. Queen, Xu Feng and all her properties in exchange for Windsor. Pinky says she can’t help her so she should go and talk to Windsor’s herself and settle their issues. A moment later, Pinky receives a phone call from Windsor who asks her to meet him in the hallway of Dr. Queen.
Pinky comes to meet Windsor and asks him to call Shannon since she’s been looking for him. Windsor says he only wants to be free of her so he can live his own life. He proposes to Pinky that they elope together to the states to start a new life there. As he professes his løvë for her and tries to convince her, Psyçhø Shannon chances upon the scene and storms over to släp Pinky.
She begins making a scene and Windsor makes it clear that Pinky is the one he løvës and the one he wants to be with.Psyçhø Shannon then threatens to die right in front of him. Windsor resolves to go after Shannon after she storms out and he finds her standing carelessly and defiantly in the middle of the road.
He cries out to her to step away and when Shannon wouldn’t budge, he quickly manages to pull her out of harm’s way before a truck runs her over. Pinky beholds the horrific scene and Shannon approaches her and desperately begs her to give Windsor back to her. She repeatedly bows her head down to Pinky as if she’s some kind of god she’s found to be worshipped.
Psyçhø Shannon has been admitted at the hospital following her mental breakdown and Miss Gao beats herself up for everything that had happened and acknowledges being at fault for interfering in Pinky and Windsor’s relationship for Shannon’s benefit.
A moment later inside the hospital room, Shannon begins making a fuss and mistakes her mother for Pinky and pleads for her to give Windsor back to her. Miss Gao is horrified and so is Pinky and Windsor. Eventually, Shannon recognizes her mother for who she is.
Psyçhø Shannon holds onto Windsor and pleads for him not to leave her. It doesn’t take long for her to snap again. As Windsor strives to calm her down, Shannon begins crying out for her husband, asking where he is when he’s right in front of her.
The situation takes a toll on Miss Gao. Later, she acknowledges her mistakes to Pinky, saying that they might all have turned out living happily had she not interfered in her relationship with Windsor. Pinky feels for Shannon’s condition so she meets up with Jack and asks that he help her to make Shannon believe that they’re back together.
Though Jack wants to start over for real, he reluctantly agrees to Pinky’s wish to help her since he owes her so much. At the hospital, Jenny is in pain because of her condition. She coughs up bløød again and hides when she sees Jack and Pinky and begins to wonder whether they’re back together.
Meanwhile, psyçhø Shannon has another mental breakdown as she pesters her mother about Windsor’s whereabouts, asking if he had really gone to America with Pinky. Giselle points out that Windsor is right there. When Windsor calls Shannon’s name, she turns to stare at him.
