Anton Continues To Frustrate Emman’s Search For Robbie. Emman & Sam Track Down The Owner of the Lab.
Emman, Sam and Caloy set off for West Dumapay and Sam urges Emman to let Celine know of the new development. Meanwhile, Franco interrogates the nurse about the call Robbie had made with her cellphone. The nurse assures him that she hadn’t told the kid anything and to make sure of that, Franco executes her right on the spot.
Amelia bickers with her mother about an incident from the past. Araceli brings up how Linda had been there for her after she (Amelia) had abandoned her following an accident. Amelia grumbles that she’s already made up for her shortcoming and Araceli urges her to treat Linda like family since she’s like a daughter to her.
Amelia then taunts her mother, saying that if Linda really lövës their family, she would have no problem accepting their business. Amelia continues to taunt her mother with how they have decided to k!ll Linda’s grandson for Lester’s sake. Celine receives a phone call from Emman and she’s excited to learn that he had been able to talk to Robbie.
She offers to come along on the search but Emman insists that she let them handle it. Still, Celine persists and eventually makes him reveal where they’re headed to. Anton spies.
Francisco and Colonel Manzano talk about the cases Paraguas has been directly involved in.
He had only been suspended for negligence after k!lling the two kidñappërs, so Gabo charges Francisco to keep an eye on him. Soon enough, he talks to Leo on the phone and they discuss the possibility of Paraguas being connected to the syndicate.
Since the case is top priority, Gen. Leo offers to help out Manzano with whatever resources he might need. Linda apologizes to Amelia for the recent incident with Lester and Amelia tolerates her and also offers a sorry excuse of an apology.
In the meantime, Leo goes with Clarissa his wife to the cemetery to visit the grave of their son. Clarissa goes on about how her husband would have related with their son had he been alive. Without warning, Leo suffers a discomfort in his chest and Clarissa insists on taking him to see Amelia her best friend.
Marquez informs Sam about Dr. Gomez, the owner of the lab that had been discovered recently, just as Anton calls his mother to warn her about Emman’s trip to West Dumapay. Anton states that they have to stop Emman from finding out about their farm.
At the hospital, Mr. Ricaforte, a disgruntled client and member of the syndicate makes known his intention to cut ties with the organization because he fears that his good name might be ruined if their operations are uncovered by the authorities. Amelia makes it clear to him that he can’t just back out.
Amelia reminds Ricaforte about the lifelong agreement they had made in the past, as well as how they had extended the life of his daughter through a heart transplant. She says his little girl’s heart might eventually fail and she might need another transplant.
She then makes it clear that he isn’t the only influential person sponsoring their institution. They’re untouchable because they have a lot of friends in high places. While Celine packs up her things to leave for Manila, she takes a moment to reminisce about her son and promises to do everything in her power to find him.
She would face the monsters who did that to him and when that fateful day comes, she is not gonna show them any mercy. Arnold runs into Leo and Clarissa at the hospital and he makes known his dream of solving crimes in the country by working for the NIA. Leo gladly offers to set him up with Colonel Manzano.
Amelia comes upon the scene to greet the Chavez couple. Anton scolds Franco for the incident with Robbie and threatens to punish him if he messes up again. Back at the hospital, Amelia checks Leo’s blood pressure to find that it’s above the normal level. Amidst the chitchatting and catching up, she urges Leo to quit drinking and take the medication she’s prescribed.
Anton informs Celine about the powerful family friend (Leo) who has been helping them. Apparently, Amelia had saved his life when he had suffered a heart ãttaçk before so he feels like he owes his life to her. Celine states that Anton had been fortunate enough to get a donor because his family owns a hospital.
She declares that the illegal organ traffickers are horrible because they live their lives k!lling other people for the sake of others. Anton tries not to be affected by the comment. Araceli comes to see Dr. Gomez to warn her about the ongoing police investigation. She charges her to brace herself and leave the country for a while.
Dr. Gomez is reluctant to leave her family behind and she also expresses her regret of getting into a partnership with her. Araceli reminds her that she has benefited a lot and even points out that her husband is still alive because of them. Dr. Gomez blames Anton for all the trouble and Araceli assures her that they have made the necessary arrangement for her to leave the country with her family.
As fate will have it, Emman and Sam arrive outside the house to ask for the doctor. When the maid gives them trouble, they barge in and begin making a fuss, compelling the doctor to come out. As Araceli secretly observes unnoticed, Emman and Sam question Dr. Gomez about the old medical facility in Rosales.
Dr. Gomez claims that she had rented it out to someone called Ramon Tejada. When asked for the contact information of the person, the doctor claims that she no longer has it. Emman won’t be taken for a fòöl though. He insinuates that Dr. Gomez might even be the one who has been doing the procedures for the syndicate. He demands that she start talking and the doctor kicks them out of her house.
Celine finally arrives home with Anton. Emman asks Sam to dig up some information about Dr. Gomez since she seems to be hiding something. While Emman and co plan to push through with their original plan of going to West Dumapay, Araceli charges Dr. Gomez to disappear before they all end up buried. Later that night, Amelia has dinner with the Chavez couple.
They chat for a while and when Clarissa brings up Anton’s wedding and asks if it’s still on, Leo declares that he would make sure to resolve the case about Celine’s son even before the wedding. During the drive to their destination, Emman dozes off in front of the wheel and almost crashes into a signpost if not for Sam’s intervention. Sam urges him to rest for a while since he’s already exhausted.
Emman acts out. Back at the restaurant, Clarissa expresses her dislike for the organ trafficking syndicate, and Leo assures Amelia that he would bring to justice the people involved in the heinous crime. As Sam strives to give Emman assurance and hope, he receives a phone call from Celine and excuses himself to answer. Sam looks on with a clear hint of frustration.
