Lucas asked Jordan what Lena has on Conrad and Vanessa. Since he’s paid for Digna’s hospital bills and got Jordan out on bail, he wants Jordan to repay the favor. Jordan said he doesn’t need to do anything for him because he’s the reason all that happened but Lucas made it clear again that he’s got nothing to do with Digna being shôt.
He wants Jordan to tell him the answer to his question but Jordan told him if he wants to know, then he should tell him where Brian is. Since Lucas is not ready to negotiate, Jordan told him to find the answers himself.
Vanessa was worried about what Lena might do because they didn’t keep their end of the deal and Conrad asked her to blame her stüpïd brother. Conrad suggests that they let Lucas know the truth and Vanessa told him Lucas would end their marriage.
Conrad was ready to take care of her and protect her if that happens. He brought up the topic of getting Lucas k!lled but Vanessa doesn’t want that because Lucas is all that she has. They were talking when Lucas showed up at where they were asking whether he’s not welcomed.
Vanessa said she and Conrad are having a meeting and Lucas joked about it being a secret meeting but Vanessa said it was just a simple business meeting. Lucas told her that as his wife, her business is his business.
Conrad apologized and Lucas said no need to be sorry unless they’re doing something illicit or hiding something and Vanessa said they’re not. Lucas wanted to know why they didn’t inform him about this meeting and Vanessa explained that they didn’t want to bother him.
Vanessa said they were talking about how to get rëveñge on Lena for what she did to Rachel and Adrian but Lucas grabbed her by the chin and told her to stop lying to him. He said she and Conrad are having an affair and both are traitors but Conrad said he can think whatever he wants.
Conrad pleaded with Lucas not to hurt Vanessa and Lucas told him not to dare tell him how to treat his wife. Conrad challenged Lucas to lay a finger again on Vanessa and he’ll have to deal with him.
Lucas reminds Conrad about what happens to people who go against him and Conrad told Lucas he knows a lot of things about him; things that can ruin his reputation. Seeing where the situation is heading, Vanessa told Lucas they should talk things out at home.
Conrad called Vanessa to let her know he’s pushing on with his plan but Vanessa opposes it since she and Adrian won’t be able to bear it. Conrad still insists and Vanessa told him the person he wants to k!ll is her husband and had to remind him about löviñg Lucas.
Adrian heard everything and demanded to know why Conrad wants his dad dead. He thought Conrad wants to k!ll Lucas so he can have Vanessa and Vanessa told him there’s no lövê between her and Conrad and what happened between them was a mistake.
She said Conrad was only thinking about his wellfare and Adrian told his mom to tell Conrad not to use him as an excuse to ruin his dad’s life. If Conrad is looking out for him, then it’s in his best interest that his dad stays alive and Vanessa said she’ll tell him.
Adrian was worried about Conrad k!lling Lucas and wondered whether to tell Lucas about it. However, he thinks if he tells Lucas, then his mom would be in trouble and he wondered whom to save. He made a decision to save his dad and called Lucas to enquire about where he is and Lucas told him he’s outside the office.
Lucas was talking to Adrian over the phone when Jordan showed up in front of Lucas with a promissory note and said he’ll pay back every single cent because he doesn’t want to be indebted to Lucas.
They were talking when a guy aimed his güñ at Lucas, trying to shöôt him but Jordan got in the way and was shôt instead. Adrian also shot the guy. Adrian confronts his mother and told her that Conrad had pushed on with his plan.
Vanessa asked about Lucas and Adrian yelled that he’s alive unfortunately for her. Vanessa asked him to keep his voice down because people might think she’s behind it. Adrian looked agitated and told her he k!lled someone because of her. He has turned into a mürderêr.
Adrian was worried about going to jail and Vanessa said what he did was justifiable and assured him he won’t go to jail. Adrian blamed her and Conrad for being a mürderêr because of them since he had k!lled that man to prevent him from talking.
Jordan’s family came to the hospital to see him but he wasn’t happy about them coming and asked them to leave. Digna thought Jordan has changed because of the truth of him being adopted but he told her that wasn’t the case. Seeing they couldn’t change his mind, the Cabreras left but Lena said she won’t.
Jordan made it clear that things have changed between them. Lena said she knew she had put his family’s lives in grave danger and if she has to say sorry over and over again, she’ll do it. If she had to work hard to gain his trust again then she’ll do it, he should just stay away from Lucas.
She thinks he sided with Lucas to get back at her and plead with him not to do that to himself. She tried to convince him not to endanger his life by siding with Lucas but Jordan has already made up his mind. Lucas arrived there and told Jordan to come to his office so they can settle the compensation.
Lena told Lucas to stop using her friend against her and Lucas said he’s not using anyone, he’s just paying off what he owes. Lucas told Lena that it was Jordan’s choice to turn his back on her and Jordan said Lucas is right. He asked her to leave.
At the office, Vanessa was glad Lucas was fine. She said Adrian told her what happened and Lucas asked whether she’s disappointed. She admits they’ve been fighting but she’ll never want him gone. She asked whether it’s Lena and Lucas asked her back whether it’s really Lena who’s behind the ãttaçk.
Lucas mentioned Conrad and her and she defended herself, saying that she lōvês him and wouldn’t want to lose him. He said if that’s the case then she needs to help him find out who did it and she assured him she’ll get to the bottom of it. The next day, Vanessa met up with Conrad and slãppêd him for pushing on with his plan despite her opposing it. Conrad told her Lucas hurt her in front of him.
Vanessa told him now Lucas is more suspicious of them because of what he did. She told him to be thankful his guy failed otherwise she wouldn’t have forgiven him. Adrian came to Lena’s unit and accused her of ruining his life. He told her he did something that he’s never done before because of her.
Lena asked him not to blame her for his actions. She didn’t ruin his life, she only told him about his identity but he said he didn’t ask for it. Adrian got emotional and told Lena there’s no one else he could talk to about his feelings and she’s the only one he can confide in and open up to.
While trying to gain her sympathy, Adrian tried to force himself on Lena and she started shouting for help. He released her and said he won’t force her if she doesn’t want to talk to him. He said he’ll see her again. Inside her unit, Miguel asked Lena if she’s OK and she said she’s OK but just bothered about Adrian.
Miguel asked about Jordan but Lena said what Jordan did was his choice and there’s nothing she can do about it. She wanted to know what he thinks since the matter involves Lucas. Miguel told her he’s not surprised knowing Lucas has lots of enemies so he had it coming.
Lena wondered why Adrian still can’t let go of her despite what she did to him. Miguel mentioned some of the attributes she’s got and thinks that’s why she’s irresistible and that’s why Adrian is so obsessed with her because he can’t control her. Miguel got a call and excused himself to receive it while Lena smirked to herself.
