President Hidalgo has a talk with his wife about how he would secure the code for the automated counting machine to prevent any form of cheating. A news report comes on TV about Brother Lorenzo and how Vice President Cabrera had tried to convince him to endorse candidates in his party.
While the Alanos deliberate on the dirty tactics politicians usually use to surpass one another during elections, a patrol car pulls outside Grandma Flora’s house and she’s glad to see her brother.
Grandma Flora’s cheerful expression fades away when she sets her eyes on Wally and his bruised façe. Big guy Wally actually cries and hugs Flora as Yolly and the others begin murmuring and wondering what had happened to hon.
Meanwhile, Marissa encourages her husband to reach out to Brother Lorenzo. She tells Oscar that they would probably get along since the pastor is a devoted family man just like himself. After talking to a Palace representative on phone, Brother Lorenzo informs his family about a dinner invitation from the president, and the kids are excited.
Victoria speculates that it’s probably about the elections and Lorenzo stats that it’s important for him to hear what the president has to say.
At the Dalisays, Grandma Flora admonishes Wally as he recounts his ordeal, and Delfin mentions how the big guy had been caught and beãten up when he had tried to escape the troll farm.
“I really thought I was going to di,” Wally wails. “They even pointed a güñ at me. Good thing someone came to our rescue.”
The Vendetta return to the tenement in great spirits on account of the success of their mission. Back at the Dalisays, Flora thanks Delfin for arriving just in time to save Wally. Nevertheless, the General reveals that they were not the ones who had saved Wally. Elmo then asks about the person who had saved him.
“It was Cardo and his group,” Wally announces.
“It was Cardo?” Floras says in disbelief.
Wally nods in confirmation. Back at the tenement, the members of Vendetta take delight in how they had taken down all their enemies and destroyed the fake news system. Miss Becky takes them upstairs for a much needed dinner.
At the Arevalos, psyçhö Marco strives to reconcile with Alyana following his outburst the other day. Just then, a reporter covers the news on the fake call center and how it had been focused on repairing the reputation Hipolito.
“We complied at first because of the huge pay,” Xavier comments on TV. “3,000 per day. But they got too strict. They even stopped us from resigning.” “A coworker who wanted to resign disappeared,” Wally also reveals. “They almost k!lled me too. Good thing Vendetta showed up. They rescued us.”
Alyana picks up the remote and turns up the volume as the reporter continues with her story by linking Hipolito to the fake call center. Marco seems upset, and even more so when Wally resurfaces and expresses his appreciation to Vendetta again.
Psyçhö Marco snatches the remote and turns off the TV, and Alyana takes it back and turns it on. Illëgâl boyfriend begins nagging her and she asks why he still gets jealous of Cardo.
“Because as long as he’s around, as long as he’s alive, our relationship will never be okay! I just want him gone for good! I wish Cardo will dīê already!!!”
Teddy walks in on the scene with his wife to give psyçhö. Marco a reality check and the guy apologizes. Teddy tries to talk some sense into him, and he ultimately makes it clear that even though he’s his daughter’s boyfriend, he doesn’t own her.
Marco apologizes to him again, and then to Alyana. At the tenement, the girls tease Andi over her apparent concern for our favorite hero. Blossom asks if he had really rescued one of his family members from the troll farm and Cardo confirms it.
Grandma Flora is quite emotional as she bombards Wally with questions about Cardo and admits that she had wished to switch places with him (Wally) so she could have seen her grandson, even for a fleeting moment. Wally consoles Flora as she cries her heart out. Meanwhile, Cardo is brooding about his family when Ramil comes over to check up on him.
Cardo says he’s in a dilemma because though he has to finish his mission, he also knows that his family and Alyana need him. Ramil sympathizes with our favorite hero and urges him to stay strong since they need to make sacrifices for their mission. Cardo agrees and decides to think about the needs of his country before considering his own.
Hipolito calls Homer on phone and orders him to use force to compel Brother Lorenzo to change his mind. President Hidalgo is amazed about how his vice president continues to defend Hipolito despite the unending controversies he’s been involved in.
The Alanos show up at the Palace to see the president. Lorenzo exchanges greetings with Lucas before he disappears. While the Vendetta deliberate on ways to figure out the next move of Hipolito, Oscar recounts to Brother Lorenzo how he had finished school and reached his dream with the help of his parents and the kindness of others.
Eventually, when the pastor asks if he’s asking him to endorse the candidates from his party, the president merely says that he just wants to make sure only deserving candidates win the election. Lucas worries about how he’s losing Oscar’s trust because of Hipolito.
At camp Crame, General Borja interrogates Hipolito about his connection to the fake call center. Eventually, he’s not able to charge him with anything since there’s no evidence directly tying him to that facility.
Psyçhö Marco has been sent another lawyer by his mother, and he demands that the poor guy get him results as soon as possible and the lawyer gives him assurance. At the Arevalos, Alyana ignores Marco’s calls even as her mother urges her to talk to him.
“Let her decide for herself,” Teddy says to his wife. He then turns to Alyana. “Go ahead and tell Marco how you really feel.”
Psyçhö Marco sits in his car, pissed off. “You made a promise to me, Alyana. Don’t think I will allow you to break your promise to me!Never!!!”
There’s the mädnêss in play again. Anyway, Wally meets up with Cardo’s group who begin questioning him about the fake call center in hopes of getting a lead.
Wally reveals the identity of the person who had almost k!lled him had been talking to – Congressman Brandon Cabrera. Cardo asks if Brandon and Hipolito are conspiring with each other but Wally doesn’t give much to go on. Our favorite hero then swears Wally to secrecy before sending him on his way home.
Cardo proposes that they keep an eye on the congressman so they could find out his next move and figure out whether he’s really in cahoots with Hipolito. Speaking of, Hipolito tells Lucas and Brandon of the orders he had given to his men, confident that he would end up winning along with other candidates in their party.
While Brother Lorenzo ponders on who to vote for in the election, Homer shows up with his lackeys and they surround the pastor’s family.
Claiming to be new converts, Homer pulls out a güñ and compels the Alanos to go back inside. Lorenzo pleads with Venom to reveal what they really want and not hurt his family.
As the guys make mockery of the pastor’s family, Homer demands that he endorse Hipolito to all his followers during his special announcement the next day. Lorenzo says it’s not his right to force his followers to vote for anyone. He then goes on about how they’re free to choose.
“Shut up!” Homer bellows. “We know you have a huge influence on your hundreds of thousands of loyal members. All the political candidates you endorsed ended up winning the elections. So brother, let’s keep things real here.”
Homer cocks his güñ, making the Alanos cower and moan.
“We know exactly where you live, so you would be better off following our orders,” Homer states. “Because if you don’t, you will surely be reuniting with your Maker. Amen?”
“Amen,” responds the other crooks. And then they begin laughing mockingly.
While Lucas gives Brandon an advance birthday gift, the members of Vendetta come to the realization that Hipolito is working with Congressman Cabrera. Anton speculates that they might also be working with other politicians.
“It’s scary to think of what they would do if they end up winning,” Ramil remarks.
“We’re not gonna let that happen,” Cardo declares. “We’ll keep a close eye on Congressman Cabrera. This might be our chance to take down Hipolito once and for all.”
Hipolito calls Homer on phone and asks about the task he had given him. Homer laughs wickedly as he recounts how the Alano had gone pale while they were intimidating them.
“Will Alano endorse me?”
“I’m sure he will,” Homer states. “He might even endorse the devil if we told him to.” Another round of sinister laughter follows.
“Good. Amen,” Hipolito remarks in such comical manner.
“Thank you so much for the blessings, sir.”
“You said Alano would endorse the devil too,” Roldan points out after Homer has gotten off the phone. “Renato’s just like him.”
“Like who?” Mando asks.
“The devil,” Pilo jeers, and they all laugh along.
