“You räpist! You rãpêd me! You took a video of us and then you shared it with others! You dîsgüsting scūmbag! You mônstër! You’re a liar!!”
Bea hangs out with Pogs at school, entertaining his silly jokes and gimmicks when some guys come over to taunt her with her sister’s scandalous video. They ask if she’s as good as she is and Pogs scares them off with his antics. Before he rejoins her at the table, Bea reflects on how mayor Troy had recently offered to help her family win the case against Jigs and his family.
“You’re going to help us? But wasn’t the guy who violated my sister your nephew?” Bea asks. “The victim is my daughter,” Troy points out. “Rica is my daughter.”
Attorney Laura recounts the details of the night Rica had been taken advantage of after she had been drûgged. Refuting the claims of the Ramoneses, the attorney argues that the encounter wasn’t consēnsual since Rica can’t even remember what had happened and who she had been with. Jig’s lawyer objects to this, saying that according to the medical examiner, no drûgs had been found in Rica’s system.
As the attorneys battle it out with words in the presence of the prosecutor, Jigs plays dumb and clams that Rica had only been drunk. Upset, Karla lashes out at him and rubbishes his charade. Dan succeeds in calming down his wife for a while, though she soon engages Bobby in a battle of words, with the latter insinuating that her daughter had been engaging in pre-marital $ëx behind her back.
“And when the video came out, she couldn’t believe it,” Bobby taunts. “She was embarrassed, so she made up a story to make her look like the victim.” Rica and her parents look on silently, all of them fuming.
“She’s willing to dëstroy my son’s good future,” Bobby continues. “Just to save face.” Dan readies his fist for action.
“Isn’t that unfair? What’s so wrong about admitting the truth – that she sleeps with a lot of men.”
Dan slams a fīst on the table and confronts Bobby, and Karla strives to hold him off lest he beat some sense into the self-absorbed so-and-so who’s currently smirking openly. Karla faces off with Bobby who brands Rica’s story as fabrication. She “baptizes Bobby with a glass of water, declaring that her daughter isn’t capable of lying to her. Jigs resumes his charade and Rica explodes, calling him a liar and a rāpīst.
“You rāpīst! You rãpêd me! You took a video of us and then you shared it with others! You dîsgüsting scumbag! You mônstër! You’re a liar!!”
Rica suddenly has a panic attāck and gets sick to her stomach just then, and without warning, she throws up on Bobby. As if on cue, the Ramoneses and their lawyer slip away while the Sicat couple come to their daughter’s aid. Karla exchanges a meaningful look with Dan. Once home, Bea urges her sister to release a statement online and explain her side of the story. However, Rica refuses to break her silence as she relives her ordeal yet again.
Bobby pressures his equally dubious son to track down that Archie guy but Jigs argues that the guy has already gone into hiding, adding that their group chat has already been deleted. Jigs is confident that his problem is solved since he believes that none of his friends would dare betray him. However, Bobby scolds him again and demands that he find Archie before the police do. Meanwhile, Troy has a talk with attorney Laura, vowing to find Archie and make him pay for what he did to his daughter.
Rica asks her father Dan how he had been able to accept her when she had been her mother’s illegitimate child. Dan says he immediately taught of her as his daughter as soon as she came into his life. As Bea listens in nearby, Rica laments over how she was merely a product of her mom’s mistake. Dan urges her daughter not to say something like that.
“You are not a mistake,” Dan states. “Lōviñg you never felt like an obligation to me. It doesn’t matter who your father is. You are my child.”
Audrey nags Troy over his reluctance to support the Ramoneses. Troy demands that she not side with Bobby and Jigs on the situation on ground. Audrey taunts him as Raven eavesdrops from upstairs. In her room, Rica contemplates on her situation with her sister, fearing that she might be prêgnant since she hasn’t had her period for a while now. She worries about how she would be able to raise the baby if her fears come true. Bea urges her to have a pregnancy test done so she could confirm and figure out what to do next.
In the bathroom, Rica stares at the pregnancy test in her hand while her sister lingers outside the door. In their room, Karla expresses her worry to her husband about what they would do if “that guy” had gotten their daughter prêgnant. Meanwhile in the bathroom, Rica utters a cry that brings her sister rushing in. She gladly states that she doesn’t need to go through with the pregnancy test anymore. Bea is delighted to know that her sister had had her period.
Bea urges her sister to follow through with the release of her statement. She offers to record the video for her and coaches her on the procedure to go by. However, Rica stands by her initial decision, stating that the complaint that she filed is enough. Bea reminds her that the public will be prone to believe Jigs’ lies if she doesn’t speak up since they don’t really know what had happened.
“Even if I try to speak up, no one is going to hear me out,” Rica says. “You said it yourself – Jigs has a clean track record. So why will I do something that will make my situation even worse? I’ll defend myself in court. That will be enough.”
“But it’s not the judge in the court that you’ll have to face every day,” Bea points out. “It’s the people out there. Their opinion is what really matters. What if you lose?”
“Bea, I won’t do it,” Rica insists.
The next morning during breakfast, Karla asks Bea if she needs some stuff like sanitary napkins. Bea says she doesn’t have need for any, though she communicates that Rica might need some. She then reveals that Rica got her period last night and Karla gets all emotional and teary-eyed. At the Ramones residence, Raven asks her mother how she had been able to forgive her father after he had cheated on her and even had a child.
Audrey evades the question and declares that her father had chosen her in the end. Raven tries to press for answers but she gets cut off midsentence. Meanwhile, Pogs sits with Bea in school and admonishes her over how she admires Rica’s half-sister (Raven) who happens to be a cousin of the rāpīst.
Just then, Nico comes along and alerts his sister about someone. This update is written by celinka updates website, follow us for the fastest updates. When Bea looks, she’s dumbfounded to see Jigs making a show nearby.
