Jovit life story has always been emotional as he rose from being siomai vendor to building a house, sending siblings to school and becoming his family’s ultimate bread winner.
Jovit used to sing as a guest at birthday parties. In 2010, he joined the first season of the multi-talent game show Pilipinas Got Talent as a singer, with the intention to use prize money to help deliver his family out of poverty.
He rose to fame as the first grand winner of ABS-CBN’s nationwide talent-reality show“ Pilipinas Got Talent” in 2010.
Jovit was later named the “Promising Recording/Performer Artist of the Year” at the 2011 Box Office Entertainment Awards.
After his success at Pilipinas Got Talent, he went on to release his own albums.
However, Jovit Baldivino died in a hospital in Batangas City due to stroke complications on December 9, 2022 and was buried on December 14 at the Paradise View Memorial Garden in Rosario, Batangas.
