“Ellice files a restraining order against Jake while Marissa sues Ellice for 50% of Ceñidoza shares”
Jake drives Hope home, Belen tells Hope to go to her room and tells Jake to stay away from Hope and if that happens again he better hopes that his mother and grandmother can protect him. Jake apologizes as he leaves.
Ellice visits Marissa to thr£aten her that if anything bad happens to Hope she will let her pay. Marissa asks what exactly she wants from her son and Ellice said she knows she’s only using Jake to take revenge on her. Marissa said she is only atta¢king Jake because she can’t win against her face to face. Lucing tells them to stop arguing and ask Ellice why she is there as Gabriel arrives too.
Ellice said she has warned Gabriel several times to keep Hope away from Jake because she doesn’t trust him. Gabriel tells her that Hope is home safely so they should leave to avoid another scene as they leave. On their way home, Gabriel explains to Ellice that there was an emergency so he had no choice but to tell Jake to drive Hope home and it wasn’t his fault that his car broke down.
Ellice said she doesn’t want Hope to interfere with his time with Jake because something bad seems to happen whenever Hope is with his ba$tard son. Gabriel shut her up because no matter what she says they’re siblings and she can’t dictate to him how to raise his children as he leaves.
When Jake arrived home Lucing was happy to see him and Jake told her that their car broke down but they managed to fix it. Marissa interrupted them to introduce Avel to Jake as her new bodyguard.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice scolds Hope for not listening to her and because of that her fever is back. Hope defends Jake but Ellice said she has heard enough from the two of them so it’s time Hope listens to her and leaves.
At the Condo, Jake apologized to Marissa for making her worried. Marissa tells him not to worry because at least Gabriel is fighting with Ellice as she leaves. Elsewhere, Avel had a nightmare about how his parents were $hot by a tattooed man who ambushed them.
Lucing enters Avel’s room and notices him having a nightmare so gets him some milk. Avel tells Lucing about his nightmares. Lucing asked what age his parents died and Avel said he was 17years and used to fight for his life every other day.
The Next Day, Jake receives a restraining order from Ellice asking him to stay away from Hope.
Marissa enters his room and becomes shocked after reading the letter. Later, Marissa visits Ceñidoza to ask Ellice why she is dragging her son into their fight and Ellice said she is only protecting Hope from her son.
Marissa tells her to talk to Gabriel because he’s the one who wants them together and Ellice said she knows she’s using her son to get her husband and shouldn’t dare accuse her husband in that mess. Marissa tells her to be careful because if she thinks that she’s the one who’s ruining their family bond then she’s wrong.
Lucing apologize to Jake because he has become the victim of the fight between Marissa and Ellice and he shouldn’t get angry at Marissa. Jake said he is not because Marissa has done a lot of sacrifices for him as he hugs Lucing.
At La Sierra, Avel gives Marissa a book entitled “The Art of War” and tells her that if she wants to start a war with Ellice then she should learn how to do it. Marissa said he doesn’t know her but Avel said there’s no need for him to know her because she’s too emotional as he leaves.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Gabriel asks Ellice why she did that to Jake and Ellice tells him that it’s the only effective way she knows to save their daughter. Gabriel asks if it’s because of her mom’s influence but Ellice tells him not to involve her mom and she will get Jake arrested the next time he sees him near Hope and asks if he still wants to side with Marissa when their daughter is clearly suffering and getting sick.
Gabriel tells her that Jake is innocent but he understands that Ellice is Hope’s mom and she knows what’s best for her so if he decides to go and see his son he can go without Hope as Belen looks at them and smiles. Elsewhere, Lucing and Marissa meet the Attorney to show him Nestor’s letter and ask if they can reclaim their lost shares and the Attorney says yes and he can guarantee them.
At Night, Hope calls Jake on video apologizing because she doesn’t understand why Ellice did that to him but Jake tells her not to worry because they will still meet at school and Hope said he might get into trouble if they come near each other.
The Next Day, Pinky gives a summon letter to Ellice at her office, she goes through it saying she knows Marissa is behind it and what gives her the right to think she can take her company away from her and whatever she is planning she will make sure she weeps before her when they face each other in court.
At home, Ellice showed the letter to her mom, after reading through she asked why Marissa could say she has ownership over Ceñidoza. Ellice said that’s how she behaves and she will never leave them alone. Belen asks if she’s sure they don’t have any decent evidence and Ellice said she’s cunning as Belen asks what else they do because she can’t wait to embarrass her in court and Ellice said she won’t let Marissa defeat her.
Belen meets up with Cesar, she asks him for help because Marissa and Lucing own shares in their company and she doesn’t know what they are planning or if they’ve find new evidence against them. Cesar asks her to explain what was in the documents if only she wants him to help her.
At their Condo, Lucing sets up the dining table, and calls Avel to come join them as Blue arrives and Lucing tells Blue to join them too but Blue becomes jealous of Avel when Marissa interrupts asking if Lucing is ready.
At College, Jake sends Chari to give the food from Lucing to Hope. Chari asked Hope why she is down and Hope said it’s the day of Ellice’s court hearing for the ownership of the company and their family conflicts is getting worse that’s why she and Jake aren’t together. Chari encourages her that everything will be okay.
At the Court premises, Belen asks Marissa and Lucing when she will stop all their antics and can’t believe they want to claim what’s not their so she and Lucing are the same and trying to steal what’s not theirs. Lucing tells her not to lecture them because they both know who the real thief is as she $laps Belen.
In the court room, Marissa’s lawyer is given the opportunity to talk and he explains that Ellice’s sole ownership and other claims should be terminated and also the partnership sale between Nestor and Jorge should be null and void and they call in Reina as their first witness shocking Ellice and Belen and Ellice said she doesn’t know who she is.
Reina takes the stand as she is cross examined so she voices out her dad’s last wish. She said that her father told her everything about how Jorge forced Nestor to sell his shares to him at a very low price Marissa and Ellice became tensed.
Since both parties are dead the judge asked how Reina’s statement can be proven true and Marissa’s lawyer said they have the hand written statement of Nestor and presents it to everyone present. He then asks Reina to read a part of the letter as Ellice and Marissa stare at each other.
Lucing is called to the witness stand to testify about the documents that were stolen and Lucing said it was a document signed by Jorge and Nestor and it contains the details of the sale of Ceñidoza pearls at a low price and it’s 50% of the shares.
Ellice interrupted that it’s a lie and none of this is true but the judge asked her to be quiet and asked Lucing when and how she got the document so Lucing narrates to them what happened to them in La Cascara and the robbery. She also states that Jorge discovered that Nestor was having an affair with his wife and points out to who Belen was as Ellice looks at Belen.
At the college, Jake texted Hope asking if she enjoyed the lunch and she replied yes and really misses her grandma Lucing as Hope waves him.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice tells Belen to tell her if she really had an affair with Nestor but Belen tells her that everything is fabricated and just like the lies Lucing told Jorge that destroyed their relationship and Jorge will never do that to Nestor because they were the best of friends and he wouldn’t have taken care of Lucing and Marissa if he was sure she had an affair with Nestor.
Belen said they are not only ruining her father’s name but hears too and Ellice tells her not to worry because she believes her so Belen tells her to cheer up and hope the court hearing will be favorable to them as they hug. Next Episode of The Law of Revenge Tuesday Episode 45
