No Greater Love Episode 19

“Samuel and Isabel flee together, but Gonzalo and Franco capture Isabel while Maximo’s men brutally beat Samuel”.

The episode begins with Franco returning home and proudly telling Eduardo that he is finally getting married because Isabel has agreed to marry him. Eduardo is confused, reminding Franco that Isabel is in a relationship with Samuel, but Franco smugly replies that Samuel must not be that important to Isabel if she ultimately chose him instead.

Franco questions why Eduardo does not seem happy for him, and Eduardo assures him that he truly is happy if Isabel willingly chose him. Franco turns away with a satisfied smirk.

Later, both families gather for dinner to discuss the wedding plans. When Isabel is asked what date she would prefer for the engagement, she quietly replies that any date Franco wants is fine before sadly excusing herself from the table.

Eduardo later confronts her privately, asking what made her suddenly change her mind and whether she is being forced into the marriage. He reassures her that she can trust him, but Isabel is unable to reveal the truth.

Meanwhile, Rebecca secretly prepares everything for Isabel’s escape, including tickets, promising that she will join her daughter soon and urging her to take care of herself. At the same time, Samuel prepares to leave with only a few belongings.

Mona desperately asks what she can do to stop him, reminding him of his dreams and his family, but Samuel insists that Isabel is now his priority. Before leaving, he asks Mona to look after his mother. Mona tearfully watches him go, heartbroken.

At the engagement party, Franco tells Isabel that he is the right man for her and hopes this will be the beginning of a new life together. Isabel quietly agrees while Franco promises she will never regret choosing him. Rebecca later pulls Isabel aside and urges her to hurry because the engagement is about to begin.

As Isabel tries to move around unnoticed, she runs into Miranda, who questions her suspicious behavior. Isabel makes an excuse about wanting fresh air, but Miranda escorts her back inside just as Franco formally proposes. Cornered and helpless, Isabel tearfully says yes.

At the same time, Samuel anxiously waits for her at the bus station, but there is still no sign of Isabel. Elsewhere, Mona pours her heart out to her sister, devastated that Samuel is risking everything for Isabel when he could have chosen her instead.

Her sister gently explains that true love sometimes means supporting the happiness of the person you love, even if it hurts. Meanwhile, Isabel cries to Rebecca, admitting she does not want to marry Franco. Rebecca comforts her and assures her there is still time to leave before the evening is over.

Back at home, Elena arrives looking for Samuel, only for Mona to reveal that Samuel has run away with Isabel. At the party, Franco notices Isabel’s disappearance and questions Rebecca, who explains that she spoke to Isabel earlier. Franco immediately begins searching for her.

As the last bus prepares to leave, Samuel desperately pleads for more time. Just before it departs, Isabel finally arrives and stops the bus. She is surprised to see Samuel waiting for her, and he explains that he read her letter and promised he would stay by her side. The two embrace happily before boarding the bus together, finally feeling free.

Back at the party, Franco informs Miranda that he cannot find Isabel. Miranda angrily questions Rebecca, who pretends not to know what is happening and promises to search for Isabel herself. Miranda snaps in frustration while Franco grows increasingly worried.

During the journey, Samuel and Isabel talk about their families. Isabel hopes Franco and Gonzalo will someday understand, while Samuel assures her that what matters most is that they are finally together. Isabel happily declares that they are finally free.

Meanwhile, among the elders,  Maximo angrily blames everyone for not forcing the engagement straight into marriage, while Gonzalo tries calming the situation by promising they will find Isabel. Maximo coldly reminds him that he also expects the wedding to still happen.

Eduardo later arrives, unaware that Isabel has run away, and asks about her because he wanted to say goodbye before leaving. Gonzalo quickly covers up the situation with an excuse.

Samuel and Isabel eventually arrive at their new hideout. Isabel explains about the place to Samuel.  Samuel insists on sleeping separately because he wants Rebecca to have a good impression of him. Isabel reassures him that there are enough rooms for both of them.

Back in Salvacion, Gonzalo violently confronts Rebecca, grabbing her by the hair and throwing her onto the bed as he demands to know Isabel’s whereabouts. Despite his rage, Rebecca insists she knows nothing.

Miranda later tells Rebecca that the wedding must still continue. Meanwhile, Eduardo speaks with Franco about the engagement, admitting that he would have opposed the marriage if Isabel did not truly want it, but since she accepted the proposal, he supports it.

Franco later approaches Mona, convinced she knows where Samuel and Isabel are hiding. Mona denies knowing anything, but Franco bitterly reminds her that both of them are losing because of Samuel and Isabel’s relationship.

Rebecca packed some things as she was leaving, and Gonzalo asked where she was going. She told him she was going to search for Isabel, even though she had no idea where to find her. When she arrived at Isabel’s place, she was surprised to see Samuel there too.

Samuel assures Rebecca that nothing inappropriate has happened between them and that he only wants to protect Isabel. Touched by his sincerity, Rebecca pats his shoulder and finally admits that everything people say about him being a good person is true.

Meanwhile, Miranda’s investigator uncovers important information connected to Elena’s past, including a doctor who treated her years ago before she left Salvacion. Unbeknownst to Miranda, Maximo secretly overhears everything.

Maximo later visits the doctor himself and learns more about Elena’s pregnancy from years ago. After hearing the details, he begins suspecting that Samuel might actually be Eduardo’s son. Determined to protect Franco’s inheritance, Maximo vows to uncover the truth before anyone else does and eliminate Samuel if necessary.

Rebecca warns Isabel that her father and everyone else are searching for her. Isabel still hopes that one day their families will accept her relationship with Samuel, but Rebecca sadly explains that landowners and workers have never truly been allowed to be together.

Before returning to Salvacion, Rebecca promises Samuel that she will check on his family. In return, she asks him to take care of Isabel, and Samuel gladly promises that he will.

When Rebecca returns home, Gonzalo questions where she has been all night. Rebecca claims she was out searching for Isabel and accuses Gonzalo of doing nothing but sitting around while she was at least trying to help.

Later, Samuel sees the newspaper announcement about Isabel and Franco’s engagement. Isabel explains everything that happened and reassures him that if she is ever going to marry anyone, it will only be him.

Overcome with emotion, Samuel gets down on one knee and proposes. Isabel happily accepts, and the two share a kiss. Rebecca later visits Elena and secretly informs her that Samuel and Isabel are safe, unaware that Franco overhears their conversation and realizes Rebecca knows where the couple is hiding.

As Samuel and Isabel continue preparing for their wedding, Franco informs Maximo about finding Isabel through Rebecca.  On the wedding day, Samuel leaves early for the church because Isabel insists that the groom should not see the bride before the ceremony.

Rebecca later arrives to support Isabel, who happily tells her mother that she is finally marrying the man she loves and is grateful that Rebecca will witness the wedding. However, their happiness is short-lived when a knock comes at the door.

Thinking it is the person sent to pick her up, Isabel opens the door only to be shocked to find Gonzalo and Franco standing there. Isabel resists and refuses to leave with Gonzalo, but he slaps her and drags her away.

Rebecca desperately tries to intervene, but Franco restrains her while Gonzalo forces Isabel out of the house. Meanwhile, Samuel waits happily at the church for Isabel’s arrival, completely unaware of the danger approaching him.

Suddenly, some men attack him, blindfold him, and drag him away. Maximo also arrives at the church and threatens the priest into silence, warning him that he saw and heard nothing. Samuel is then hung up and brutally beaten as the episode comes to an end.
