“Samuel Defends the Workers as Gonzalo Pushes Isabel Toward Franco Despite Her Growing Bond with Samuel”

The episode begins with Isabel telling Franco about the trouble at work, where Samuel is encouraging the workers to stand up for themselves. Franco is unsurprised, claiming he knows Samuel very well.

Isabel is unsure what to believe, but Franco insists that staying with Samuel’s family for a few days does not mean she truly knows him.  According to Franco, he understands Samuel far better than she does.

Meanwhile, Gonzalo tells Eduardo to fix the problems he caused, blaming him for the workers refusing to work. Gonzalo says he now needs new laborers, but Eduardo calmly explains that he only fulfilled his duty as governor.

Though the workers belong to Gonzalo, they are still citizens of Salvacion. He advises Gonzalo to meet their demands. Before leaving, Gonzalo runs into Maximo and Miranda. He complains that Eduardo is turning the workers against him and asks Maximo to speak to his son-in-law.

Though Maximo knows Eduardo is stubborn, he promises to advise him properly. Elsewhere, Samuel pleads with the workers to return to work, warning that they will suffer the most.

However, Romeo refuses to back down, insisting they will not return until Gonzalo recognizes their value and grants their requests. Their discussion is interrupted when police officers arrive and take Samuel away.

Samuel is brought to Maximo, who waits for him in a car. Maximo tries to intimidate him and make him understand the powerful people he is challenging. Samuel remains fearless, insisting he has done nothing wrong. When Samuel asks if he is being threatened, Maximo claims he is only giving advice.

Miranda confronts Elena about Samuel’s actions, saying his closeness with Eduardo is damaging their relationship with the Miravelez family. Elena defends her son, but Miranda warns her that Samuel must be stopped.

Meanwhile, Pacquito convinces Gonzalo to temporarily give in to the workers’ demands, reminding him they urgently need them now and can regain control later. At the table, Gonzalo announces his decision.

Isabel is pleased, while Eduardo is impressed when Gonzalo later apologizes and confirms the agreement. Franco is surprised that Gonzalo surrendered to the workers. He assures Gonzalo he supports him against Samuel, declaring that since he hates Samuel, the workers are his enemies too.

While they plot revenge, Eduardo visits the workers and shares the good news, earning their gratitude. He then invites them to a party in their honor and personally encourages Samuel to attend. Samuel later invites Mona, while Gonzalo privately admits to Isabel that he is drowning in debt.

At the party, Samuel lights up when he sees Isabel, but before they can speak, Rebecca pulls Isabel away. Miranda is forced to act pleasant toward the workers, though she secretly resents them. Maximo warns her to be less obvious, but Miranda vows it will be the last time this will happen.

Unknown to them, one of the workers overhears everything. Franco spots Samuel and immediately taunts him. The worker later tells the others what Miranda and Maximo said about them, leaving Romeo furious because he believed the celebration was genuine. Samuel urges them to ignore it.

Franco questions Mona about Samuel and Isabel. She says they are distant and unlikely to reconcile. Noticing Mona’s feelings for Samuel, Franco proposes an alliance to keep Samuel and Isabel apart.

Mona refuses, saying she would never betray her own people and doubting Samuel and Isabel could ever truly be together anyway. Eduardo later praises Samuel’s intelligence and promises to enroll him in a scholarship program so he can attend college. Samuel is overjoyed.

Eduardo also reveals that vaccines for the workers are available free of charge. Franco watches this with tears of frustration, while Gonzalo decides to stay quiet for now, hinting he has other plans.

Miranda approaches Samuel with fake politeness, accusing him of abusing Eduardo’s kindness. Elena defends her son, and when Miranda reminds her she is paying for Damien’s treatment, Elena firmly replies that she is earning every bit of it through work.

Later, Elena and Maximo exchange sharp words. Elena accuses him of having a hand in ruining her life years ago, but Maximo denies it and says she has no proof. Elena warns him that she has nothing left to lose.

Maximo mentions Samuel, but Elena warns him not to involve her son. Maximo agrees, as long as she behaves. Chaos erupts when a worker accidentally tears Miranda’s dress while trying to speak to her. Miranda causes a scene. Samuel, unable to tolerate the humiliation, tells the workers they are leaving.

Isabel runs after him to apologize for Miranda’s behavior, but Franco sees them together, grows furious, and punches Samuel. Elena rushes to take her son away, but Franco stops her and orders her, as a servant, to clean his dirty shoes.

Samuel begs her not to obey, but Elena kneels, believing it is the only way to end the humiliation. Franco places his foot on her lap as she wipes his shoes, while Samuel watches in tears. When Franco shoves Elena, Samuel can no longer control himself and beats him until Eduardo intervenes.

Miranda threatens prison, but Eduardo refuses to allow it. Franco is left in tears after being defeated, while Isabel silently cries. Back home, Gonzalo is furious and warns Isabel never to associate with the workers again. She explains what happened, but Gonzalo insists workers should know their place.

Elsewhere, Maximo recalls how he framed Elena for theft years ago and vows not to let her destroy everything he has built since then. Eduardo later questions Franco, who bitterly accuses him of always favoring Samuel.

Franco swears he will become the perfect son and prove himself better than Samuel. At the same time, Samuel begs Elena to quit working for the Hidalgos after her humiliation, but Elena says she has no choice and must continue to pay off her debt.

Miranda wants revenge for Franco, but Eduardo forbids her from targeting Samuel and reminds her that their power should be used to help people, not oppress them. Franco steps in, admits his own fault, and promises to avoid further trouble. Eduardo then orders him to apologize to Samuel.

Samuel later confides in Mona, admitting that he and Isabel come from different worlds and believing they can never rebuild their friendship. Maximo continues manipulating Franco, mocking his defeat and fueling his hatred for Samuel.

Facing bankruptcy, Gonzalo becomes determined to marry Isabel to Franco as soon as possible. Maximo, meanwhile, pushes Franco toward politics so he can gain power. The next morning, Isabel and Franco argue over his behavior.

Elsewhere, Samuel reflects on his feelings for Isabel, admitting he loves her and hopes they can one day be together. Elena returns to work only to honor her agreement, and Miranda immediately humiliates her again by sending her on foot to fetch documents. Eduardo overhears and offers Elena a ride, scolding Miranda for her pettiness.

Franco visits Gonzalo, who apologizes for Samuel’s actions and asks whether he should dismiss him. Franco refuses, not wanting to anger Eduardo. Gonzalo instead urges him to marry Isabel quickly before she falls for someone else.

Meanwhile, Samuel visits Eduardo, who apologizes for what happened at the party and encourages him to work closely with Isabel on her school project since they share the same ideals. Later, Miranda pays Elena, but In a humiliating manner.

At the old mansion, Isabel sits with Soledad and writes in her diary. Soledad gently suggests she should talk about her feelings instead of writing them down. As Isabel leaves, she accidentally drops the diary. Samuel finds it, opens it, and begins to read.
