Caroline Stirs Up Trouble With Her Return Home. Bingo Confesses His Feelings.
The episode begins with Snoop speculating that Bingo’s mother could be the “feather girl” they’ve been looking for. Just then, Bingo receives a phone call from home, telling him about how his grandma had fallen in the bathroom.
Aunt Cathy counsels Caroline to think about her decision carefully since scandal isn’t good for business. Ling points out that she only wants the justice her mother rightfully deserves.
In the meantime, Bingo and Monching take Grandma Nene to the hospital for treatment and in spite of her objections, they agree with the doctor’s decision to keep her for further observation.
When Snoop goes to check up on Irene during her lunch break, she gives him an earful and warns him not to bother her with his drama. Sherwin agrees with Bettina’s plan to take over the leadership of GLC, provided she makes him part of the company and gets some of the shares for him.
Caroline consults with an attorney in regards to the evidence she’s gathered in her mother’s case. Sadly enough, the lawyer points out that all the evidence is circumstantial and she needs solid proof in order to have a strong case against Cindy.
Ling reflects on the incidents that fateful night, wondering if Cindy was the one who had really gone to their house. Cindy tells her husband that they need to stop Caroline from digging up the past because it would only hurt her.
Wilson assures her that he’ll handle it. Snoop surprises Irene with a basket of vegetables. Upon arriving at Cathy’s place, Irene engages in an exchange of words with Ling over her accusations against her mother.
After the doctor recommends for grandma Nene to undergo surgery, Bingo goes to withdraw some money from the bank as the hospital bills begins piling up. Monching tries to convince him to reach out to his mother for help but he strongly objects to it, declaring that he’s going to be successful on his own.
Ironically, Caroline returns to the mansion and asks her father for the ultimate token to appease her – the leadership position of GLC. Wilson is left speechless. Bettina scoffs and Ling returns the favor.
Grandma Nene is relieved when the doctor clarifies things by announcing that she only needs to undergo water therapy to treat her hematoma. In an interesting turn of events, Ling confronts Gina and accuses her of covering up what Cindy had done to her mother.
Gina takes offense and cautions her and unfazed, Ling retorts that she should brace herself because secrets always come to light. While Bingo brings his grandma home, Ling discusses the case with her best friend, wondering what she’s missing.
Jersey teases her, saying that she misses Bingo and has feelings for him. Initially, Ling denies it but then when she asks if she should tell Bingo about how she feels, Jersey replies in the affirmative.
Cindy and Gina deliberate on how to deal with their problems, and they plot to use Bingo against his mother. Without wasting time, Cindy enlists Stephen’s help and urges him to befriend Bingo and figure out what he and Caroline have been up to.
Speaking of, Bingo soon reaches out to Ling to talk to her about their dispute. He explains things to her and admits that one reason why he had taken the job Aunt Cathy had offered was because he likes her. Ling’s ridiculous response is to stare dumbly and stumble, and Bingo catches her before she falls.
Snoop keeps Irene company and for some reason, she doesn’t vent her anger and frustration on him. She even confides in him about her family’s problems. Meanwhile, Bingo’s heartfelt confession to Ling takes a really ridiculous turn thanks to the reaction of both parties.
Bingo assures Ling that his feelings won’t get in the way of their Monbento Box business because he really needs her to succeed. Ling responds, saying that she also needs him. Just like that.
