Azade calls Ferit, who informs her that his brother has died. Panicked, Azade, along with Leman and Müge, initially fears something has happened to Sinan, but Ferit clarifies that it is Yaman who sacrificed his life for him.
Tearfully, Azade breaks the news to Leman and Müge, while Ferit, overwhelmed with grief, cannot hold back his own tears. Hussein brings Hande to a hideout, but she angrily demands they go back so she can find out what happened to Yaman.
Hussein warns her to stay put because the police are everywhere. She lashes out at him, urging him to investigate while she cries, wishing Yaman were still alive. Feraye anxiously tries to reach Yaman, but she cannot. A sorrowful Azade informs her about Yaman’s death, leaving Feraye devastated.
Pinar arrives at the scene, asking what happened, and tries to comfort Feraye. Meanwhile, Hussein learns from Ayten that Hande fired the fatal sh0t that ended Yaman’s life. He pretends to be shocked and tells Ayten to keep him updated.
Realizing he must protect Hande, Hussein goes to the hideout and informs her about Yaman’s death, urging her to prepare to leave. Hande cries uncontrollably, blaming Ferit and Ayşe for everything, insisting they deserve to die for taking everything from her.
Hussein listens with concern, warning that she must leave for her own safety. Hande refuses to let them live happily while she suffers, vowing to destroy the Sancakzades in retaliation for Yaman’s death. The next day, Yaman is buried, and Ferit mourns alone in a secure place, grieving the loss of his brother.
Feraye breaks down at his grave as Ayşe observes that Ferit has chosen to isolate himself. Ayşe, Pinar, Vedia, and other family members try to comfort Feraye while Hande arrives at the cemetery watching from a distance.
While at the cemetery, Ayşe recalls the day her bag was stolen and how she briefly regained consciousness, overhearing an argument between Feraye and Pinar, which deeply worries her making her doubt them.
Hande reflects bitterly that Ferit and Ayşe should have been buried instead of Yaman. She wonders what will become of her as everyone else continues their lives while she faces imprisonment, promising never to let them win.
Later, Ayşe approaches Ferit to offer comfort.
He explains that he and Yaman were brothers even before discovering they shared the same father, but Hande’s schemes had separated them. Despite his anger, he loved Yaman deeply and could not protect him from Hande’s manipulations, with him even entrusting Feraye to his care.
Ayşe wishes to talk about Feraye, but Ferit is too grief-stricken, feeling guilty for her loss. The family gathers at the mansion to share sweets, and Feraye becomes emotional when a child mentions Yaman’s name.
Azade consoles her, reminding her that Yaman sacrificed himself for her child, and shares in her sorrow. The two women embrace in grief, but Feraye pulls away, still overcome with pain, as Vedia comforts her while Ayşe comforts Azade with Sinan staring at them.
While preparing sweets, Feraye expresses her anguish over losing her son a second time and places blame squarely on Hande, promising she will not escape justice. Vedia reassures her that Hande will be punished by the law.
Pinar requests that Kezban bring items connected to Yaman to honor his memory, moving everyone emotionally. Ayşe tells Feraye that Yaman entrusted her to Ferit in his final moments, causing her to break down further, comforted by Ayşe.
Later, Ayşe offers Vedia her condolences, reflecting on Yaman’s bravery and honesty, while Ayşe emphasizes that Yaman was always kind and helpful, even in difficult times, though they could not save him.
Ayşe asks if Betül was informed, and Vedia confirms that she was notified and cried upon hearing about Yaman’s death since she and Mirza left for Switzerland. Ayşe hopes Betül will find the love she missed with Mirza so that she can be happy.
Later, Hande meets Hussein, who urges her to escape through the port to start a new life. She hesitates, still focused on revenge against Ferit. Hussein insists she must leave, warning her that no one can protect her now and she must abandon her ambitions to survive.
Finally, Yaman’s final prayers are held at the Sancakzade mansion, with the family gathered. Azade consoles Feraye, while Bakhtiyah arrives. Ayşe recalls seeing Bakhtiyah while unconscious earlier. The family mourns together, honoring Yaman’s courage and ultimate sacrifice.
Ayşe brings some halvah to a distressed Ferit, who nostalgically recalls how he used to eat it as a child when Azade would take him to funerals, unaware of its significance. Now, he struggles with regret over the past.
Ayşe reminds him of his own advice to focus on positive memories with Yaman instead of dwelling on what cannot be changed. She then asks if Bakhtiyah was an old friend of Adnan since he has attended Yaman’s funeral.
